Sometimes if the receipt is tattered or the photo is blurry, the automatic scan gets details wrong but that is an easy ffix on my end and does not represent a failure on Expensify's part. **What problems is Expensify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Timely reimbursement of expenses that is useable by accounting. It is a very transparent tool with many inbuilt features that are pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. I like the easy form that helps you to see who approves the reimbursement, when it gets approved and how it really merges with Gmail to give updates on the go. Have used it for 1.5 years and I'm completely happy with it. **What do you dislike about Expensify?** Nothing at all, to be very fair.
