We had tried Concur first, but the implementation as well as training were atrocious, so we bailed and moved to Expensify. What a refreshing difference! **What do you dislike about Expensify?** It does not integrate well with Quickbooks. Every week we have to ask our IT team to reboot everything, which means that everyone has to log out of Quickbooks, which is a real pain. Also, whenever there is an update, all of our customizations disappear and we have to manually spend hours reentering all of our GL numbers and their descriptions. We are looking for another solution. **What problems is Expensify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was taking us a TON of time tracking down AMX receipts for our 28 cardholders and then entering the information into Quickbooks. Now the cardmembers upload their receipts to Expensify, which uploads the financial information into Quickbooks. We are saving literally DAYS of work each month! And our cardholders love the ease of submitting and coding AMX receipts. It´s super easy to use, you just need to upload the receipt and most of the times the receipts are recognized and categorized automatically. Expensify is integrated with the Payroll system that we use in the company so it´s easy for them to just download all of the reports. I use expensify every week as I neeed to pass my espenses to the people from payroll. **What do you dislike about Expensify?** The only thing that I dislike is that sometimes it generates extra receipts if you upload a pdf file, but is something that for sure can get fixed and improved. **What problems is Expensify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us to keep track of our expenses. It's quick and easy and I tend to lose receipts. So it's convenient for me to take a picture of the receipt right away, and then submit it later once I have some downtime. **What do you dislike about Expensify?** If I don't select the correct office it declines my request, I'm not sure if this is an Expensify issue or my company. Also, I wish didn't have to create the request and then submit it. The workflows are clear and it is simple to create reports and add expenses. - Previous tools made it difficult to qualify expenses as they continuously created wrong error notifications. Documents needed to be resubmitted multiple times. That has never happened with expensify - The app is a create addition to the product. Adding expenses, scanning the receipts and making changes on the spot takes little time and helps keeping track **What do you dislike about Expensify?** At first my tool switched from classic view to new and back a couple of times. That was tedious and now the best user experience. The problem seems to be solved, though. **What problems is Expensify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It took way too long to upload expenses and submitting reports with competitor solutions. The frustration level was very high and the whole process kept me from doing more relevant tasks. Expensify simplefies the entire process from upload to creating and submitting reports to final approval.
