Once the month ends, open up the Reports tab, hit submit. The UI allows to cc others such as supervisors that don't need to approve or finance to make them aware it's been submitted. Not sure how to make it better for my use case. **What do you dislike about Expensify?** The new Expenisfy takes a learning curve and doesn't seem as intuitive. If forced to use the new over the classic version, I may have to update the positive review. Collecting receipts and filing and expense report use to take at least an hour or more. Now, having my corporate card tethered to my Expensify account hit literally takes 60 seconds. Best of all, it organizes scanned expenses into categorized reports with attached receipts, making reporting seamless. **What do you dislike about Expensify?** It's not obvious for newbies that the Expense need not only to be created, but also submitted **What problems is Expensify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Expensify to manage and get reimbursed for various work-related expenses, including business trips, meals, team-building events, local transportation, and office supplies. The platform makes it easy to submit expense reports and attach receipts, streamlining the process of claiming back costs. It is also worthwhile for anyone who works as a business consultant or advisor to be familiar with Expensify as a potential tool for clients to consider. **What do you dislike about Expensify?** I have not experienced any shortcomings in Expensify for my use of the product. **What problems is Expensify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Expensify to record business expenses, allocate them to specific expense categories, and then add them to reports for claiming reimbursement. I keep the approved expense reports with the image of each expense in place of retaining the original documents. This process is all digitised. This isn’t just frustrating—it’s a major disruption to our business operations. If your platform handles financial transactions, your support system must be responsive and capable of escalating issues. Right now, it feels like there’s no real accountability or pathway to resolution.
