Every time you login, you are bombarded by essentially junk requests - that will later send you email! AWFUL! Secondly, this company makes it impossible to cancel your account. I have requested to cancel multiple times, and been told to contact the "concierge". I've been told to go to multiple screens to cancel my account. Currently unable to get past the 4th (!!!!) cancellation button without concierge help. On the 3rd screen, they ghosted me for 38 minutes! And now they are just sending me to an FAQ post altough the last step is telling me to contact concierge! If you have a FAQ for why you can't cancel your account, it's too complicated. One of the best features of expensify is that if we are going on a corporate lunch, then it allows us to select the attendees of the lunch event. This gives the approver a lot of information and helps him to take an informed decision on approval or rejection. **What do you dislike about Expensify?** Expensify should have the feature of scanning the bills and auto-populate some of the fields like amounts, vendor name etc. This feature is available in OCR **What problems is Expensify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has a very good audit trail which allows to see the bill progress. Also, it flags some of the exceptions based on policy. For example, our company does not allow bills older than 60 days, expensify flags bills oder than 60 days. I also really like the SmartScan technology which allows me to snap a photo of a receipt and let Expensify handle the rest. I always get quick responses from customer support which puts my mind at ease. **What do you dislike about Expensify?** I have had a few issues when integrating with Uber in particular, when some expenses show up twice, but I realised later that the fix involves including the tip at he beginning to avoid confusion. **What problems is Expensify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Expensify has been a game-changer for handling my expenses.
