Easy for employees to use and submit expenses. **What do you dislike about Expensify?** Integration tradeoffs - If you want to export reports with multiple locations, you need to do so with a journal entry. Ex. Manager travels to different plants. But, expensify does not provide tax support for journal entries. If your expenses have tax rates - and what expenses don't have taxes - then your journal entry reports will fail often. This is not a supported pathway by expensify, not sure why they provide the option. Customer support - There is no account contact person. You have to use a generic chat service. The system seems designed to frustrate you out of getting help. It took days to start a ticket with them, I had to follow up every week to see if there was any progress, and was told they were working on it. I never got a resolution to the problem. I like the category wise bifurcation. On my laptop, it flows nicely and the legacy version, in my opinion, is more versatile. Payments and reimbursements are better there as you can easily create a report there. I use it every week to submit bills with my company. **What do you dislike about Expensify?** I would prefer it was also segregated date wise and a subtotal was displaced for each date. Mobile app needs improvement. It could be similar to SmartReceipts app where it is much easier to upload and submit the receipts. The UI needs a lot of improvement. The team should focus on the app from the perspective of a new user and right now for a first time user, its a bit confusing. Also, the app reached through the inbox option should be the face of the app when you log in.
