While I find the help articles to be super helpful, I work in a place full of individuals who simply refuse to read anything and require too much hand-holding. Creating and publishing five-minute videos (because there are too many short attention spans) could alleviate so much manual training I have to provide. **What problems is Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Certify Expense has cut the amount of time it takes to process and import transactions into our accounting system. Again, like last year, the bothersome survey that is work for me that benefits emburse but I estimate that it doesn't improve the program to any great degree for me. Giving our people the choice between an app and the website has been nice, too. I haven't yet found a good way to reimburse them for mileage without making them start an account. The only issue I’ve run into was when I tried to upload our company logo and it wasn’t accepted, even though it was the correct file size. We have 200+ users currently creating expense reports.
