What I like best about Rippling is how everything lives in one platform — payroll, benefits, device management, and app provisioning all connect seamlessly. The onboarding workflows are a huge time-saver: when a new hire is added, accounts, payroll, and even hardware assignments are triggered automatically, which used to take us hours of manual coordination across different tools. What do you dislike about Rippling?

Support response times can feel slow for non-critical issues, and I’m often routed through chat or help articles before I can reach a real person. For a platform handling something as sensitive as payroll, quicker access to human support would make the experience much better. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rippling solved our biggest problem: fragmented HR and IT administration. Before, onboarding a new employee meant touching four or five different systems; now it's a single automated workflow, which has cut onboarding time from days to hours. Performance-wise, the platform is fast and reliable — pages load quickly even when running reports across the full employee base, and we've never experienced downtime during a payroll run. The ROI has been clear: we've avoided adding administrative headcount as we've grown, and the time saved on manual data entry alone justifies the cost. The AI-assisted features, like intelligent report building and policy suggestions, are still maturing but already help us answer HR data questions in seconds instead of building reports manually. What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I love how easy it is to use, and how trustworthy it is. For example, if something seems "off" to the system compared to normal patterns, or it notices a change that might impact my payroll, it will point these out to me so that I can double check them for accuracy. I also find their customer service to be excellent on the occasions that I have a question or concern. I find that the system works reliably well, and it does a lot of work for me in the background without me having to think about it. Some examples are automatically handling IRS transmissions and filing appropriate tax forms, as well as seamlessly handling wage garnishments if/when they arise. Pricing is very fair for all of the features above, plus more that I don't make use of often but I know they are available, such as HR support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

ADP RUN makes it very quick and easy to run payroll, while also giving me peace of mind that everything is being handled correctly from a tax perspective. There is also a lot of flexibility in how you process pay to employees in the event of special circumstances, which their customer service team is happy to help you with if you aren't sure the best way to handle a certain situation. What do you like best about Gusto?

Review Update 6/9/26 - Gusto just keeps getting better. The system is incredibly reliable for tracking my hours, and my direct deposit consistently hits a day early, this feature alone has blessed me in so many ways. Their partnership with Clair for small interest-free advances between paydays is an awesome, helpful feature. The interface is beautiful and always very easy to navigate! Prior to my current place of employment, I hadn't heard of Gusto yet, but I am just very grateful that my employer uses Gusto for their payroll needs. Since being introduced to Gusto and all of the services offered, I have decided to keep all of my banking needs with them. Gusto customer service support is quick to respond and in the event a call is needed, the reason for calling is resolved immediately, never long hold times. I outlined this in my review. Everything is Gusto is making life so much easier and efficient. I am speaking from and employee of Open Doors/ User perspective. I've used many other systems for payroll tracking, etc. but nothing that even comes close to comparing with Gusto! I'm very impressed with the system.

I like using Deel Payroll for its effectiveness and communication in processes and payments. It is perfect for receiving my salary in another currency, and the payment records and notifications help me a lot. I am always aware of how much and when I will receive my salary because I receive alerts via email, mobile, and other notifications, even for transfers when moving my money between accounts.

In my case, it is already integrated with the WebWork Time Tracker, so my hours are compensated within Deel quickly and easily understood.

What do you like best about Shopify POS?

I really like the ability to take in person orders from the palm of my hand via an iPad or iPhone with the Shopify POS app. If you use a newer iPhone you can even take tap to pay payments with your phone without the need for any extra hardware. I can customize the POS screen fully with discounts, custom tiles, shipping options, and more. Compared to traditional POS systems with clunky hardware this is incredible. What do you dislike about Shopify POS?

There are two things that cause us issues with Shopify POS. First, if you get logged out of your Shopify account while at a show it can be difficult to get logged back in quickly especially if you have 2FA enabled, like we do. I understand the security aspect, but we need access in a hurry and never know if/when we will get logged out by the system. Second, setting orders to ship instead of in person sales can be tricky. What problems is Shopify POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shopify POS is solving the issue of making in person sales at trade shows and events that our company attends. We attend many off-road, motocross, racing, and remote events that don't really have a place to set up a traditional computer for sales. Our team can easily walk around with an iPad or phone and complete transactions from anywhere without the need to sit down at a desk. I was disappointed to find that when I went to look art prior month's pay, it still displayed the amount of hours of the current month. That was initially confusing.

As I stated before, what bothers me the most is that i am unable to label each line in some way. I would be delighted if I were able to put two initials to designate with whom I had spent that hour. What do you like best about Central?

I use Central to manage our payroll and benefits, and I really appreciate that it's all set up and I don't have to think about it. This makes it really easy for us. We've been using it from the very beginning when we first set up payroll for our startup company, and it's worked seamlessly the whole time. Central also manages state filings and stuff for us, which is kinda like having an HR team. It's really nice because we have Slack access to them, and it's insanely cheaper than hiring actual HR employees. Having fewer things to think about on that front is super helpful. What do you like best about Asanify AI?

I like the pricing and the features of Asanify AI, which fit well for a startup like ours. The set of features we get at this price point is genuinely useful, especially since we didn’t want to invest too much in an HRMS tool.

Each month, Asanify AI supports our payroll processing by generating payslips, calculating how much needs to be paid to each employee, and automating salary communications to employees. For leave management, it keeps everything organized, shows leave accrual for each employee, and sends notifications. We can even approve leave with a simple response in Slack, which is very convenient because we don’t need to log in to the portal.

For attendance management, it clearly informs us of the days we need to pay for by the end of the month. I also found the initial setup straightforward, since the Asanify AI team handled it for us and helped us get up to speed quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asanify AI?

I think the main aspect that didn’t work well for us was a fixed, non-editable feature in the payroll module. When doing F&F calculations or generating payslips, you sometimes need to add custom items, but some of those fields aren’t editable. As a result, the payslip and payroll setup can feel a bit rigid, which isn’t ideal when you’re working with an HRMS tool and need flexibility.

Also the performance of overall tool is good only for beginers and one's we grow we will move away to more structured HRMS tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
