Rippling has a very clean and easy to use UI or user interface. The otherthing that Rippling really excels at is making finding all the relevent area very intutive. I really appreciate using Gusto for HR compliance and payroll, along with storing employee documents. The Mineral feature is particularly valuable, as it allows me to consult with pros for clarification on regulations and laws. It's a huge plus to have a team of experts available to walk me through standards and procedures that have to follow specific guidelines. I find Gusto makes running payroll incredibly easy with its direct deposit and auto-calculations of pay, saving me from the complex process. The integrated background checks are quick and simple, adding to the ease of handling our HR tasks. Additionally, the harassment training feature is straightforward to purchase and assign, and again, makes it really easy to follow state regulations without having to go outside of gusto and buy expensive packages. I really like how Gusto allows for tailored features to individuals, avoiding the need for entire group purchases that might not suit everyone. It's also worth noting the service's price is super reasonable given the value provided. I would definitely recommend Gusto to any business looking to streamline payroll and personnel tasks, while having a team of people on your side to help with every step along the way. I love that Square Point of Sale is a one-stop solution for all our needs. It's not just limited to POS, but also offers invoicing, banking, debit card facilities, and even loans. Our team is able to customize the different platforms to fit our company's needs. And the reporting is top notch. Our fiscal year begins on July 1st. In the past, we've always had to run 2 YTD reports and do a cut and paste job to come up with fiscal year data. I love being able to give the Accounting auditor and the 401k auditor login access each year - so that they can pull the data that they need directly from the system. And once the audit is completed, I can deactivate their access. I love that individuals who leave the organization can still have limited access to the system. They can still see their W2s, pay statements and other tax forms. That eliminates those phone calls and emails each January from individuals who no longer work with the organization. The Time & Attendance platform allowed us to finally get our PTO / Accrual process automated. We have also been able to implement a grant allocation process on the T&A platform as well. Two things that we've had to do manually in other systems. And we were finally able to get rid of a 15 tab Excel document by automating our payroll journal entry. That is something I would list 5 times on repeat. Every system we used in the past always promised that they could integrate with NetSuite (our company's Accounting software). UKG not only promised but they delivered. For once our Accounting Department has been happy with HRs selection of a HRIS. We also had a great implementation team. Love the Open Enrollment platform and the Applicant Tracking platform. We added the Learning module to our platform last month. We are currently reviewing Bryte and Document Manager. What I like most about Shopify POS is how smoothly it connects online and offline sales in one system. Orders from the website and orders from the physical store show up in the same dashboard, which makes inventory and reporting much easier to manage. Another big plus is I show how easy it is to set up and start using. Even non-technical staff can quickly learn the POS from a backend point of view. This reduces support issues because fewer things break or get misused. I also like the real-time inventory sync. When a product is sold in store, stock updates instantly online; this avoids overselling and saves a lot of manual work. The integration with the tight Shopify ecosystem is another strong point. Payments, customer profiles, discounts, and tax rules work together without extra configuration.
