It allows to have several tools in one place, centralizing the tech stack. It's overall performance is good, and I haven't had any issues with it so far. The UX is good, and intuitive regardless of the amount of options it has. The support team has been very helpful whenever we reached out to them for help on a specific topic. I haven't used all of their AI features yet, but I will be very soon on their Recruiting module. Luckily, I use Rippling every day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Gusto for about three years across different employers, and I've grown to appreciate its comprehensive integration capabilities. Gusto seamlessly consolidates various crucial functions like benefits, expenses, and HR information, all in one place. This integration significantly reduces the time we would otherwise spend searching through disparate systems or managing multiple PDFs and links for our vendors. This centralization has proven invaluable, especially since our organization lacks dedicated HR systems. Additionally, I've been impressed with the simplicity of Gusto's setup process; my entire company was able to become operational within a month, which speaks volumes about the user-friendliness of the platform. On a personal note, I also appreciate how Gusto aligns with our small business needs, allowing us to manage everything efficiently without the need for complex systems. This efficiency is further highlighted by my willingness to score it a 9 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to colleagues or friends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the run portal interface. Prior to ADP I was using Paychex for payroll and am very happy with the ADP portal experience, it's much more user friendly and easier to get things done. Primarily, I use the payroll feature to run payroll and the reports. I like the payroll report package that is generated after each pay period, it contains everything I need to see. I also run quarterly reports which are great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the things I value most about Deel Payroll is its intuitive and well-designed interface. As someone who regularly manages payroll workflows, having a clean and easy-to-navigate UI makes a big difference in day-to-day operations.
Tasks like reviewing payments, managing contracts, and tracking payroll status are straightforward and don’t require unnecessary steps. This has significantly reduced the time I spend on administrative work compared to other tools I’ve used.
Another key benefit is how everything is centralized. Instead of juggling multiple tools or spreadsheets, Deel provides a unified platform where I can handle global payroll, compliance, and contractor management in one place.
From a financial perspective, transfer costs are relatively low compared to alternatives, and the platform maintains clear and transparent exchange rates. This makes it easier to plan and avoid unexpected discrepancies when dealing with international payments.
In terms of AI features, the assistant is decent and helpful for basic queries or quick guidance, but it’s the human support that really stands out. The live chat support has been responsive and effective whenever I’ve needed help with more specific or critical issues.
Performance has also been reliable — I haven’t experienced slowdowns during important workflows, which is essential when dealing with time-sensitive payments.
Overall, the combination of usability, cost efficiency, transparency, and strong customer support has improved my workflow by reducing operational overhead and making processes more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Square for Retail has great features for inventory tracking, including a receiving feature and cost of goods reports. Transactions are generally quick and easy on the point of sale register or handheld terminal, and Square provides nonprofits like ours with a discounted credit card processing rate. Switching from Clover POS to Square POS has allowed us to save on processing fees and helps us keep better track of our inventory. It also allows us to use online payment links without needing a full online store. Another feature we like is the Customer Directory, which automatically captures customer data, as well as allows us to group customers so we can give unique discounts to different membership levels. The directory is also helpful for reporting visitor demographics and visitor return rates (we can see who returns weekly, monthly, or has visited only once). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Remote to be quite a handy platform, especially since I'm based in South Africa and my head office is in the UK. It makes accessing documents like tax information and contracts easy, and submitting time sheets is straightforward. I like that it helps connect the company and the employee effectively. I can sign contracts virtually and access them any time I want. At first, it was a bit tricky to navigate, but once I got used to it, it became quite easy. I appreciate having access to my payslips and being able to raise disputes through the platform. Requesting time off is simple, and I can see my upcoming leave days or public holidays effortlessly. Having access to my EOR is crucial, as it outlines expectations and conditions with my employer. I found the signup process for Remote to be very easy and transparent, particularly as a new hire. The platform gives me peace of mind knowing my information is stored safely, and I value the accessibility via phone, which is convenient during emergencies or when I'm on the go. It's a system I believe every company should use, as it bridges the gap between HR, tax, and the employee, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of HROne is that it’s less costly and still provides all the features that other tools charge more for. This tool helps keep my organisation’s HR processes smooth. I’m currently using it, and one of the best things is that the team always follows trends. For example, when the India T20 World Cup was happening, they created a scorecard where you could play and get some rewards. This kind of activity makes employees feel more comfortable and motivated. Also, the recruitment portal in this tool is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What i really like about the shopify POS is how simple and easy it is to use. You dont need much training to get started, and everything feels quite intuitive. The best part is how smoothly it connects with the online store, so managing products and orders in one place becomes super convenient. I also like how fast the checkout process is and how everything stays synced in real time, like inventory and customer data. It saves a lot of effort and makes daily operations much easier, especially if you are handling both online and offline sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best aspect of the program is its ability to hold onto your login information, and even store information from when you are offline. The tab system is intuitive and makes it easy to manage people you supervise, it integrates easily into physical devices with either an app, website, or proprietary devices. The system performs quickly, only sometimes taking longer than normal due to latency. It makes onboarding easy with a few quick settings and in the case of my organization IT is able to automate that process. I do not know about pricing from my position. There is not any integration of AI and I hope it remains that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, Keka is a really good product.
We use Keka every day to monitor and manage various aspects of employee records. At a very competitive price, it offers plenty of features to work with.

1. It allows us to post content, make announcements, and run polls within the platform.
2. Assets inventory: It’s very easy to manage and maintain an assets inventory database in Keka.
3. The remote clock-in feature is very promising. Since we are a remote-working company with flexible hours, we don’t use this feature, but it would be very helpful for teams that need to track employee time.
4. Hiring: From sourcing to hiring to onboarding, we do it all in Keka.
5. Surveys: It’s also very easy to create and send surveys to collect feedback from people within the organization.
6. Document repository: All employee-related e-documents can be stored in one place.
7. Our finance team has set up our tax modules in Keka, which makes filing taxes much easier.
8. Appraisals: It has a comprehensive and customizable appraisal system, and the module can be tailored to your requirements. The auto-generated appraisal letters are a lifesaver if you want to skip the manual work of creating them.
9. Leave management: An easy way to manage and track your own and your team’s leave.
10. Tickets: We use Keka to raise issues related to IT and expenses.
11. Customer support is very prompt in most cases. However, if you need special support, it can take some time to get through.
12. It’s also a very easy platform to navigate, and most modules are straightforward to use and implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Central to manage our payroll and benefits, and I really appreciate that it's all set up and I don't have to think about it. This makes it really easy for us. We've been using it from the very beginning when we first set up payroll for our startup company, and it's worked seamlessly the whole time. Central also manages state filings and stuff for us, which is kinda like having an HR team. It's really nice because we have Slack access to them, and it's insanely cheaper than hiring actual HR employees. Having fewer things to think about on that front is super helpful. What I like most is that Central acts like an HR team without needing to pay for staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Asanify is its user-friendly interface. Daily I am using Asanify to give my attendance, that is clock in and clock out. If I click on calendar, I can clearly see list of holidays coming that month, and we can also who are all the employees on leave for the whole month. I can also use regularize button option, to record my forgotten attendance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
KORONA is a Cloud based POS software for wineries. It comes with advanced inventory tracking and an intuitive interface.

One of the strongest aspects of KORONA POS is its reporting and analytics. The system provides detailed, real-time insights into sales performance, product trends, and employee activity, all presented through clear and customizable dashboards. This makes it easy for business owners to understand what’s working and what isn’t without needing advanced technical skills or additional software.
Beyond reporting, it stands out for its flexibility in pricing and contracts. Unlike many competitors, it doesn’t require long-term commitments, which gives businesses more freedom to adapt or switch systems as their needs change. This low-risk approach is especially appealing for small businesses or those just getting started.
Another key strength is its focus on niche retail industries. It is designed with specialized features that cater to businesses like convenience stores, liquor shops, and ticketing operations. These tailored tools make everyday processes more efficient and aligned with the specific demands of those industries.
Additionally, the platform includes built-in loss prevention tools that help reduce shrinkage and errors. Features like transaction tracking, role-based permissions, and detailed audit logs give business owners greater control and visibility over daily operations, helping to maintain accountability among staff.
Finally, KORONA POS scales well as a business grows. Whether operating a single location or managing multiple stores, the system expands smoothly without becoming overly complex, allowing users to maintain efficiency while increasing their reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
