“All-in-One Platform with Good UX, Performance, and Helpful Support”
What do you like best about Rippling?

It allows to have several tools in one place, centralizing the tech stack. It's overall performance is good, and I haven't had any issues with it so far. The UX is good, and intuitive regardless of the amount of options it has. The support team has been very helpful whenever we reached out to them for help on a specific topic. I haven't used all of their AI features yet, but I will be very soon on their Recruiting module. Luckily, I use Rippling every day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Implementation is a bit complex considering we are trying to centralize our tech stack, but I guess it makes a bit of sense.

Moreover, I've never seen a system that charged for additional integrations. Normally either there's an integration or API in place (available for everybody), or there isn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralizing great part of our tech stack into just one system while automating workflows to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A Perfect Fit for Small Business HR Needs”
What do you like best about Gusto?

I have been using Gusto for about three years across different employers, and I've grown to appreciate its comprehensive integration capabilities. Gusto seamlessly consolidates various crucial functions like benefits, expenses, and HR information, all in one place. This integration significantly reduces the time we would otherwise spend searching through disparate systems or managing multiple PDFs and links for our vendors. This centralization has proven invaluable, especially since our organization lacks dedicated HR systems. Additionally, I've been impressed with the simplicity of Gusto's setup process; my entire company was able to become operational within a month, which speaks volumes about the user-friendliness of the platform. On a personal note, I also appreciate how Gusto aligns with our small business needs, allowing us to manage everything efficiently without the need for complex systems. This efficiency is further highlighted by my willingness to score it a 9 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to colleagues or friends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

The people management features in Gusto could be improved, particularly in the areas of goal setting and calendar integration. This is important because my management prefers using Google Suite, and improving these aspects in Gusto could help keep users on the platform, especially for tasks like meeting setting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Gusto to centralize my HR needs, streamlining everything from benefits to expenses, so I don't waste time tracking multiple systems, enhancing organizational efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“User-Friendly ADP Portal with Great Payroll and Reporting”
What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I like the run portal interface. Prior to ADP I was using Paychex for payroll and am very happy with the ADP portal experience, it's much more user friendly and easier to get things done. Primarily, I use the payroll feature to run payroll and the reports. I like the payroll report package that is generated after each pay period, it contains everything I need to see. I also run quarterly reports which are great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

The only thing that I miss from Paychex that ADP doesn't have is the 15 minute window of time that Paychex offers after submitting payroll to make any adjustments. It's a nice failsafe to have 15 minutes to go back and make an adjustment if you notice that something isn't right. Seems like this could be added into the software easily. The other issue that ADP might want to consider is having a dedicated representative for each account. This is something that Paychex offers that ADP does not. I primarily use the Run software and don't have to contact an agent frequently, but it would be nice to have a dedicated human to contact should the need arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

One issue that we had with Paychex was lots of unnecessary fees. That has vanished since beginning with ADP. I love that ADP files taxes on our behalf and makes the reporting feature very easy to understand and access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Comprehensive, Easy-to-Access HR Solution with Helpful AI Support”
What do you like best about Paycom?

Paycom is a comprehensive solution with the ability to help employees and supervisors. The new AI widget has also made it easier to find support and understand the information you are looking at. Accessibility across multiple devices helps to make Paycom easy to access and use as both an employee and supervisor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

The biggest issue I have found with Paycom is the Time Clock application. While trying to run a Time Clock kiosk on an iPad, it can be difficult to setup based on how Paycom requires a link to authenticate, then the active link changes. This makes it cumbersome when trying to use the kiosk in single app mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Paycom being a single solution that covers everything from the Candidate Search to the Employee leaving, Paycom helps solve many issues. One thing that has really helped us is that Paycom is an easy and quick way for students to manage their working hours. Allowing the students, and full time staff, the ability to clock in and out from mobile devices as well as a computer really makes sure that we have accurate time management. “Intuitive, Centralized Payroll with Transparent Rates and Responsive Support”
What do you like best about Deel Payroll?

One of the things I value most about Deel Payroll is its intuitive and well-designed interface. As someone who regularly manages payroll workflows, having a clean and easy-to-navigate UI makes a big difference in day-to-day operations.

Tasks like reviewing payments, managing contracts, and tracking payroll status are straightforward and don’t require unnecessary steps. This has significantly reduced the time I spend on administrative work compared to other tools I’ve used.

Another key benefit is how everything is centralized. Instead of juggling multiple tools or spreadsheets, Deel provides a unified platform where I can handle global payroll, compliance, and contractor management in one place.

From a financial perspective, transfer costs are relatively low compared to alternatives, and the platform maintains clear and transparent exchange rates. This makes it easier to plan and avoid unexpected discrepancies when dealing with international payments.

In terms of AI features, the assistant is decent and helpful for basic queries or quick guidance, but it’s the human support that really stands out. The live chat support has been responsive and effective whenever I’ve needed help with more specific or critical issues.

Performance has also been reliable — I haven’t experienced slowdowns during important workflows, which is essential when dealing with time-sensitive payments.

Overall, the combination of usability, cost efficiency, transparency, and strong customer support has improved my workflow by reducing operational overhead and making processes more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deel Payroll?

One area that could be improved is the clarity around payment delays. While the platform generally works well, there have been occasions where payments take longer than expected, and the communication about the reasons behind those delays isn’t always as clear as it could be.

For a payroll system, timing and transparency are critical, so having more proactive notifications or clearer status updates would make a big difference. Even a more detailed breakdown of where a payment is in the process would help reduce uncertainty.

That said, when reaching out to support, they are usually responsive and helpful in clarifying the situation — but improving this visibility directly within the platform would enhance the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Deel Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?

Deel Payroll solves the complexity of receiving payments as an international contractor. Before using it, managing cross-border payments often involved multiple intermediaries, unclear fees, and delays.

With Deel, I’m able to receive my salary from abroad in a much more structured and reliable way. It simplifies compliance, handles currency conversion, and provides a clear overview of payments, which reduces uncertainty and administrative overhead.

This has benefited me by making the entire process more predictable and efficient. I spend less time worrying about payment logistics and more time focusing on my work, knowing that payments will be handled consistently and transparently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Just Ok - Fair fee costs, good tools for inventory, lacking in support”
What do you like best about Square Point of Sale?

Square for Retail has great features for inventory tracking, including a receiving feature and cost of goods reports. Transactions are generally quick and easy on the point of sale register or handheld terminal, and Square provides nonprofits like ours with a discounted credit card processing rate. Switching from Clover POS to Square POS has allowed us to save on processing fees and helps us keep better track of our inventory. It also allows us to use online payment links without needing a full online store. Another feature we like is the Customer Directory, which automatically captures customer data, as well as allows us to group customers so we can give unique discounts to different membership levels. The directory is also helpful for reporting visitor demographics and visitor return rates (we can see who returns weekly, monthly, or has visited only once). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Square Point of Sale?

The major downside of Square is it's lack of adequate customer support. I often have to wait hours on the phone, only to be told there is a glitch or issue that nobody knows how to fix yet, After several days, the issue may resolve itself, but I am never followed up with, and never informed of what caused the issue or how it was fixed.

While Square advertises it has integrations with many other software products, we have found that most of those integrations are actually not customizable enough for our needs. For example, only a few of the fields are able to be sent through third party integration apps like Zapier. We have also tried the Quickbooks integration (it only sent a general sales figure over, not different figures for nontaxable and taxable sales), and the WooCommerce integration (cannot use products with multiple variable features online - like a tee shirt with a size variation AND a color variation), so we have not been able to use any integrations. “Simplifies Remote Work with Feature-Rich Platform”
What do you like best about Remote?

I find Remote to be quite a handy platform, especially since I'm based in South Africa and my head office is in the UK. It makes accessing documents like tax information and contracts easy, and submitting time sheets is straightforward. I like that it helps connect the company and the employee effectively. I can sign contracts virtually and access them any time I want. At first, it was a bit tricky to navigate, but once I got used to it, it became quite easy. I appreciate having access to my payslips and being able to raise disputes through the platform. Requesting time off is simple, and I can see my upcoming leave days or public holidays effortlessly. Having access to my EOR is crucial, as it outlines expectations and conditions with my employer. I found the signup process for Remote to be very easy and transparent, particularly as a new hire. The platform gives me peace of mind knowing my information is stored safely, and I value the accessibility via phone, which is convenient during emergencies or when I'm on the go. It's a system I believe every company should use, as it bridges the gap between HR, tax, and the employee, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

At first, it was a bit hard to navigate. I wasn't sure how to go about using it. I feel like it could be easier to track or upload your time sheet. I'm not sure if I'm not able to do it, but it's something that doesn't have to be done weekly. If there's an option to automatically record your hours and then you approve that, I need that option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find Remote handy for accessing documents, tax information, contracts, and submitting timesheets. It simplifies the connection between remote employees and international companies, ensuring access to important documents and features like pay slips, leave requests, and more, making it convenient and secure. The best part of HROne is that it’s less costly and still provides all the features that other tools charge more for. This tool helps keep my organisation’s HR processes smooth. I’m currently using it, and one of the best things is that the team always follows trends. Also, the recruitment portal in this tool is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

“Simple, Intuitive POS That Syncs Seamlessly with Your Online Store”
What do you like best about Shopify POS?

What i really like about the shopify POS is how simple and easy it is to use. You dont need much training to get started, and everything feels quite intuitive. The best part is how smoothly it connects with the online store, so managing products and orders in one place becomes super convenient. I also like how fast the checkout process is and how everything stays synced in real time, like inventory and customer data. It saves a lot of effort and makes daily operations much easier, especially if you are handling both online and offline sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify POS?

One thing I dont like about shopify POS is the pricing. Some useful features are only available in higher plans, which can feel a bit expensive, especially for small businesses. Also certain advanced features and integrations sometimes require extra apps, which adds to the overall cost. Another downside is that customization options are somewhat limited in a few areas, like reports and POS specific settings. Occasionally, the system can feel slightly slow when syncing data or handling large inventories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Shopify POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shopify POS solves the problem of managing online and offline sales separately. Earlier, it was difficult to keep track of inventory, orders and customer data across different systems, but shopify POS brings everything into one place. This makes it much easier to manage products, avoid stock mismatches, and reduce manual work. It also simplifies the checkout and billing process, which helps save time and improves the customer experience. having real time data and unified report makes decision making faster and more accurate. Overall, it helps streamline daily operations and makes running a retail business much more efficient and less stressful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best aspect of the program is its ability to hold onto your login information, and even store information from when you are offline. The tab system is intuitive and makes it easy to manage people you supervise, it integrates easily into physical devices with either an app, website, or proprietary devices. The system performs quickly, only sometimes taking longer than normal due to latency. It makes onboarding easy with a few quick settings and in the case of my organization IT is able to automate that process. I do not know about pricing from my position. The support team is responsive and knowledgeable, which adds confidence when managing employees in different countries. “One platform for all HR tasks - Recruitment, Payroll, Database, Appraisal, Leave+Asset management”
What do you like best about Keka?

Overall, Keka is a really good product.

We use Keka every day to monitor and manage various aspects of employee records. At a very competitive price, it offers plenty of features to work with.

Here’s what I like about Keka:

1. It allows us to post content, make announcements, and run polls within the platform.

2. Assets inventory: It’s very easy to manage and maintain an assets inventory database in Keka.

3. The remote clock-in feature is very promising. Since we are a remote-working company with flexible hours, we don’t use this feature, but it would be very helpful for teams that need to track employee time.

4. Hiring: From sourcing to hiring to onboarding, we do it all in Keka.

5. Surveys: It’s also very easy to create and send surveys to collect feedback from people within the organization.

6. Document repository: All employee-related e-documents can be stored in one place.

7. Our finance team has set up our tax modules in Keka, which makes filing taxes much easier.

8. Appraisals: It has a comprehensive and customizable appraisal system, and the module can be tailored to your requirements. The auto-generated appraisal letters are a lifesaver if you want to skip the manual work of creating them.

9. Leave management: An easy way to manage and track your own and your team’s leave.

10. Tickets: We use Keka to raise issues related to IT and expenses.

11. Customer support is very prompt in most cases. However, if you need special support, it can take some time to get through.

12. It’s also a very easy platform to navigate, and most modules are straightforward to use and implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

Overall, I do like Keka—it’s a really good HRMS.

Based on my requirements, there are a few things I don’t like:

1. Surveys: When we create surveys, the only option is to send them to the whole organization. It would be great to have the option to send surveys to specific people as well. I especially felt this need when trying to collect feedback through surveys for new joiners.

Update: this feature is added now, yeay!

2. Recruitment: There are two issues I face with Keka Hire. First, there isn’t an option to send trigger emails that are customized for each stage of the hiring process. Second, the email conversation we have with a candidate isn’t visible in Keka—we have to check Gmail to see the thread. This is a huge area for improvement.

3. Integrations: In our case, there are still a lot of missing product integrations—Slack, for instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?

In summary here is what Keka helps us to manage:

1. Recruitment

2. Payroll

3. ATS for recruitment

4. Leave Management

5. Performance appraisal

6. Asset Management

“BambooHR Makes Booking Time Off Quick and Simple”
What do you like best about BambooHR?

I think the best thing about BambooHR is how simple it is, along with its clean UI. I can usually find what I’m looking for pretty quickly. For example, I mainly use BambooHR to book time off or check my team’s vacations, and I can do that in just a couple of simple clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

It’s relatively small, but the login process can be annoying. I don’t like that when I’m signing in from a new device, I have to enter the company space again. It just adds more friction to getting on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

BambooHR makes it easy for me to handle basic HR tasks quickly in one place. Before, booking time off meant I had to talk to my manager in person, and I also had to keep track of my vacation days on my own. “Central: Your Startup's Payroll & HR Secret Weapon”
What do you like best about Central?

I use Central to manage our payroll and benefits, and I really appreciate that it's all set up and I don't have to think about it. This makes it really easy for us. We've been using it from the very beginning when we first set up payroll for our startup company, and it's worked seamlessly the whole time. Central also manages state filings and stuff for us, which is kinda like having an HR team. It's really nice because we have Slack access to them, and it's insanely cheaper than hiring actual HR employees. Having fewer things to think about on that front is super helpful. What I like most is that Central acts like an HR team without needing to pay for staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Asanify - umbrella of HR processes under single domain”
What do you like best about Asanify AI?

What I like best about Asanify is its user-friendly interface. Daily I am using Asanify to give my attendance, that is clock in and clock out. After you clock in, it will automatically display when to clock out my attendance. If I click on calendar, I can clearly see list of holidays coming that month, and we can also who are all the employees on leave for the whole month. I can also use regularize button option, to record my forgotten attendance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asanify AI?

Some features like Hiring, analytics, Performance and OKR are somewhat clumsy and difficult to understand. Customer support is also not available 24/7. Updating personal information is also creating disturbance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asanify AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asanify solves the problem of managing Salaries of employees, managing attendance, and OKR tracking into a single platform. It simplifies attendance management, improves visibility into leaves and working hours, and provides a structured way to track OKRs and individual goals. This integration reduces manual effort, minimizes errors, and helps align employee performance with organizational objectives.

In our company we use Asanify to mark my daily attendance, to update my profile details, to know my salary details, to download my salary slip, to take leave, to plan my vacation by seeing list of holidays, to regularize my attendance, to see how many hours I worked in a given month, to see performance review and OKR details. “The Powerhouse with a Learning Curve”
What do you like best about KORONA POS?

One of the strongest aspects of KORONA POS is its reporting and analytics. The system provides detailed, real-time insights into sales performance, product trends, and employee activity, all presented through clear and customizable dashboards. This makes it easy for business owners to understand what’s working and what isn’t without needing advanced technical skills or additional software.

Beyond reporting, it stands out for its flexibility in pricing and contracts. Unlike many competitors, it doesn’t require long-term commitments, which gives businesses more freedom to adapt or switch systems as their needs change. This low-risk approach is especially appealing for small businesses or those just getting started.

Another key strength is its focus on niche retail industries. It is designed with specialized features that cater to businesses like convenience stores, liquor shops, and ticketing operations. These tailored tools make everyday processes more efficient and aligned with the specific demands of those industries.

Additionally, the platform includes built-in loss prevention tools that help reduce shrinkage and errors. Features like transaction tracking, role-based permissions, and detailed audit logs give business owners greater control and visibility over daily operations, helping to maintain accountability among staff.

Finally, KORONA POS scales well as a business grows. Whether operating a single location or managing multiple stores, the system expands smoothly without becoming overly complex, allowing users to maintain efficiency while increasing their reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KORONA POS?

KORONA POS: Power at the Cost of Simplicity

KORONA POS is a robust retail engine, but its power comes with significant friction. The most common complaint is the steep learning curve; the backend is dense, and the terminology often feels unintuitive, making it far from "plug-and-play."

The user interface also feels dated and clunky compared to modern competitors like Square. This aesthetic gap is joined by pricing hurdles, as the per-terminal fee can make scaling expensive for multi-register businesses. Additionally, while its inventory management is elite, its native CRM and marketing tools are basic, often requiring paid third-party integrations.

However, KORONA excels for high-volume stores because it is processor agnostic, allowing owners to choose their own merchant services and save on fees. Ultimately, if you prioritize deep inventory control and financial flexibility over a sleek, simple interface, KORONA is a powerhouse—provided you're willing to endure the difficult setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KORONA POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

solves the problem of operational inefficiency in high-volume retail. By automating complex tasks like inventory reordering and "case-breaking" for bulk items, it eliminates the need for manual stock tracking that often leads to human error. This benefits you by ensuring that your shelves stay stocked with top-selling items without requiring hours of back-office spreadsheet work, allowing you to focus on business growth rather than tedious inventory counts.

Another critical issue it addresses is financial restriction. Most modern POS systems lock users into a single, high-rate payment processor, but KORONA is processor agnostic. This independence solves the problem of "hidden" transaction costs, allowing you to negotiate your own rates with any merchant service provider. This directly benefits your bottom line by maximizing profit margins on every sale—a crucial advantage for high-turnover businesses like liquor stores or smoke shops.

Finally, the system solves the data fragmentation common in multi-location businesses. Instead of managing separate databases, KORONA centralizes all store data into a single cloud-based dashboard. This provides the benefit of real-time visibility across your entire enterprise; you can push price updates, monitor employee performance, and track sales trends across multiple sites from one location. This transparency turns raw data into actionable insights, helping you make smarter decisions about scaling your operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
