What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I find PandaDoc to be very user-friendly, which is crucial for my role in the business development team. It gives me the freedom to tailor each proposal correctly to my clients and prospects. I really like being able to easily access already existing tables and the ability to show and hide items that need editing. The library feature is another big plus, as it allows me to add additional information to my proposals. Moreover, it syncs seamlessly with my Gmail and Slack, which streamlines my workflow. It's the best proposal generation tool I've used in my career, and setting it up was super simple. What i like about it is that how it handles complex pricing, quoting and revenue workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem. Once we configure this, it brings good structure and also consistency to the revenue process, also reduces some manual efforts. This integrates with salesforce object and reporting also makes it easier to track revenue and deals. The User interface is same as salesforce, which makes it very easy to use. I like how I can set up different services and add them to each respective agreement. I like that I can create templates for agreements and reuse them. It's all in one place, making it easier to keep track of the agreed scope of work, billing, and terms of agreement. The income is deposited pretty quickly once billing takes place. a more customizable proposal so that my brand and the particular sections I want are included. It'd be nice to just build a document with my logo and even font. I'd like to have an intro, maybe a section where there are different levels and the client can select what services they want, then pop in with timeline to get started, terms and conditions, etc. Some steps can be a little confusing as far as editing services or editing agreements and ensuring the agreement is signed but then billing can start immediately or at a certain date. I really appreciate how time saving it is while managing different projects at the same time. I also value how it generates answers using our curated Content Library, its AI Assistant has gotten increasingly better with time.

I work with RFPs in English and Spanish, and the automatic translation and reuse of past answers in multiple languages is a game changer for me.
