It’s hard to name just one thing! Anchor has drastically reduced the time it takes for me to create proposals. All my services complete with descriptions, legal verbiage, and scope of work are built right in. I can’t create an invoice on the go. If a client or even a non-client walks into the office needing a quick out-of-scope job like a copy of a report or something similar I can’t just generate an invoice without first creating an agreement. What do you like best about fynk?

As the head of managing IT and finance systems in a global fashion house, fynk is game-changing for oversight over our vendor and real estate agreements. Prior to the fynk, our processes were fragmented — supplier agreements sat in one shared drive, retail leases in another, and we tracked important dates by relying on manual spreadsheets that led to missed renewals and compliance risks.

And my favorite is hearing how fynk is our single source of truth. We have on-boarded hundreds of contracts for fabric suppliers, logistics partners and store leases into its centralized repository. AI-driven data extraction is another golden asset for finance: It automatically extracts important provisions such as payment terms, auto-renewal clauses, termination dates and more into structured data fields. This enables me to produce accruals and liability reports that are based on the contract data, not speculative estimates. Integration with our ERP (NetSuite) makes it so we sign contracts, and financial commitment mirrors into the accounting system without journal entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about fynk?

The base platform is good, but it could be better for an international retailer. The reporting dashboards included in the ERP for contract status is quite basic and doesn't provide enough depth to do complex financial analysis such as forecast your lease liabilities under different accounting standards (ie, IFRS16) or understand your spend commitments by region/category. For this, we usually export the AI-extracted data to another BI tool. Also managing contracts in multiple languages (we operate throughout Europe and Asia) is manageable, but the AI's analysis power is much stronger for English language documents. What problems is fynk solving and how is that benefiting you?

fynk is addressing our fundamental problem of financial and operational blind spots due to decentralized, unmanaged contracts.

Mitigating Risk: Autoreminders for expiration and termination dates have avoided expensive autorenewals that we don’t want. Every contract is being managed by us now, proactively.

Controls & Compliance: With all contractual financial commitments (lease payments, minimum annual spends with suppliers) automatically extracted and observed, our month end close is quicker and more accurate. We have a traceable audit trail of all commitments.

Operational Efficiency: Our regional retail managers can now request and track store lease amendments through the self-service portal (without finance or legal having to chase emails..). It has simplified our expansion and renovation programs.

For the finance lead for IS&T, it’s a win-win: full contract control. fynk has taken contracts from a static file lost in the back drawer to an active managed asset directly feeding our financial planning and risk management processes. What do you like best about GetAccept?

I love how professional and standardized our proposals and request forms are with GetAccept. We appear ahead of the curve to customers and even to other departments internally because of how robust our implementation of it has been. I also love the Salesforce integration. It's an absolute game changer and our forms that used to be cumbersome pdfs sent via email now essentially fill themselves out based on case info and can be easily sent. Even beyond just the forms themselves, we have configured salesforce to automatically fill certain case fields and change case statuses based on the sending and receipt of GetAccept forms. We have encountered a few issues with the SF integration regarding outgoing forms getting stuck in the draft status. The best thing about Ignition is automated payments & engagements. I used to struggle with anxiety around sending invoices to clients and would often lose income due to out of scope work. The only downside is I wish the Forms could be customised better so that I could send checklists to clients through Ignition as well. I use conditional formatting with Google Forms to send Checklists for Tax Returns. What do you like best about QuoteWerks?

It's an awesome tool for quoting and overall bookkeeping. I like that it keeps my vendor pricing in one place every time my team or I prepare a quote. Since we can copy older quotes and adjust them, it basically becomes our brand template, so it cuts time for both us and the customer to pay for the product we sell, since we are working with networks, we sell many VOIP phones, and we have our most sold models, so with QuoteWerks it's came to a point that even my kids knew how to do a quote. What do you dislike about QuoteWerks?

What do you like best about Loopio?

The biggest upside to Loopio is the library. Our library is in the final stages of being built out, and categories and tags have already saved us a significant amount of time, allowing us to find content without having to dig through completed RFP files.

What do you dislike about Loopio?

The GenAI feature is useful for quick, one-off questions or when I need a fast starting point, but it’s less helpful when I want to further refine the language it suggests without needing to start the prompt from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?

We recently set up the Salesforce and Slack integrations and are looking forward to taking full advantage of them. Even early on, we know they will streamline our process by tying RFP projects more closely to opportunities and pushing notifications into the channels where our team already works. What do you like best about Smart Pricing Table?

Smart Pricing Table has made a big difference for our team. It’s super easy to use, and setting up interactive proposals is quick and intuitive, no learning curve needed. Anything we had additional questions about was addressed in the FAQ/help section, or quickly answered by their team. Our clients love being able to interact with the proposal and customize their selections right in the browser.

The mobile responsiveness is excellent, which is huge for our on-the-go clients and sales team. Everything looks clean and works flawlessly, even on phones.

Also, shout out to their team (especially Joe!), they respond fast, are very helpful, and actually solve problems quickly. That kind of support is rare and much appreciated.

You could provide Intact with functionality that Intacct has not provided. ARMatic has offered us months for free use while reviewing the program and has finally delivered outstanding support for tens of thousands of dollars cheaper that the Intacct Software itself provides connectivity to allow NonIntacct employees to record bill payments.
