Subskribe is both easy to use and highly customizable thanks to its modern API-driven architecture. Our company operates a complex ecosystem of multiple business units serving different markets and spanning multiple CRMs and billing workflows. Subskribe is one of the few platforms that would technically enable us to implement a single subscription management solution across all of them - integrating seamlessly through custom API integrations. Subskribe has a strong engine but is still early on some UI quality of life automations and nice to haves. Things like being able to multi-select and alter records or being able to upload external singed paper in place of docusign just aren't there yet. What i like most about PandaDoc is its ease of use and clean interface. Even team members who are not very technical were able to get started quickly because of the ease of implementation. The platform offers a large number of features including document templates, e signatures, tracking and analytics, yet it does not feel overwhelming. I also appreciate the ease of integration with tools like CRM system and payment platforms which makes our workflow smoother. The customer support team has been responsive whenever we had questions and because of the platforms reliability our frequency of use is almost daily for proposals and agreements. One downside is that some advanced customisation options can feel slightly limited unless you are on a higher tier plan. Occasionally larger documents with many design elements can load a bit slowly. I love how easy it is to use. My proposals always look like I spent the whole day on them. Easy drag and drop features, the ability to bring images in through Unsplash, etc. They are also very responsive on support. I do wish I didnt use my free design when I first started, before I got to know the platform, because I would have given them one of our more standard options, but they do have paid services available for that. I wish they would expand the design modules to work more like a website CMS, maybe the ability to use HTML//CSS to really amp up the design and layout. Also the integration with HubSpot is not the best, it does not do what I wanted it to do. What do you like best about Minoa?

Honestly, before using Minoa we have had spreadsheets to build business cases and I thought that was totally fine. It worked, it didn"t cost anything and was okay-isch. Since using Minoa, our value selling has been a whole different breed. We sell on value in EVERY SINGLE DEAL. AEs don't need to be convinced anymore to build business cases, they want to do it. What do you dislike about Minoa?

What do you like best about GetAccept?

The implementation is very simple. And the product is highly customisable. We can set up at the back end to make things easier for the users and keep things consistent. The automation also helps us populate the value of some fields with the information the client provides to us. This reduced some manual processes for our team. The client support is very helpful. What do you dislike about GetAccept?

When an internal approver approves the document, the document cannot be edited if the client wants to make any modifications. But it's fairly common that the client wants to make further changes when they receive the document. We will need to create a new version and send the new version to the client. What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?

GetAccept reduces some manual processes by sending the document to the viewers and signers automatically based on the order we set up. The integration between GetAccept and the CRM also works very well. The users don't need to enter much information manually anymore into the document since it's synced with fields from the CRM. The flexibility has been the main benefit for us. We’ve been able to configure different pricing models and contract terms without workarounds, and adjust things as the business changes.
