The support was prompt and professional. There were no questions that were too many and there was always a good solution. **What do you dislike about Experlogix CPQ?** I don't like that it can be difficult to manage custom software. Also, there is an incredible amount of detail in the system and it can be a bit overwhelming for a new user. **What problems is Experlogix CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its great ability to run queries on a database configuration to find various information is a huge advantage. Plus it gives me tons of functionality, there is always a way to achieve the configuration rules or goal you are trying to achieve without the need to customize the software. ### 5. It is easy to start using and very easy for the user to learn, both in terms of service and in terms of understanding the business. **What problems is Experlogix CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Good support to rely on for calculations. I really enjoy the user-friendly interface and also the level of service that Experlogix CPQ provides. It also saves us a lot of time by not having to make error-prone copies of data between different spreadsheets. ### 6. The bid manager is helpful in keeping track of our negotiated discounts and ways to improve them. **What do you dislike about Experlogix CPQ?** It would be great if the tool could be updated during downtime to allow for seamless interaction with the and user. I also think it needs the ability to "auto-save" ongoing quotes. **What problems is Experlogix CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Experlogix CPQ's ability to understand my product configurations and pricing complexities has saved us several thousand dollars a year. Additionally, Experlogix CPQ created an intuitive ordering tool that both my internal team and clients can easily manage. **What do you dislike about Experlogix CPQ?** Although Experlogix CPQ is a very robust platform, there are limitations and you have to work within them. I also think there are many imcomplete features to get the job done and this could be fixed in the latest edition. **What problems is Experlogix CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool is a great alternative to vendors' subscription billing feature, to avoid manual monthly processes. Plus, not only did they meet our schedule, but the product they delivered met our highest standards. ### 8. It is used daily to track information. **What do you dislike about Experlogix CPQ?** Sometimes there is a problem with the communication of the devices, there may be some confusing issues at different times. The speed is a little slow sometimes. **What problems is Experlogix CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their customer service has been a very pleasant experience, it allows you to have a real field in which you can develop your skills.
