There are no major things that I do not like about Asana. But yes, for newbies, it is a bit complicated. Finding songs to match up to each chapter, telling me if ive overwritten or underwritten, it also lets me know where I mightve been too vauge or what them as a "reader" is wondering. Its hard for me to review my own work because I know too much about it, so I can never properly "refresh" my mind to get a clean view, but this Assistant does that for me! Smartsheet gives a good overview and ease to work on files, this helps me and the team to do our job even when we are not together. What I dislike about Jira is that it can sometimes feel a bit slow, especially when there are too many tickets or custom fields. Jira is solving the problem of managing complex and high-risk cases in a structured way. In my role at Revolut as a KYC FIU Subject Matter Expert, I use Jira to track and manage complex investigations that involve multiple stakeholders. There are still numerous known issues that remain unresolved. While most of these problems do not impact me directly, it is somewhat troubling to see that they persist. Development on the RMM side appears to have slowed considerably, with more attention now being given to the PSA and integrations. While there are options for naming photos in Procore, not all of the tools can utilize this. I personally use my phone to capture photos and add them as attachments with a name on daily reporting. It is a bit of an extra step, but then the photos can be accessed later for reference on lessons learned or to illustrate how something was accomplished in the past. Procore excels at enabling multiple entities to collaborate in one place toward the project's objectives. Each organization or individual involved can access the same shared data, ensuring everyone stays informed. The only actual issue that we've had with NetSuite is the reporting/saved searches. Over the last couple of years there's been improvements with that and it's really upped our game as far as doing more directly in NetSuite. There really isn’t much to dislike about Unanet. However, when it comes to Unanet support, I do wish they could meet with me on the same day I have a question. We are able to do a lot of automation which reduces the workload on our employees. This has enabled us to take on a larger workforce without having to hire more support staff as many of the manual processes we performed in the past are now being handled by the automation.
