The software is straightforward to use, with minimal downtime. I haven't encountered any functionality problems or glitches. What do you like best about Asana?

As a freelancer, I work with multiple clients at the same time. Managing multiple tasks and ensuring that proper tracking is done is not easy. This is where Asana helps a great deal. It allowed not only to ensure that the project is shared with the respected team members, but also helped me to track the status well. Starting from the allotment to when the task is in progress to completion, it helped me to keep track of every step with ease. The best part was the ability to curate different projects and tasks at the same time. Another helpful feature was the automation. I was not required to constantly check if there was a new allotment or anything. The automates messages and emails ensured that everything was done in time and there were no delays. This helped streamline actions and smooth the entire day's tasks. I was able to integrate it with the existing doc system and clients as well. In fact, when I started using this, I found it very simple to use with no deep tech points that hinder the implementation. I have been using this for almost 2 years now, and I am really happy. Scripting things like new computer setups and installing third party software is very easy. As a one man shop with a break-fix/MSP hybrid model I also appreciate one flat fee, and not having to pay per seat. This makes it easy to throw a Syncro agent on all of my non-managed clients for basic monitoring and alerting, as well as ease of remote support in the future. What do you dislike about Syncro?

There are still numerous known issues that remain unresolved. While most of these problems do not impact me directly, it is somewhat troubling to see that they persist. Development on the RMM side appears to have slowed considerably, with more attention now being given to the PSA and integrations. Easy enough to manage loads of tickets. Categories, quick notes, and automation make it simpler to prioritise and stay on top of things.

Great integrations

Works smoothly with Datto RMM, backup tools and other monitoring systems, so everything lands in one central spot. Cuts out a lot of duplication.

Decent reporting

The dashboards and reports are detailed and customisable, which helps when tracking SLAs or spotting recurring issues.

What do you like best about Deltek Costpoint?

The ability to tailor the application to meet our company's needs through extensibility and CBI. We are able to tie our data together for centralized processing in the way we need it. The system is getting more user-friendly as they take lessons learned from usability, but it does require some training to administer the data properly. What do you dislike about Deltek Costpoint?

Being on the Cloud has limited us because we don't have access to Cognos tools we had when on-premises. Some of the operations can take longer than if we were locally hosted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Deltek Costpoint:

If you are looking at your first ERP, think long term. Cutting corners to save some money will cost you more in the long run when you find you have to upgrade to Costpoint; many cheaper systems do not handle the data in the way necessary to meet the requirements for government contractors. We are able to do a lot of automation which reduces the workload on our employees. This has enabled us to take on a larger workforce without having to hire more support staff as many of the manual processes we performed in the past are now being handled by the automation. What do you like best about Bordio?

I particularly like how Bordio breaks down my teams, jobs, and timeslots onto one board; also, when a tech goes over at a location, I can re-shuffle the visits in a hurry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
