What do you like best about monday Work Management?

The whole sales team can keep track of their prospects and leads in one place. I can check in and see in real time what they are doing. Notes can be left on each prospect. Automations can be created to update follow up dates. Navigating monday Work Management is smooth and easy. I am able to make boards private or share them across the entire team. It seems to handle a heavy workload just fine. Right now we have over 3000 prospects/leads in it and it has not slowed down at all. What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

What do you like best about ClickUp?

The flexibility of ClickUp is the best, followed by how it is organized. I love having the combination of a communication/chat platform together with the full fledged project manager. For what you receive in ClickUp, the pricing is so much better than what you receive with other companies. The platform is fast and I love that I have so many integrations I can use. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

My only dislike with Clickup is that the platform does seem a little cramped. I think if items had a little more breathing room, particularly in Navigation. I feel the navigation either needs to have a larger font or more space in between navigation items. I also think the tabs for lists, chats, and spaces need to be larger and more spaced out as well. Overall project management is the number one thing that ClickUp is helping our business with right now. The fact that I can see everything we have going on in one solid "dashboard" is fantastic! Asana has helped our teams to be more organised. It has very easy workflows the team can follow to schedule in any tasks.

When writing briefs, the AI assistant comes in handy to ensure everything is clear and concise.

We tried the free version for a while, but quickly got to our limits, but after upgrading the account, everything seems to work together much easier. with its integrated messaging functionality, it makes it easier for users to quickly ask questions. The integrated email workflow makes sure that all collaborators on the task are informed about any changes.

The thing I like most about Notion is how customizable it is. I can literally create, from a personal notebook to a full CRM system, inside the same workspace. The block style lets us create simple, ready-to-use databases or complex ones. You can literally build anything you can imagine with Notion.

The interface is easy to use, and you can learn how to set up your workspace in minutes. It is fast and reliable and can be integrated with all tools. Personally, I integrate with Drive, GitHub, and calendar most of the time, and also attach some tweets and PDFs to my pages too.

And when connected with Notion AI, it gets a lot easier to connect the dots on the knowledge in my second brain folder.

NetSuite brought all of that into a single source of truth, meaning our inventory, accounts, and reporting are always in sync without any manual intervention. The biggest benefit has been the improvement in financial accuracy and the speed at which we can close our books and generate reports, which gives leadership better visibility into business performance and supports faster, more confident decision making. From an inventory standpoint, having real time visibility into stock levels integrated directly with our financials means we can manage purchasing and cash flow more strategically. I don't like how some features are so different from similar features. An example of this is that AR invoices can be unposted but not AP invoices. I would love more dashboard reports.

I like that I can sort and filter and organize data in Airtable, and I appreciate being able to share views with others so they can see the data that's relevant to them. I also like that I can keep historical data hidden by a filter, and it's still available to me. Using the add-ons in Airtable is great for doing data collection and analysis, and for pulling data for reports to share with others in our college. It's really convenient that Airtable offers the ability to manipulate data into views that are simple to use, compared to the cumbersome Google Sheets. Plus, after getting over the initial learning curve, I find the options intuitive and the additional setup for new features simple. What do you dislike about Airtable?

The biggest issue I have with Airtable is outputting information. I find it difficult to get data out. So oftentimes it feels very primitive such as when cutting and pasting into a Word doc or another format, in order to be able to share data. Deltek Vantagepoint still has areas that aren't as flexible or adaptable as our team would like along with the areas that require heavy investment to learn and maintain. The AI agent built into Vantagepoint is not useful. From the shortcomings of what it can do, the way it is inconsistent in responses, and to the length of time it takes to get a reply, I find it faster to bypass the AI tool, using the traditional route to get what I need. Stok.ly have created a really user-friendly platform that ensures everyone in the business can learn and use this in there day to day job, incorporating all areas of the business from our shop staff to our warehouse staff. It has easy integration across all the platforms we use, allowing us to manage stock in 2 locations, all drawing from the same warehouse. This really revolutionised the way our staff pick products, eliminating the need for paper, pen and clipboard faff. The great order management allows us to seamlessly process our orders across various platforms such as our website, eBay and Amazon, ensuring there are no stock clashes.
