I love that there’s a native integration with Google and QBO. The automations cut down on a lot of manual tasks, and I’m excited to create an AI Agent for even more automation. We had a call with Simon to go over our setup and the available features, and he was very helpful. Even though it was a short call, I learned a lot, and I’m looking forward to meeting with him again.
Once ClickUp is fully implemented, I think it will substantially reduce our workload and improve communication between the project management side and the financial/billing side. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I have many small tasks to track every day. I use Smartsheet to manage patient follow ups, printing diet charts, appointment confirmations, and content planning. I don’t come from a technical background, but I could start using it without any help. The layout feels familiar, like a simple table, so adding tasks and dates is easy for me.
It was easy to set up my sheet for weekly clinic work and content planning. I just created columns for task, status, priority, and due date and started adding my daily work. I didn’t need any special setup or training to begin.
I open Smartsheet almost every day to check what is pending and what is already done. It helps me plan my clinic day and also manage content work for the week, so I don’t forget follow ups and small tasks.
The features I use most are status, priority, due dates, comments, and attachments. Attaching files like diet charts and notes to tasks is helpful because everything stays with the task and I don’t have to search for files later.

I really like that NetSuite is very easy to customize. You can hire a consultant to customize the system or write a script, and the system can be expanded or tailored based on different business needs, making it almost like a bespoke system for any business. It's also very easy to use and understand. Being a 100% cloud-based system is a great benefit, especially since we have people working across the globe and it allows us to see data in real-time without waiting for transactions to process.
