Before migrating to sage intacct l had to manually do Accounts Receivable reconciliations which was time consuming since they made up majority of my bank transactions. Now with sage l don't have to do them individuall l just have to upload one journal and everything will clear up. This has honestly time saving and have reduced my workload by a lot. At the moment, we export our sales from Shopify and Square, then export and import our inventory from NetSuite back into Shopify and Square. Overall, that workflow is tedious and time-consuming.

The custom reporting options are great, but I wish there were a more user-friendly way to build, organize, and manage those reports. SuiteAnswers can be helpful, but if you don’t already have prior knowledge of how something works in NetSuite, it can be difficult to navigate and learn.
