There is no other market tool that provides a system that manages a document's life cycle as completely as Laserfiche. When considering their system, make sure to look at the Workflow piece, Laserfiche Forms, and Records Management as part of your solution; they work so well together that it is difficult to think of using their system without those pieces. We are taking people out of the document management process. The primary benefit is that people can focus on more value-adding work instead of spending time tracking paper, filing paper, and storing paper. It is not a dislike list, more of the wish list for ptential furure upgrades. For example, an automated JE balancing option wth a write-off of rounding variance between debits and credits to a selected GL account at a selected threshhold would be amazing. A more clear error code that actually gies you the inofmation about the error you need to get it fixed, would be great too. There is the option, where a detaild error report is sent you via email, and just the error code is provided in the JE upload status. One of the biggest for us in using Sage Intacct is the ability to mainain multi-company and multi-location environment withouth the need to log in to separate company instances like we had to do in Mass 500. This in trun allows for detailed market (by station reproting) as well as the consolidated reporting without the need to extensive report manipulation in Excel. The ability to attach files to journal entries, AP transactions, etc. facilitates electronic record keeping. allowing for a more efficient financial audit by third parties. Out of the box, barebones Netsuite will probably work for exactly nobody. You will need some levels of add on modules or scripted customization to fit your business needs, and the costs can add up very quickly. it would be nice if some of this is better explained up fron or the pricing was made more transparent, but the results in many ways speak for themselves. Netsuite will help us streamline and consilidate our many departments digital platforms. Prior to implementation we relied heavily on manually inputted putside documents and mixmatched across departments with ineffective communication within those tools. There are minor enhancement requests we have submitted for FloQast compliance: adding filters to some of the compliance screens; being able to link narratives and controls across different audit projects (corp controls vs IT controls, for example). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FloQast has introduced substantial efficiencies to our close process by providing real-time visibility into status updates, enhancing collaboration between our finance and accounting departments. The “watch” feature enables the finance team to monitor the accounting team’s progress, allowing them to initiate their tasks at the appropriate stage. In a remote work environment, this functionality has been particularly beneficial in helping our team stay aligned. Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh. Consolidating and reporting multiple legal entities with numerous currencies was a headache, and expensive, in Netsuite. Campfire makes it easy and fun! Additionally, Campfire has a dashboard with KPIs that are relevant to my business that I can actually trust. This makes internal and external reporting much easier and less stressful. There are a few things i would change with QB. We just recently started using the QB Avanced and I would like it if it allowed users that aren't Admin or Standard all access to have access to the app instead of having to go on the website everytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, we do have significant complaints about Acumatica. I would say we would like to see more low-code/no-code workflow capabilities across the platform. We are leveraging Acumatica to be our primary accounting system as well as a basis for our operational client billing and management sytem in the Home Care industry. We are using the Field Service components along side of the project accounting aspects plus we are significantly extending the product with the Acumatica development platform. Pricing of the ClearBooks software after the 30-day free trial might make it unattractive for small businesses with a tight budget. It would be great if they can come out with more affordable pricing policies for the small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With ClearBooks the Accounting & Bookkeeping process has become much simpler and chances of errors have reduced significantly. As a small business owner, with ClearBooks installed in my business I can now focus on the core business operations while leaving the accounting function on it. The only downfall I can think of is if you are unaware of how the system works you can't take full advantage of it. I don't know that this is a Blackline fault, more likely it is a failing of my company for not offering more effective training on the system when someone new starts. Overall, our experience has been positive, but we’ve run into some occasional UX delays. We’re used to getting data instantly, so any delays can be a bit frustrating. This might be due to the heavy calculations happening in the backend, especially with our transaction volume. Still, it’s a minor issue compared to the great support we’ve had. The mobile app doesn't yet support businesses which have multiple currency transactions. This is something they're aware of and are working on. I've been using this for 9 years, new features are far between. I wish there were more external integrations, as well as a visual editor to produce custom styled invoices. Try it, you'll love it. Even if you're not well versed in accounting, the layout makes for easy management of your business accounting. For more complicated entries, I've simply relied on a quick call to an accounting firm and took care of the entry. So even more complex entries are well handled. Use the mobile application to understand the full potential of Kashoo. There's a new revamped version soon to be released that will include better dashboards and automated data entry, so look forward to this. Their online webinars are totally worth checking out. Customer support can be difficult to work with, whether it’s their staff not knowing how some features work, providing incorrect responses, or giving canned answers for the wrong issue. I feel like they've improved over the past year, but it’s still a challenge. Bonsai provides a single platform for managing proposals, contracts, and time tracking, all the way through to invoicing. It’s helped my team and me build a structured process for customer engagements and has streamlined everything related to time tracking and billing clients, making the entire workflow more efficient. One of the biggest headaches with our old system was that a single customer could have only one ship-to address.
