“The best no-code AI powered automation platform to streamline workflows and boost productivity”
What do you like best about Zapier?

I am still incredibly happy with Zapier, and they have certainly improved the integrations. Zapier Copilot is what we use most. No more sifting through emails manually and answering tedious quote requests; everything gets done for you. You just set the rules, the do's and don'ts. It connects seamlessly to all the apps our team uses: Gmail, Drive, Google Calendar, Sheets, Forms, Docs, and Stripe, and best of all, Zapier connects to ChatGPT and thousands of more apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I still have a bit of an issue with the cost, but it can actually be worth it when you realise the hours you gain from all the automated workflows. Once you have the hang of it, it's pretty impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?

The AI Workflows feature enables the creation of advanced automations using logic, filters, and multi-step actions. For example, you can set up autonomous agents that react to specific triggers and carry out tasks—such as automatically sending an email with our price catalog and notifying me whenever a quote request form is submitted on our website. This has proven to be a significant time saver. Additionally, it's possible to build internal tools and dashboards without any coding, allowing for collaborative planning and visualization of automations. Most importantly, the platform offers secure and compliant automation, making it suitable for large teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Clean, Intuitive Invoicing with Powerful Automatic Payment Reminders”
What do you like best about Xero?

The user interface is clean, modern, and very intuitive. Creating and customizing professional invoices is incredibly straightforward, and the automatic payment reminders have drastically improved our cash flow. The software provides good overall core value because it saves us a lot of time on invoicing and reconciliation. However, with the recent price increases and the fact that advanced tools require paid add-ons, it feels a bit less budget-friendly for small operations than it used to be. It is still worth the cost for the time saved, but the ROI isn't as high as it once was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xero?

The setup and initial onboarding process can be a bit overwhelming if you do not have a background in accounting. The customer support response times can also be slow when you need immediate help with a complex issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Xero, our financial data was scattered across spreadsheets, making it incredibly difficult to get an accurate view of our business health. Xero centralizes all of our transactions and billing in one clean dashboard, allowing us to make faster, data-driven decisions and making tax season much easier. “User-Friendly ERP With Powerful Reporting and Multi-Entity Accounting”
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

Sage Intacct is a user-friendly cloud-based ERP that provides strong financial reporting and multi-entity accounting capabilities. What I like most is the ability to create customized reports and dashboards, which helps management make informed decisions quickly. The system also streamlines month-end close activities through automated journal entries, approval workflows, and real-time visibility into financial data.

As part of the Record-to-Report process, I find the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and reporting modules particularly effective. The audit trail functionality, drill-down capabilities, and ease of accessing supporting documents significantly improve accuracy and efficiency. Being cloud-based, it allows users to work from anywhere while maintaining strong controls and security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

Sage Intacct is a strong financial management platform, but some areas could be improved. Certain reports and dashboards require a learning curve to customize effectively, especially for new users. During high-volume month-end close activities, navigation between modules can sometimes feel less intuitive than expected. Additionally, some advanced functionalities and integrations may require additional configuration or support, which can increase implementation time. Enhancing user interface consistency and simplifying report customization would further improve the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sage Intacct helps us solve the challenge of managing and analyzing financial performance across multiple business dimensions. In our organization, we use dimensions such as physician specialties to track revenue, expenses, and profitability by specialty. This allows management to identify high-performing areas, allocate resources more effectively, and make data-driven business decisions.

The platform also streamlines month-end close activities by providing real-time financial data, automated workflows, and detailed audit trails. Instead of relying on manual spreadsheets, we can generate accurate reports quickly and drill down into transactions when investigating variances. This has improved reporting efficiency, increased data accuracy, and provided greater visibility into the financial health of the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Powerful ERP with Flexibility but a Learning Curve”
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like best about NetSuite is having accounting and financial information centralized in one system. I regularly use it for journal entries, AP, bank activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ability to drill down from a financial report directly to the underlying transactions is particularly helpful when researching variances or supporting balances.

I also find the CSV import functionality and saved searches very useful. They allow us to streamline repetitive processes and automate transaction uploads that would otherwise require significant manual entry. NetSuite is flexible enough to support multiple entities, departments, and classes, which is especially valuable in a more complex accounting environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

One of the biggest challenges with NetSuite is that some processes are not very intuitive, particularly when working with financial reporting and CSV imports. Import errors can sometimes be difficult to troubleshoot because the error messages do not always clearly identify the underlying problem.

Financial reporting can also require significant customization to obtain the information in the exact format needed. I would like to see stronger and more user-friendly reporting tools, especially for cash flow analysis and financial statement preparation.

NetSuite is very powerful, but the learning curve can be steep, and relatively simple tasks can sometimes require multiple steps or customized solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

NetSuite helps us centralize accounting and financial information across multiple entities and provides a consistent platform for AP, journal entries, bank activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

One of the biggest benefits for me is the ability to automate processes that would otherwise require significant manual work. For example, CSV imports allow us to upload large volumes of transactions instead of entering them individually, and saved searches help with reconciliations, research, and recurring reporting.

From a financial reporting perspective, having the ability to drill down from financial statements to the underlying transactions also makes it easier to investigate variances, support balances, and complete month-end and quarter-end reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Intuit/Quickbooks Predatory Pricing model”
What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

Its highly accessible because its a website. The interface is fine, though it changes constantly which isn't always great. The reliability has been mediocre. The real problem is customer service has steadily degraded over the years. In the beginning I could call somebody when things went wrong. But over the years that has gotten really bad. The banks integrations are mostly working, the pricing is not good. I do not like the AI features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

The pricing model is predatory. Once they have your data in their system they can simply increase the price at any time. They are doing that now by 40% for Quickbooks online plus. They know that customers won't like it but they also know that the cost of migrating all the data is higher than the price increase. Once they have you locked in they will abuse that position of trust. This is a company that treats you like prey, not a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuickBooks Online solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its bookkeeping, plain and simple. They integrate with banking platforms which is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A Modern, User-Friendly ERP That Transformed Our Operations”
What do you like best about Acumatica?

I love how intuitive and easy Acumatica is to use, especially compared to our old DOS-based system. The financial controls and transparency it provides are a game changer—credit holds and pricing controls are now enforced, which was impossible before. Our warehouse has been completely transformed with the bin system and pick-pack path: we now have structure, order, and full visibility into inventory locations. Training new staff is quick and easy, and dashboards keep our sales team motivated. The mobile expense management is also a huge plus for our remote team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acumatica?

The only aspect I wish we could improve is leveraging the AI-driven forecasting in purchasing. Right now, due to market volatility and limited historical data, we can't fully rely on it yet. Some legacy staff struggled with the increased controls and structure, and the change management was tough for a few people. Otherwise, there are no major complaints—the implementation was the easiest I've ever done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?

The credit hold system allows us to control which orders go out for customers who are in arrears. Each month, we gather more data, which helps us gain greater visibility into customer buying habits over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Easy, Code-Light Automation That Fits Perfectly in the Microsoft Ecosystem”
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

What I like most is that it lets me automate repetitive tasks without having to write much code. There are plenty of ready-made connectors, so it’s straightforward to build workflows between Microsoft applications and other services. Automations like sending notifications, updating files, moving data, or triggering actions automatically can save a lot of manual effort.

I also appreciate how well it fits into the Microsoft ecosystem. Since I already use tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and other Microsoft services, creating workflows between them feels natural. The interface is easy to follow, and once you’ve built a couple of flows, putting together new ones becomes much faster.

Copilot is another helpful addition. It can generate flows from simple descriptions and suggest improvements, which comes in handy when I’m trying to automate something quickly or when I’m learning a new workflow. I still review everything before using it, but it definitely helps speed things up.

Overall, it’s a solid tool for cutting down on repetitive work and improving productivity without needing deep development experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

I don’t have any major issues with it, but there is a bit of a learning curve as workflows get more complex. Simple automations are easy to build; however, once you start adding multiple conditions, approvals, or integrations, it takes some time to understand how everything fits together.

When a flow fails, troubleshooting can also mean digging through the run history to pinpoint exactly where the problem occurred. It’s not especially difficult, but clearer error messages would make debugging faster and more straightforward.

Other than that, it’s been a reliable tool and has worked well for the automation scenarios I’ve explored so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps cut down on repetitive manual work by automating tasks that would otherwise have to be done again and again. Rather than manually moving information between applications, sending routine notifications, or updating files, workflows can take care of those activities automatically.

From my perspective, it also creates opportunities to automate team processes such as approvals, reporting, and other day-to-day activities using tools that are already part of the Microsoft ecosystem. This saves time, reduces the chance of manual mistakes, and lets people focus on more valuable work instead of routine tasks.

The biggest benefit is that once a workflow is set up, it keeps running consistently without needing constant attention. That improves productivity and makes everyday work noticeably more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Modern, Intuitive ERP with Standout AI (Aura) and Close Management”
What do you like best about Rillet?

Rillet is a modern ERP with an intuitive interface that genuinely puts customers in the driver's seat. The AI capabilities are where it stands out, specially Aura, which handles the routine work like bank reconciliation, accruals, and flux analysis automatically. The close management tools are also a real differentiator: there's a built-in checklist, automated reconciliations, and prepaid expense tracking that used to require manual effort. The integrations with our existing tech stack were straightforward to set up, and the pace at which the platform keeps improving has been noticeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillet?

Rillet is clearly built for the modern finance stack, and it does that very well. If you're in GovCon and need a DCAA-approved accounting system, that's a specific niche it isn't yet designed for, which is worth knowing if you're in that space. For everything else, it covers the bases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rillet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rillet has completely transformed what my team spends time on. What used to be data entry and manual reconciliation is now handled automatically, which has freed up real capacity to focus on more advanced, higher-value work. The AI takes care of the prep, which means we're spending our time reviewing and making decisions rather than building from scratch every month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Intuitive Tool for Faster Candidate Email Updates”
What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I use Jotform Workflows to manage and screen candidate applications for my partner company. The interface is incredibly simple and intuitive to learn. All the options and settings you need are always right in front of you without a steep learning curve.

When it comes to performance, the platform is highly reliable and handles heavy application volumes smoothly. Automated actions and conditional routing trigger instantly upon form submission without any lagging or processing delays.

The AI assistant feature is a massive help for making quick modifications or asking for information, keeping the experience consistent with other Jotform products. One specific feature I appreciate is the ability to fully customize outgoing emails using HTML. The AI assistant can even design the HTML email layout for me, which saves a lot of manual coding time.

The workflow flexibility is excellent, especially the conditional branches and the approval capabilities. It lets me review an application directly from an email on my phone. If a specific email needs to go out to an applicant, I can simply click "Approve" or "Deny" right from my mobile inbox. I do not have to open my laptop or log into a heavy platform because I can manage the queue seamlessly on the go. The vertical block layout also makes it easy to visualize exactly how the applicant travels from the submission starting point down to the final notification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

Heads-up: This feedback is based on my hands-on navigation so far. I am still figuring out existing workarounds if they are available.

My primary challenge is with scheduling and data integration. I wanted a scheduled starting point that reads specific columns from an existing Jotform form to trigger conditional emails. However, the system does not let me select a form that is already tied to a form-started workflow. There should be a direct way to trigger scheduled actions based on existing submission data or connected Google Sheets columns.

Additionally, the Podo AI assistant struggled with these scheduling scenarios. It ran into multiple errors, had trouble generating the requested logic, and gave unclear troubleshooting instructions. The AI assistant needs deeper training on all integrations and conditional logic to prevent these hurdles. Because of this, I deleted my scheduled workflow for now.

Lastly, there is a disconnect between Jotform AI Agents and structural Jotform Workflows. I want an automated flow that triggers at the start of an AI chat. The agent could prompt structured, sequential screening questions before switching to a freestyle AI mode. Currently, keeping chat interactions organized within the main workflow logic is not seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jotform Workflows solves the bottleneck of manual candidate tracking. Instead of manually reviewing every single profile and copying data over, the platform uses a submitted form as a direct starting point to route applicants through conditional gates.

The biggest benefit to my recruiting setup is the mobility it provides. Being able to trigger custom email alerts like my Interview Invite Email via simple mobile inbox approvals allows me to keep the hiring pipeline moving rapidly from anywhere. It ensures high-potential candidates do not slip through the cracks while I am away from my desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Streamlined Compliance with Powerful Audit Trails”
What do you like best about FloQast?

The audit trails and unified month-end checklists are my top picks. Every reconciliation action and attached file carries a timestamp, fully compliant with German financial audit standards. The dashboard displays live task progress, shared lists let our finance team comment directly on work items, cutting down repetitive emails and missed deadlines drastically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FloQast?

Report customization options are too few, can’t adjust layouts to match local German audit forms. Bulk editing reconciliations runs sluggishly. It lacks native connection to our internal file server, so I manually upload all supporting documents monthly. Also, adjusting settings to meet local finance rules took lots of repeated edits during setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FloQast solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you dislike about Refrens Accounting?

The system also simplifies the calculation of company asset depreciation and allows users to save time by cloning recurring journal entries for transactions that occur every month.

In addition, the financial statement overview is very user-friendly, making it easy to review both the balance sheet and profit & loss reports. Another valuable feature is Cashlink, which helps streamline the company's bank reconciliation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mekari Jurnal?

One thing I dislike about Mekari Jurnal is the live chat feature with customer service. When using this feature, users need to manually close the chat window, which can be inconvenient. It's great that DualEntry eases our heavy month-end workload, especially with its OCR and automated reconciliation that cuts down hours our junior accountants previously spent manually matching invoices against bank statements. This is a significant time-saving feature as we previously spent multiple workdays clearing transaction discrepancies for our industrial customer. Additionally, creating accounts and linking bank feeds was quick, with our junior accountants completing the basic platform setup within one working day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DualEntry?

I find that DualEntry lacks native GoBD-compliant immutable audit trails, which creates real risk for our client assignments. Edited journal entries do not leave a complete, timestamp-tracked change history. It also cannot export data in standard DATEV formats required for German tax submissions. Our staff has to manually log every adjustment and replicate datasets inside our compliant ERP system, which adds repetitive overhead and opens up human error risks. Without pre-built GoBD templates or DATEV-aligned settings, we spent extra time building internal checklists and designing manual export workflows, which was burdensome. What problems is DualEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use DualEntry to ease our month-end workload for manufacturing clients by utilizing AI-driven bank reconciliation and invoice OCR, which speeds up bookkeeping and reduces manual data entry, but it requires manual validation for GoBD compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
