The design of your dashboard is completely customizable, which allows you to specify the type of information we want the system to show us, in many cases reducing search times by having frequently used information successfully configured in our main window. It is a web system, which allows access from any device that has an internet connection, thus having access to my company's financial information at all times. **What do you dislike about ClearBooks?** In very rare situations, the system will have trouble presenting some issues regarding its functionality. Customer service is somewhat slow when giving their answers and on most occasions they do not find the right answer to solve my problem. It does not allow the reuse of tasks, once a task is performed and if I want to perform it again with new parameters, instead of editing the information I must create a new task from scratch, which is somewhat tedious to perform. It allowed us to keep improving. It did help us with what we needed to at the time to be able to track donors. One of the problems with being a non profit is that it is hard to try out new products because of the cost. Which is why we went away from it. You can access it from anywhere, as it is online, so it is very convenient when you travel a lot. Mobile application a great advantage too. Both my accountant and I can access my account at the same time and discuss things. And I no longer need to run regular reports to see how my finances are, I check the board and I've already done the hard work. From there, I can figure out what is reducing finances and what is increasing finances. ### 18.
