Making sense of the cost of Sage and reporting is also too much to understand and analysis. . **What do you dislike about Access UBS?** In the case of import data - I faced difficulty retrieving data into worksheets. Upgrading charges are high though the upgrading is tough to some extent. Sage should focus on to improve the data retrieving policy. **What problems is Access UBS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Actual product costing - the process we followed was easier than others. We were striving to have the actual PnL but sage helps me a lot to get such. Using Sage, our business gets help to take decisions in case of proper product pricing. ### 3.
