Webflow is super powerful and can do a lot of things, but with great power sometimes comes great complexity. Sometimes it can be easy to get lost in what you're doing with certain triggers or actions.

While I love the ability to connect to other services fairly easily, sometimes I feel like Webflow relies on these connections too heavily, leaving some of the functionality a little lacking. Contact forms for instance, work 'fine' by default in Webflow, but I feel like you'd want to connect to another service to get the most out of your web forms.

I've also found the performance to be fairly good. I opted in to receive texts when different aspects of Webflow are experiencing issues, and while I appreciate the communication and transparency, it does seem to have issues more often than other platforms I've used. Webflow does a great job combining some advanced coding and web programming techniques (like animations and triggers) into a well designed tool that just feels right as a designer. The only issue really is the app is not an actual application availble on the app stores, this has been a little tricky to explain to some users. What we have found is most people with iPHONES don't generally use the native safari and have installed other browsers like chrome, therefor saving as an app becomes difficult. I don't like that it's quite overwhelming at first because there are so many tools, templates and features to choose from. For someone who is pretty new to visual collaboration platforms, it takes some time to figure out how everything is used and how to use specific features. Another downside can be the large diagrams because sometimes there's a lot of clutter if the team doesn't organize them well. Lucid solves the problem of teams struggling to explain ideas and processes, as well as systems clearly. I don't really rely on written notes or long meetings anymore, because I can take information and turn it into diagrams, flowcharts, and visual board that are easier to understand. Reporting and analytics are quite basic relative to the focused business intelligence tools, and you can hardly derive in-depth insights directly on your data. There is also poor functionality of the desktop experience on the mobile app, and handling and updating records on the go is more cumbersome than it is supposed to be. Airtable has addressed the issue of working with interconnected data which had been distributed across spreadsheets, emails and documents. We use Glide as a tagging system to our current caselog. In the exsisting system everybody had access to a list of cases. No control of whether the case has been fixed or something is missing.

One aspect I find challenging in Agentforce 360 Platform is managing complexity as implementations scale. As the number of custom objects, flows, and automations grows, it becomes harder to maintain a clear structure and ensure consistency across the solution.

In practice, this becomes more evident when dealing with multiple record-triggered flows on the same object or overlapping automation logic, where it’s not always clear which process is executing or causing an issue. This can make debugging and impact analysis time-consuming, especially in environments with multiple teams contributing to the same org.

Additionally, while Flow is powerful, managing large and highly interconnected flows can be difficult, particularly when trying to track dependencies or troubleshoot errors across different processes.

Before using Agentforce 360 Platform, we struggled to adapt systems to different client requirements without relying heavily on custom development and integrations. Each new use case often required additional code or external tools, which increased delivery time and made it harder to maintain consistency across projects.

With the platform, we can now design custom data models using objects and relationships, and implement business logic through low-code tools like record-triggered flows and approval processes. Actually, Power solves the GAS-to-M365 migration in my case. In some scenarios, we use Google Forms, but we can’t store the results from MS Forms directly into SharePoint, and we also can’t pull data from an external source or pass data into another Excel file the way we need. With Power Apps, we can easily replicate a form-like UI and then do whatever we need with the data. Overall, it makes the GAS to M365 migration much easier for us. ServiceNow App Engine solves the bottleneck between business teams needing apps and IT having no bandwidth to build them. Because we’re a small company with only a few users, I do wish there were plans available with lower user limits, though I understand they need to cover their costs and turn a profit. The learning curve was pretty steep for me; there were plenty of days I went home frustrated because I knew what I wanted to do was possible, but I just couldn’t figure out how to do it. At the time, Quickbase University had a ton of content to help me learn, but some of it felt outdated since they had recently released several new features along with an updated UI. Lately, I’ve noticed that a lot of the Quickbase U content has been refreshed to match the current UI, so it should be easier for new folks who are just getting started.
