“Miro Makes Real-Time Brainstorming and Collaboration Effortless”
What do you like best about Miro?

What I like most about Miro is how easy it is to brainstorm and collaborate with other people in real time. The infinite canvas gives a lot of freedom to organize ideas, create flowcharts, and plan projects without feeling limited. I also like that there are many ready-made templates, which saves a lot of time when starting something new.

The interface is simple enough to learn quickly, but still has many useful features. I use it for planning and team discussions, and it has made collaboration much smoother. Sometimes it can feel a little heavy on larger boards, but overall the experience has been really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

One thing I don't like is that some of the best features are only available in the paid plan, so the free version can feel a bit limited after a while. Also, when a board gets very large with lots of images and sticky notes, it can become a little slow on my laptop. It doesn't happen all the time, but I've noticed it a few times. Apart from that, I haven't faced any major issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Miro helps me keep all my ideas and project planning in one place instead of using multiple docs and random notes. I use it for brainstorming, creating workflows, and organizing tasks with my team. Being able to work on the same board at the same time makes discussions much more productive, especially when everyone is in different locations.

It's also made it easier to explain ideas visually instead of writing long messages. That has saved time, reduced confusion, and helped us make decisions faster. Overall, it's improved how we collaborate and keep track of our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Exceptional deep-dive technical support and a highly robust visual architecture platform”
What do you like best about Webflow?

I initially encountered what I thought was a severe server-state syncing issue that had stalled my development operations. I was highly frustrated, but Dave from Webflow's support team stepped in and provided a masterclass level of technical assistance. He didn't just offer generic troubleshooting; he took a deep dive into my project's specific architecture and recorded a custom video breakdown. He accurately diagnosed that it wasn't a platform bug at all, but rather a complex CSS breakpoint and viewport configuration discrepancy on my end that was masking my styles on the default 1024px canvas.

The platform itself is incredibly powerful for high-fidelity web design, but knowing that there are dedicated support specialists willing to go the extra mile to visually debug your specific architecture is what makes Webflow truly enterprise-grade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webflow?

The learning curve can be quite steep, especially when engineering complex cascading styles across multiple custom breakpoints (e.g., managing styles from 1920px down to 1440px and the default 1024px viewport). A minor oversight in viewport styling can easily look like a major structural bug if you aren't paying close attention. It would be great to see even more prominent visual cues within the Designer when styling properties are completely hidden by higher breakpoints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an agency, we rely heavily on Webflow to architect, build, and deploy high-performance, pixel-perfect websites. It allows us to translate complex designs into clean, production-ready code efficiently. Having a reliable staging environment (.webflow.io) and seamless custom domain management is critical for our delivery timelines. When the platform is fully leveraged and properly configured, it provides an unmatched visual engineering experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Zapier has changed a lot recently!”
What do you like best about Zapier?

I didn’t have to spend weeks designing complicated workflows. My first Zap took less than fifteen minutes to set up, and from that moment it started eliminating manual tasks we were doing every day. We had several processes that weren’t particularly difficult, just repetitive. With Zapier, we connected everything and the whole workflow became automatic. Processes that required multiple human actions now happen in seconds, and more importantly, the interface is user-friendly. The Trigger → Action logic is so straightforward that even people without a technical background can pick it up quickly. What surprised me even more is how much the platform has evolved over the years. What started as a simple automation tool now includes Tables, Interfaces, Canvas, Chatbots, AI Agents, and Copilot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Zapier feels like a bargain because you're only automating a few things here and there. Then a couple of months go by, you check your usage, and suddenly you realize your automations have been working a lot harder than you thought. I still remember looking at my task count one month and thinking, "Wait... did all of these really run?" The good news is that it usually means the automations are doing their job. The bad news is that your bill tends to notice it too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?

Every time we closed a sale, someone had to update the CRM, create a project folder, notify the responsible team, generate an initial task, and log everything in a tracking spreadsheet. None of those actions took much time on their own, but together they added up to several hours every week. Even worse, mistakes happened all the time because there was always some step that somebody forgot. We decided to automate that entire workflow with Zapier, and the change was immediate. Now, when an opportunity moves to "won," everything happens automatically within seconds. Records are created, tasks are assigned, the right people are notified, and information stays synchronized across platforms. There was even a week when several team members were on vacation, and normally that would have caused chaos because certain processes depended heavily on specific people. But most of our workflows were already automated. The interesting part was that we barely noticed they were gone. Leads still reached the right people, reports kept being generated, and notifications continued going out. That was the first time I realized automation isn’t just about saving time, it also removes invisible dependencies you don’t even know exist until someone is suddenly unavailable. “Intuitive No-Code Builder with Fast Mobile Performance and Top-Notch Integrations”
What do you like best about Jotform Apps?

What I love most about Jotform Apps is the seamless UI/UX—it feels very intuitive. Even though I don’t have an IT background, it really helps me because of the no-code, drag-and-drop builder. As a digital product creator and seller, I’m still figuring things out, but with this Jotform App I can easily design a professional mobile storefront without any coding. They also provide so many ready-to-use templates, and they’re very complete and beginner-friendly. AI apps also give an easy execution by only prompts so it make my time was saving. I also using Podo as my support/onboarding to give and suggestion for my store performance.

The integrations are top-notch; it lets me connect my store forms, link product lists, and set up payment gateways in a single web-app interface. In terms of performance, the app loads incredibly fast on mobile devices, and it provides a native-app experience for my audience. Another great part is the pricing: I feel I get real ROI because the free tier still offers powerful features. This gives me a chance to test my business without upfront costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Apps?

The thing I dislike most is the fragmented settings workflow when I’m trying to customize the application logo and home screen icon. Rather than having a single, unified place for all branding elements within the main builder’s UI/UX setup, I have to leave the design dashboard and go into the Publish or App Settings sections just to change the app icon for mobile devices. That makes it feel confusing and time-consuming, especially for a beginner onboarding onto the platform. I’d strongly prefer if everything—logo, icon, and other branding configurations—were centralized in one settings menu to streamline the overall creation workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my experience, Jotform Apps removes a major barrier for independent digital creators: the high cost and technical complexity of building a mobile storefront. As someone with no IT background, I don’t have to deal with coding or navigate anything complicated just to “install” and start using the platform. I can simply drag and drop my ideas, and the AI works with them seamlessly.

I also don’t have to spend days trying to imagine and design the exact app I need from scratch, because there are so many ready-to-use templates that are already very complete and easy to customize. That means I can modify what’s there and launch my mobile app storefront right away, without waiting for days or hiring an IT professional.

Overall, this directly reduces my store’s operational costs and gives me an excellent return on investment (ROI). It saves me time, budget, and energy, so I can focus on marketing and content creation while the app handles user traffic smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Lucid Simplifies Technical Design and Team Collaboration”
What do you like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

I mainly use Lucid to document ride request processing and driver matching workflows before development starts. During design reviews, I update architecture diagrams based on team feedback so everyone works from the same design. AI-assisted diagram generation gives us a solid starting point, while comments and real-time collaboration make reviews much faster and reduce back-and-forth discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

As our architecture diagrams become larger, navigating different sections can take a little extra time. When several teammates review and update the same document, keeping every component organised sometimes requires manual adjustments. More intelligent auto-layout options and stronger filtering for large diagrams would make technical design reviews even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps us turn complex system designs into visual documentation that everyone can understand. We use it to map ride request processing, driver matching logic, and service interactions before development begins. Having a shared diagram reduces misunderstandings during design reviews, speeds up technical discussions, and makes it much easier to update architecture as requirements evolve. “Essential for Multi-Language, Multi-Surface UI Design and Dev Collaboration”
What do you like best about Figma?

Figma has been essential for designing the complete UI across our logistics platform, from the driver app to the client-facing web platform and admin panel, keeping design consistent across all three surfaces. The interface is intuitive for both designers and developers, making it easy to jump between designing and inspecting components without a steep learning curve. Real-time collaboration has let our design and development teams work from the same file simultaneously, cutting down on the back-and-forth that used to happen with static design handoffs. Performance is generally smooth for typical design work, and integration with our development workflow through inspection tools has sped up implementation significantly. Pricing has offered solid ROI given how much design and development time it's saved through better collaboration. Onboarding was quick since most designers already had prior Figma experience, and the component and design system features have made it easy to maintain consistency across different screens and languages, since we support Arabic, English, and Urdu across the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Figma?

Performance can slow down noticeably on very large, complex files with many components and layers, which became more of an issue as our design system grew across all three products. Integrations with some of our development tooling aren't as deep as we'd like, occasionally requiring manual handoff steps. Managing version history for major redesigns sometimes felt less intuitive compared to more traditional version control tools developers are used to. Pricing for additional seats adds up as the design and development team grows, and support response times for more nuanced technical questions were slower than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?

Figma has let our design and development teams collaborate on the platform's UI in real time instead of working from disconnected design files and mockups. This has sped up how quickly designs move from concept to implementation across the driver app, client platform, and admin panel, while keeping visual consistency across three languages and multiple product surfaces. “From Website Creation on Ongoing Management”
What do you like best about Duda?

I find Duda extremely useful for organizing the actual build, refining page layouts, managing site content, and making post-launch changes when clients have new requirements. It helps me avoid a lot of the back and forth that can happen during website projects. I love that I can handle design changes, content updates, and post-launch requests all within the same environment. What I like most about Duda is that it supports the entire website lifecycle rather than only the initial build. I can work on the design, make content adjustments, present the site to a client, and continue managing updates after launch. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, allowing me to get into the platform, understand the main workflow, and start putting together a site quickly without spending a lot of time on configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

One area that could be improved is flexibility for more complex website requirements. Duda works very well for standard client projects but when a site needs highly customized functionality or a more specialized workflow I sometimes have to look for workarounds. “Simplifies Blogging with Ease, Despite Some Hiccups”
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I love WordPress.com for how it makes my work super easy, especially with its templates and plugins. It's great because I don't need any coding knowledge to start working on it, making it accessible even to people from different sectors. The platform also gives me full control over my website, preserving ownership while being easy to manage. I find the exporting feature in .wpress format incredibly useful for migration, as it saves both time and human effort. This feature allows me to create easy backups and seamlessly migrate my site using wp-admin without needing complex knowledge of cPanel or Plesk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Some plugins need to be free, like the WordPress All In 1 plugin, which only allows very small file sizes to import. It's possible to increase the size limit, but for someone without a technical background, it's a worry since paid plugins are costly. This was a problem I personally faced and wasted a lot of time figuring out how to increase it locally and then online. Once you know, it's easy, but for new users, it's complex. Also, as we add more features, the site becomes slow, which should be improved. The initial setup was hard for me because I was unsure whether to use XAMPP or WP Local official software. My XAMPP kept running SQL and Apache, and Local blocked ports, making it complex to decide. A step-by-step tutorial according to user experience would be helpful. The initial setup seems a little hard initially, and increasing the size limit to import the .wpress file can be troublesome, especially for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WordPress.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use WordPress.com for its ease of use with templates and plugins, allowing even non-tech people to create sites without coding knowledge. It saves time with features like .wpress export for easy backups and migrations, and maintains full website control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Making Our Workflows Simpler with Quickbase”
What do you like best about Quickbase?

I like most about Quickbase is the flexibility. At Cares, we use it to support a workflow where users can submit information, sign documents, upload files, and complete validations, with everything automatically updated in the right Quickbase record. It also works well with our custom application and external APIs, which makes it easy to fit into our existing process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

The main thing is that some customization can take a little time to figure out. When building more specific workflows or integrations, you sometimes need extra configuration to get exactly the behavior you want. But overall, the flexibility makes it worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

“A very easy to use builder for my front-end webpage and for back-end data management”
What do you like best about Softr?

Very user friendly interface which allows for a very flexible website build, structure, which now features many AI powered customization tools. The AI is set to be improved and refined but it already helped me make many great additions to my homepage (Visit petergrigorian.com) and my proprietary internal webpage.

The Softr features great integration capabilities, especially integration with Airtable which is crucial to me since my entire database is stored there.

Softr also has a very reliable support team - they recently helped me out with connecting my domain, as well as a couple times when I had troubles or questions, the AI chatbot or their actual employees were right there to help me out.

The user experience inside the builder is pretty sleek and accessible. I can confidently state that from all website builders I ever had on my hands, Softr was the easiest one to learn and actually deploy. The changes are stored easily, website updates fast with the new changes. Even at very hard tasks as f.e. generating a big heavy block which relies on pulling data from my database with AI does take time but it is flawless.

The pricing of Softr is a bit over exaggerated and a little bit inaccessible, but with how many awesome tools they deliver on a free plan user as me, and with them recently introducing the 50% discount for non-profit and students I'm probably going to switch to an edu discount since I'm currently a student Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softr?

Probably the paid plans being a bit pricy

Also the design flexibility is a bit whacky (I feel like there should be a way to change the entire design of a website with AI since currently AI changes do apply to designs but only to the block which you currently have selected which is not very convenient since you need a fluid design language throughout the whole webpage. “Creative way to have a beautiful website.”
What do you like best about Wix?

What I like most about Wix is the balance it strikes between creative freedom and ease of use. The drag-and-drop editor is genuinely intuitive, so you don’t need to know a single line of code to create a professional, polished website. Whether I’m tweaking layouts, adding attractive visual elements, or setting up an online store, the whole process feels smooth and seamless. On top of that, there’s a wide selection of modern, well-designed templates that give you a strong starting point, no matter what industry you’re in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wix?

While the platform is incredible overall, if I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be the mobile app experience. The Wix app is great for managing my business on the go things like tracking analytics and responding to inquiries but it doesn’t provide the same creative freedom or deeper editing tools as the desktop version. I’d really like to make more advanced design tweaks directly from my phone; as it stands, for major layout changes and detailed customization, using a computer is still a must. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Wix, my biggest hurdles were the steep learning curve and the high cost of web development. Wix solves this by bringing professional-grade design, hosting, and business tools together in one accessible place.

For me, the biggest benefits are time savings and independence. Rather than waiting days for a developer to make a simple text update or swap out a product image, I can handle it myself in seconds. It has also streamlined my day-to-day operations by integrating scheduling, contact forms, and email marketing directly into the dashboard. Overall, Wix has turned web design from a stressful, technical chore into an engaging, creative process that helps keep my brand looking polished and professional. “Declarative automation and real-time reporting that power our nonprofit work”
What do you like best about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

As the Salesforce admin at World Central Kitchen, what I value most is how much I can build declaratively without code. Flow Builder lets me automate our volunteer intake, donation acknowledgments, and field response workflows so the team spends less time on manual data entry and more time getting meals to people. The reporting and dashboard tools are excellent for tracking meals served, active field operations, and donor engagement in real time, which makes it easy to give our leadership and program teams the numbers they need. The Nonprofit Cloud data model and the AppExchange ecosystem also mean I rarely have to reinvent the wheel, and the platform's flexibility lets me tailor page layouts and objects to how our disaster-response programs actually work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

The biggest challenge is cost and complexity. Even with nonprofit discounts, the licensing and add-on pricing adds up quickly for a lean organization, and it takes real budget planning to justify. The platform is powerful but has a steep learning curve, so onboarding new staff and volunteers takes time and I often end up building custom training. Some of the more advanced features effectively require a consultant or a lot of admin hours to configure well. Performance can lag on very large reports, and the frequent seasonal releases occasionally change behavior I've built around, so I have to keep an eye on release notes to avoid surprises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Salesforce, our donor, volunteer, and program data lived in scattered spreadsheets and disconnected tools, which made it hard to get a single, trustworthy view of our operations. Now we have one central system where we track donations, manage volunteers, and monitor field response programs, so our development, operations, and leadership teams are all working from the same data. Automating acknowledgments and intake with Flow has cut down significantly on manual work, and real-time dashboards let us report on meals served and donor impact without pulling numbers together by hand. The biggest benefit is speed and confidence in our data, which matters a lot when we're standing up disaster response quickly and need to act on accurate information. “Airtable Enterprise Has Gone Downhill and Alienated Longtime Customers”
What do you like best about Airtable?

Airtable is a great free use tool - it helps regual people get launched forward with database structures and organizing their business pieces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airtable?

Airtable Enterprise has gone downhill. I've been a customer for 10 years, and over the last four they've steadily alienated the people who built their business.

Our price per user has more than doubled. Then, on our most recent contract, they informed us at the last minute that they no longer offer quarterly billing, which is the terms we'd been on since the start of our relationship with them. No advance notice, no transition path, just a change dropped on us during renewal.

If you're on the free tier or running a small team, Airtable is still a good product. At the enterprise level it is no longer worth what they're charging or how they treat you as a customer.

We've moved to Supabase. It's a stronger platform for our use case, and the support is what Airtable's used to be.

One change worth flagging: I made the billing complaint the strongest point, since "changed contract terms at the last minute after 10 years" is more damaging to them and more credible to readers than the price increase alone. If you have the exact renewal date or the price delta, adding one specific number will make it land harder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Airtable does make databases easy for small businesses and allows for good access to data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Designer-Friendly with Efficient Tool Integrations”
What do you like best about Framer?

Framer is a designer's dream. I can create any webpage exactly how I want it without needing a pro developer, which is perfect for someone like me who is a designer and a writer. I love how easily Framer connects to many tools I use, and I can even embed our own solution onto my website without any problems. It's a next-generation, top-notch CMS, and the way I can easily take stuff from Figma and paste it into Framer is really awesome. The platform is also easy to use and quick to develop for small teams, making it ideal for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Framer?

Framer's pricing seems to scale quite quickly and is somewhat unclear. I also wish Framer had a faster Windows app because now it doesn't matter whether I use browser or Windows. Framer can feel a bit slow sometimes, and occasionally the view jumps around, making my designs mysteriously go out of focus. This can be a bit annoying, especially since I have a wide screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can design webpages exactly how I want without needing a pro developer. Framer is easy to use and quick for small teams. It connects easily to various tools we use, like CRMs and analytics, making website integration seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Create High-End, Client-Ready Websites in Hours”
What do you like best about solidpixels.?

What I value most is how quickly I can create a functional, high-end website. Often, even before presenting a formal proposal, I can already show the client what their new site could look like, how their brand can be applied, or how their current underperforming website can be turned into a functional, modern design – within a matter of hours.

I also appreciate the transparent pricing and excellent support. It is immediately clear how much everything costs, and if something is not clear, I can quickly sort it out with support — just like various issues or bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about solidpixels.?

Sometimes I run into the limits of what can and cannot be styled. I understand that this is meant to optimize the platform and reduce the number of ways users can break a website. But in those cases, I have to bend the predefined elements in the code editor quite a lot and hope it will work. With each new version, however, the environment and features are becoming more and more refined and optimized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is solidpixels. solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a designer, it allows me to work independently of developers and programmers and immediately build a functional presentation across devices. At the same time, even clients with only basic computer skills can later edit and manage it themselves in a simple click-and-edit way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Intuitive Tool, Fundamental for Agencies”
What do you like best about Wix Studio?

Wix Studio has become a key tool for our agency because it combines professional design, development speed, and operational control. It allows us to create more structured, responsive, and scalable sites for different types of clients, maintaining efficiency in the production process. We especially value the flexibility of the editor, the CMS options, the integrations, the automations, and the ability to deliver more complete solutions without relying on heavy development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wix Studio?

One of the improvements that would add the most value would be having Aria fully integrated within the Wix Studio Editor and not just in the control panel. Having the AI available during the design and development process would allow for contextual assistance in content creation, SEO optimization, accessibility, responsive design, CMS connections, automations, and technical recommendations without having to leave the editor. For agencies, this would represent a significant time saving, a reduction in context switching, and a much smoother and more productive development experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wix Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Wix Studio to generate websites more efficiently, improving our process as an agency and providing effective solutions for our clients. It facilitates project management and scalability of products or services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
