“Flexible Visual Collaboration That Makes Remote Workshops Feel In-Person”
What do you like best about Miro?

1. Flexibility Without Too Much Structure

Miro lets teams start with a blank canvas and work however they want.

You can use it for:

Brainstorming

User journey mapping

Product roadmaps

Architecture diagrams

Retrospectives

Strategy workshops

Many tools force users into a specific workflow; Miro is flexible enough to adapt to different teams.

2. Excellent for Distributed Teams

One of Miro's biggest advantages is making remote collaboration feel more interactive.

Features like:

Real-time cursors

Sticky notes

Voting sessions

Facilitation tools

help recreate some of the energy of an in-person workshop.

3. Visual Thinking at Scale

Many collaboration tools are optimized for text. Miro is optimized for visual thinking.

It's often easier to understand:

Complex systems

Customer journeys

Team dependencies

Product strategies

when you can see everything on a single canvas.

4. Strong Workshop Facilitation

For product managers, designers, consultants, and agile coaches, Miro includes many useful facilitation features:

Timers

Voting

Templates

Presentation mode

Breakout activities

These features reduce the effort required to run large workshops.

5. Rich Template Ecosystem

Miro has built a large collection of templates covering:

Agile practices

Design thinking

Product discovery

Strategic planning

Engineering workflows

This helps teams get started quickly instead of building boards from scratch.

6. Integrations With Other Work Tools

Miro works alongside tools such as:

Jira

Slack

Zoom Workplace

Microsoft Teams

This makes it easier to connect brainstorming and planning activities with execution tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

1. Large Boards Can Become Unmanageable

The same infinite canvas that makes Miro powerful can also become a problem.

Over time, boards can:

Grow to thousands of objects

Become difficult to navigate

Accumulate outdated content

Turn into visual clutter

Teams often need active maintenance and governance to keep boards useful.

2. Performance on Very Large Canvases

When boards become extremely large or contain many images, embedded documents, and diagrams, performance can suffer.

Users may experience:

Slower loading

Lag while zooming or panning

Reduced responsiveness on less powerful devices

3. Weak Knowledge Management

Miro is great for ideation, but less effective as a long-term knowledge repository.

A common pattern is:

Workshop happens in Miro.

Decisions are made.

Teams move execution to Jira, Confluence, Notion, or other tools.

Months later, it can be difficult to understand which parts of a board are still relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Making Ideas Visible

Problem: Ideas discussed in meetings are often trapped in conversations, documents, or people's heads.

How Miro helps:

Teams can visualize ideas with diagrams, sticky notes, maps, and frameworks.

Everyone can see relationships and dependencies in one place.

Benefit:

Complex discussions become easier to understand and align around.

2. Remote Collaboration

Problem: Distributed teams can't gather around a physical whiteboard.

How Miro helps:

Multiple people can contribute simultaneously.

Real-time collaboration creates a shared workspace regardless of location.

Benefit:

Remote and hybrid teams can brainstorm, plan, and facilitate workshops more effectively.

3. Organizing Ambiguous Problems

Problem: Early-stage projects often involve uncertainty, conflicting ideas, and incomplete information.

How Miro helps:

Teams can map customer journeys, processes, systems, and opportunities visually.

Information can be grouped, rearranged, and refined as understanding evolves.

Benefit:

Teams can move from ambiguity toward clarity faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Best webdesign building platform”
What do you like best about Webflow?

Over the last few years, Webflow has continued to evolve and improve significantly. The addition of Webflow Apps, Logic, Memberships, improved CMS capabilities, and better collaboration features has made the platform even more powerful. As an agency that has been using Webflow since 2014, we appreciate how the platform constantly releases meaningful updates that help us build better websites and deliver more value to our clients.

The visual designer remains the best in the industry, allowing us to create highly customized websites without sacrificing performance or code quality. The hosting, security, and scalability are also major advantages compared to traditional website builders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webflow?

While Webflow has improved a lot, there are still some limitations when compared to fully custom development. Certain advanced functionalities still require third-party tools or custom code. We also miss some legacy features and workflows that existed years ago and were removed or changed over time.

Pricing can become expensive when managing multiple projects, especially for agencies and growing businesses. Additionally, some newer features have a learning curve before teams can fully take advantage of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't need developers on the team to build websites and landing pages for our clients, and we are 7x faster developing any project than any other company in our market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Easy to Use with a Huge Range of Integrations”
What do you like best about Zapier?

What I like best about Zapier is how easy it is to connect different platforms and automate workflows without needing custom development. We use it to connect marketing tools, CRMs, AI agents, lead generation systems, and communication channels, which saves a significant amount of time and reduces manual work. The large number of integrations and the reliability of the automations make it an essential part of our operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The main drawback for us is the pricing. As our automation volume grows, the costs can increase quite quickly, especially for businesses managing multiple clients and complex workflows. With more competitors entering the market and offering similar capabilities at lower price points, it would be great to see Zapier introduce more competitive pricing tiers or higher task limits within existing plans. The platform itself is excellent, but the cost can become a significant factor when scaling operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zapier helps us eliminate repetitive manual tasks by connecting the different tools we use across marketing, sales, customer service, and AI automation. Instead of having team members manually transfer data between platforms, Zapier automatically synchronizes leads, updates CRM records, triggers notifications, and launches workflows in real time. This has reduced operational overhead, minimized human error, and allowed our team to focus on higher-value activities. As a result, we can serve clients more efficiently, respond faster to leads, and scale our operations without needing additional staff for routine administrative work. “Feature-Rich and Beginner-Friendly Design Tool with Powerful AI”
What do you like best about Figma?

Over the past three years, Figma has grown a lot and now supports a wide range of features. When I first started using it, I mainly relied on it to design my websites, but today it offers much more. With AI, I can even create a screen just by describing the UI and the features I want.

I’ve integrated Figma with Teams and have shared designs with clients many times. The interface is very easy to use, even for students and beginners, and it’s simple to start designing with basic drag-and-drop. Whenever I get stuck while working on a design, I can usually find an answer quickly because there are so many Figma articles available online. As a result, Figma ends up having pretty good support compared to other tools.

One standout feature for me is the real-time collaboration. Multiple team members can work on the same file simultaneously, which makes it much easier to share ideas, gather feedback, and make updates without worrying about version conflicts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Figma?

I often feel frustrated when arranging elements while designing. As a developer, I need to check and place every element in the proper position so the layout looks neat and clean. Because of that, every time I place elements on the screen, managing the spacing and alignment down to the pixel becomes difficult and time-consuming. Many times, when I add elements using Figma plugins, the results don’t meet my expectations, or I end up needing paid plugins to get what I want. On top of that, the paid version of Figma feels expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?

Figma solves one of the biggest problems in my development career: creating a solid plan and defining clear features. When a task is assigned to me, I usually need time to think it through and build the design in my head first. With Figma, I can turn those ideas into a proper UI, which makes it much easier to explain what I mean. Even when I need clarification on certain features, I can simply show my designs to the client so they can confirm or clarify everything in time. Overall, Figma makes life easier by turning my ideas into a real-world example. Its performance is also great, which makes designing smoother, saves a lot of time, and helps me move forward with more confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Strong Workflow Value, but Costs and Large-Board Lag Can Be Challenges”
What do you like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

The software enables complex problem-solving that supports our KPIs and helps streamline our team’s workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

Honestly, I like Lucid overall, but if I had to point to a drawback, it’s that it can get a bit expensive as teams grow. I’ve also found that some of the more advanced features aren’t always as intuitive as I’d like, and larger boards can occasionally lag. At times, the line between Lucidchart and Lucidspark also feels a little blurred. That said, these are relatively minor issues compared to the value the platform provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest problems Lucid helps solve is process visibility. In Talent Acquisition, there are a lot of moving pieces across hiring managers, HR, operations, and candidates, and it’s easy for steps to get unclear or for handoffs to slow things down. Being able to visually map workflows, hiring processes, SOPs, and organizational structures makes it much easier for everyone to understand their role, see how the work connects, and spot where potential bottlenecks exist. For me, the main benefits are increased efficiency, stronger collaboration, and a clearer way to communicate complex processes—something stakeholders can grasp far more quickly than a spreadsheet or a written document. “Stress-Free Classroom Forms with Fast, Mobile-Friendly Responses”
What do you like best about Jotform Apps?

As a teacher, I absolutely love how easy it is to create custom forms for my classroom and for students without needing any technical skills. The drag-and-drop tool and the inbuilt AI feature are amazing—I just write a quick script or prompt describing what kind of form I want to create, and it saves me a lot of time on paperwork while keeping everything clean and organized. I also love that parents can easily open and fill out these forms directly on their smartphones. The form performance is really good too, so I get responses back much faster. It has truly made managing my school forms stress-free! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Apps?

The biggest downside for me is the pricing structure, especially when you’re working with a tight school budget. The free plan feels far too limited because it only allows you to create five forms and includes very small submission limits. As a teacher, those five forms get used up almost immediately for different classroom activities, surveys, and permission slips. However, moving up to the paid plans feels quite expensive for an individual educator or a small school. I really wish they offered a more generous free tier, or a special, highly discounted plan designed specifically for teachers and classroom use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using this app, I was drowning in messy paperwork, lost permission slips, and endless printing costs. Jotform Aps completely solved this by moving everything into a neat digital format. The biggest benefit for me has been better organization and time management. Instead of manually sorting through paper forms for dozens of students, all the information is automatically collected in one place. It helps me communicate quickly with parents, cuts down on classroom clutter, and allows me to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time actually teaching my students. “Simplifies Blogging with Ease, Despite Some Hiccups”
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I love WordPress.com for how it makes my work super easy, especially with its templates and plugins. It's great because I don't need any coding knowledge to start working on it, making it accessible even to people from different sectors. The platform also gives me full control over my website, preserving ownership while being easy to manage. I find the exporting feature in .wpress format incredibly useful for migration, as it saves both time and human effort. This feature allows me to create easy backups and seamlessly migrate my site using wp-admin without needing complex knowledge of cPanel or Plesk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Some plugins need to be free, like the WordPress All In 1 plugin, which only allows very small file sizes to import. It's possible to increase the size limit, but for someone without a technical background, it's a worry since paid plugins are costly. This was a problem I personally faced and wasted a lot of time figuring out how to increase it locally and then online. Once you know, it's easy, but for new users, it's complex. Also, as we add more features, the site becomes slow, which should be improved. The initial setup was hard for me because I was unsure whether to use XAMPP or WP Local official software. My XAMPP kept running SQL and Apache, and Local blocked ports, making it complex to decide. A step-by-step tutorial according to user experience would be helpful. The initial setup seems a little hard initially, and increasing the size limit to import the .wpress file can be troublesome, especially for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WordPress.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use WordPress.com for its ease of use with templates and plugins, allowing even non-tech people to create sites without coding knowledge. It saves time with features like .wpress export for easy backups and migrations, and maintains full website control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Straightforward Updates, Clean Interface, and Reliable Performance with Duda”
What do you like best about Duda?

We've used Duda on several website projects where design updates continued well after the initial launch. What I like most is that making layout and content adjustments feels straightforward, which helps keep projects moving without turning small revisions into lengthy tasks.

A large part of my work involves reviewing page layouts, content placement, and overall user experience before changes go live. Duda makes that process easier because the interface is clean and easy to understand. Checking responsive layouts across different screen sizes is quick, and making updates doesn't require jumping between multiple tools. We've also connected analytics and marketing platforms without much setup work. Performance has been reliable, even on pages with heavier visual content. New team members generally get comfortable with the platform quickly, and support has been helpful whenever we've needed clarification on specific features. For the amount of time it saves during revisions and routine updates, it has delivered solid value for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Duda?

There are times when I would like more flexibility for highly customized design interactions. The platform covers most day-to-day needs well, but achieving very specific visual behaviors can occasionally require extra work. I would also welcome more advanced design organization options for larger projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Duda, implementing design feedback often required more back-and-forth between team members, especially when updates needed to be reviewed across multiple devices. Duda simplified that process by making edits easier to preview, review, and publish. As a result, revision cycles are shorter, design consistency is easier to maintain, and projects spend less time waiting on minor updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quickbase?

The speed at which you can prototype out databases and get an immediate, basic solutions for operational issues is great. We find that the relationship structure makes it very easy to create virtually nested tables that can help elucidate a process and the summary tools an effective way to make sure that the relevant information is conveyed to it's siblings/parents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Without the enterprise solution, having to contact support to enable some of the realm features has been mildy annoying, and QB is not a solution for storage en-masse. Even though we are pushing our data to our own cloud solution using QB as a middleware has been counting against our storage in our account analytics due to data retention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to create some pretty diverse logic to drive non-linear processes and interdependent processes. It allows for rapid prototyping of new solutions so that the business can do incremental change, and directly affect outcomes in the back of the house and the field. For example, after a partner bankruptcy , we utilized quick base to aggregate all of our files and compliance packages while our projects were being resold to another financier. The major benefit in that period was the rate at which IT could respond and help with developing an app to fulfill the need. Within three days we had the dataset created, and utilizing pipelines had shared all of the necessary files with the prospective buyer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Flexible Yet Challenging for Non-Tech Users”
What do you like best about Airtable?

I love Airtable's flexibility. It's amazing because it's like having a user-friendly, no-code, visual database which is the cornerstone of any software. I appreciate that even without technical expertise, I can build nearly any internal business application I need, without having to purchase new software. The additional features directly integrated with the database, like automation interfaces, make it so robust. Compared to web coding, Airtable is preferred for ease of use—there's no back and forth, no security issues, and I don't need to build from scratch. I can just learn how to use it well and easily build and reuse various building blocks for future projects. This tool makes it so much easier to handle structured data, allowing me to filter, automate, and manage tasks effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airtable?

I've found that the learning curve for Airtable can be too steep for a lot of people, especially for students who aren't tech-savvy. It's hard for some team members who aren't technical to embrace Airtable and start using it effectively. Another issue is that Airtable's versioning capabilities aren't quite as advanced as I'd like. When someone makes a lot of changes, it's tricky to revert back or see who made specific changes, unlike Google Sheets where you can easily view a cell's version history. Additionally, it's a bit challenging to automatically link records in a relational database. I often end up creating automations to link records, which I feel should be simpler. “Salesforce Handles Complex Workflows Well But Maintenance Gets Heavy”
What do you like best about Agentforce 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

The biggest advantage for me honestly is how much manual work we were able to eliminate once Flows, approvals, and notifications were configured properly. Before that teams were constantly following up in Slack, checking spreadsheets or manually updating records and it quickly turned into a mess as our processes started to scale.

I’m more on the admin/developer side, so I spend most of my time on things like Flow Builder, sandbox testing, approval automation and custom object handling. When the setup is done right, Salesforce becomes really powerful because a lot of repetitive work simply runs automatically in the background.

I also appreciate that the platform is flexible enough to support custom business logic instead of forcing everything into one fixed structure. That said, it definitely takes planning because even a small automation change can unexpectedly impact other workflows if governance is weak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

The complexity ramps up very quickly once multiple Flows, Apex classes, permission sets, integrations, and approval chains start interacting with each other. Things can feel manageable at first but later on debugging automation issues can honestly become frustrating, especially in older orgs where different teams have added logic over time.

We’ve also run into situations in sandbox where overlapping Flows triggered the wrong actions or where similar classes behaved unexpectedly because of automation conflicts. That’s why I still don’t fully trust AI generated workflow suggestions unless I manually validate everything first.

Pricing and licensing can get confusing too once Data Cloud, AI capabilities, and additional Salesforce products start getting layered together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform) solving and how is that benefiting you?

For us, the biggest improvement has been reducing the amount of manual coordination between the operations, sales and support teams. Previously people were constantly switching between spreadsheets, Slack updates, reports, dashboards, and records just to understand what was happening with leads, approvals and pending actions.

Now, most of that workflow is centralized inside Salesforce. We rely heavily on Flows, approvals, notifications, reporting and automation and it has saved a lot of repetitive admin work, especially around lead routing, follow-ups and operational tracking.

The AI side still feels early and the generated actions or suggestions aren’t always fully reliable yet. That said, for summaries, quick context and cutting down smaller repetitive tasks, it’s already been useful in day to day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Designer-Friendly with Efficient Tool Integrations”
What do you like best about Framer?

Framer is a designer's dream. I can create any webpage exactly how I want it without needing a pro developer, which is perfect for someone like me who is a designer and a writer. I love how easily Framer connects to many tools I use, and I can even embed our own solution onto my website without any problems. It's a next-generation, top-notch CMS, and the way I can easily take stuff from Figma and paste it into Framer is really awesome. The platform is also easy to use and quick to develop for small teams, making it ideal for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Framer?

Framer's pricing seems to scale quite quickly and is somewhat unclear. I also wish Framer had a Windows app because it would be a faster way to work on my site. Framer can feel a bit slow sometimes, and occasionally the view jumps around, making my designs mysteriously go out of focus. This can be a bit annoying, especially since I have a wide screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Framer solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can design webpages exactly how I want without needing a pro developer. Framer is easy to use and quick for small teams. It connects easily to various tools we use, like CRMs and analytics, making website integration seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Create High-End, Client-Ready Websites in Hours”
What do you like best about solidpixels.?

What I value most is how quickly I can create a functional, high-end website. Often, even before presenting a formal proposal, I can already show the client what their new site could look like, how their brand can be applied, or how their current underperforming website can be turned into a functional, modern design – within a matter of hours.

I also appreciate the transparent pricing and excellent support. It is immediately clear how much everything costs, and if something is not clear, I can quickly sort it out with support — just like various issues or bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about solidpixels.?

Sometimes I run into the limits of what can and cannot be styled. I understand that this is meant to optimize the platform and reduce the number of ways users can break a website. But in those cases, I have to bend the predefined elements in the code editor quite a lot and hope it will work. With each new version, however, the environment and features are becoming more and more refined and optimized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is solidpixels. solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a designer, it allows me to work independently of developers and programmers and immediately build a functional presentation across devices. At the same time, even clients with only basic computer skills can later edit and manage it themselves in a simple click-and-edit way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Website design made simple.”
What do you like best about Wix?

Wix enables business owners, organisations, and other individuals irrespective of their experience with website design to create websites for their business and various other projects. Designing the website is simple. And the wix website design tool enables one to customise, update, and upgrade, the website at any point in the design process using an owner application tool which is available for most devices. This gives the developer full access and control of their website. Additional features such as payment portals, enables business owners to utilise just this one application for a multitude of essential daily functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wix?

It is a challenge to get into contact with customer support in the event that it is required, making challenges more difficult to resolve. I feel that the company could provide more personalized customer service that is more readily available. Additionally, I find it challenging to access my account on the web due to the 2step verification process being a bit complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wix is enabling me to market my business on an exponentially larger scale,as well as to make it possible to liaise more closely with customers, giving me a better idea of the kind service customers require. This has increased customer satisfaction greatly, and I have also gained new customers.

Wix also enables one to receive and pay for business related costs using the application, simply by linking your business account to the application. One can now also use the application for payroll purposes, as well as to accept payments from customers across different platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
