As a Service Designer and Futures Studies practitioner, my work revolves around synthesizing complex information, facilitating collaborative sense-making, and visualizing strategic outcomes. Miro has transitioned from being a useful tool to an indispensable part of my workflow across all these domains.
I use Miro daily for a wide array of tasks: mapping customer journeys and service blueprints, conducting speculative design and futures workshops (both remote and in-person), structuring strategic initiatives, and running dynamic ideation sessions.
The facilitation tools (timer, voting, "bring everyone to me") are robust. They make remote workshops feel engaging and productive, breaking down the barriers of distance. Even for in-person sessions, projecting Miro allows everyone to follow along and contribute digitally, which is great for capturing ideas in real time.
The pre-built templates for journey maps, blueprints, business model canvases, and speculative design frameworks (like scenario planning) are a massive time-saver and help standardize methodologies across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like to describe Webflow to people like a Photoshop for website design. You have a lot of visual tools to help you refine the look and style of your website, but there can be quite a learning curve.
With that being said, one of my favorite things about Webflow is their awesome tutorials and videos to help get you started on different aspects of their platform. Those are SUPER helpful and engaging.
Webflow gives me all of the control I need to really dial in the look of the site I'm building. This is great when you don't want your website to look the same as every other site in your industry.
There are also a lot of ways to connect with other services inside of Webflow which makes automating certain tasks and connecting with other platforms really fluid.
They are also contantly evolving and including new tools. While I used to use Chat GPT to help me with some of the code and animation aspects of Webflow, they've recently come out with some of their own AI tools which I'm exctied to try.
While the cost may be a bit higher than other website platforms, I've found it to be a good value for the amount of control and innovative tools you have access to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about Figma is the real-time collaboration - my team and I can work on the same design file simultaneously with live cursors showing exactly where everyone is editing. It eliminates version conflicts and endless Slack messages about "which file is latest," letting us iterate faster while developers inspect spacing, colors, and assets right alongside us. Plus, being fully cloud-based with auto-save and version history means I never worry about losing work, no matter which device I'm on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lucidchart is an intelligent diagramming application for understanding the people, processes and systems that drive business forward.

I liked that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes all of my complex ideas easier to organize and explain everything visually. Instead of just discussing a process, system, or project through text, Lucid lets me and my team map everything out with diagrams and flow charts. I like that I can share all my diagrams and visuals with everyone on the team quite easily. Real time collaboration support is very needed and appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Airtable has become our new savior in handling the insanely complicated content priority lists, providing our marketing department with a concise and well-structured overview of the campaigns, timeline, and asset position in a single platform. The linked record feature has been the strongest one and we are able to relate the similar data in different tables and the resultant duplication that led to errors in our reporting is avoided. There is also the capacity to provide filtered views to external stakeholders without providing a full-blown database access, which has also proven to be a feature that helps in collaboration with customers in a client-based scenario. What I like most about Agentforce 360 Platform is its flexibility to model complex business processes and data structures in a scalable way. In our day-to-day work, we use custom objects and relationships to build tailored data models for different clients, which allows us to adapt the platform to very different business requirements without relying on external systems.
Another key strength is the automation layer, especially Flow. We regularly use record-triggered flows and approval processes to automate tasks such as case routing, status updates, and multi-step approvals. This has significantly reduced manual work and allows us to deliver solutions faster compared to traditional development approaches.
I also value how everything is centralized within the platform — including data model, automation, and security (profiles, roles, and permission sets). This makes it easier to manage access, maintain consistency across environments, and evolve solutions over time without increasing complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I appreciate most is how easy the platform is to work with on a day-to-day basis. The interface feels clean and straightforward, so even team members who aren’t deeply technical can jump in and make updates. We rely on it to keep multiple client sites consistent, and the performance has been reliable—pages load fast and don’t require much manual optimization. It also connects well with the tools we already use for analytics and marketing, which helps keep everything in sync. Another thing I’ve found useful is the AI-assisted features for generating initial content or layouts—they don’t replace manual work, but they do speed things up when starting new projects. I’ve been using Intabio, and it’s honestly a game-changer. It lets you edit websites directly on the page, in real time. No need to jump back and forth between tools—everything is right there. We’ve tested a handful of AI-driven app creation tools, but App Builder consistently delivered the most usable “first draft” results. The AI-generated multi-view layouts, automatic navigation, and built-in data source creation saved us a lot of time. The image-to-app feature was surprisingly accurate too. The direct path to a world-class website. Solidpixels is the fastest way to create a website on par with global brands. Just as gorgeous and equally functional.

What I value most is how quickly I can create a functional, high-end website. Often, even before presenting a formal proposal, I can already show the client what their new site could look like, how their brand can be applied, or how their current underperforming website can be turned into a functional, modern design – within a matter of hours.
I also appreciate the transparent pricing and excellent support. It is immediately clear how much everything costs, and if something is not clear, I can quickly sort it out with support — just like various issues or bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Power Apps helps me integrate with Excel Online and Power Automate to handle backend-like functionality without much effort. For example, I can use Excel as a database, and then use Power Automate to run backend automation and other workflows very easily.
It’s also great for replicating Google Forms into an app-like UI. It helps with Excel integration too—for instance, a button click can take you directly to a Power Apps page.
And in power apps i like the most is its very easy to design a page or creation of UI is so simple its cost less amount of time its like designing and developing a Ui at same time with less effort Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s incredibly customizable. Nearly anything I’ve wanted to do (or that others in my org have asked for) seems possible. It sometimes takes a bit of Googling and some time to figure out how to make it happen, but there are plenty of resources out there (Quickbase University, Quickbase Community, office hours) to help me work through different use cases. Before Quickbase, we had multiple spreadsheets that were owned by different people to track all of our projects. Now almost everything we do lives in one place, with one owner but everyone has the access they need. The pricing seemed high for us because we're a small company with only a few employees, and we'll likely never meet the minimum users required. But we keep finding uses for it that make it more valuable all the time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
