The UI options for most components are extremely rudimentary. For example there is no way modify horizontal padding. This results in having to use custom code more often that I would like. However:

1. The DOM is built in such a way that often makes it very difficult to modify UI with custom code. Very often, I find myself having to write an entire component in custom code instead of using a native component.

Before JotForm we were using paper repair/DVIR forms, accident reports, and injury forms. JotForms has given us the ability to make these digital so employees can access them anywhere. The AI Copilot and Iteration X extension were the most 2 unique features that really impressed me like all the other software I worked with this was the first time for me to encounter these unique and helpful tools. That tool was very helpful especially in web testing when it can save you time for using multiple tools to record and then write the bug reports and insert screenshots or video recording it is just all in one place and it is just one click away so other than the issue, I mention earlier the extension is super amazing. I don't like their payment plan and add-on payment plans. They could be better. The minimum you get with your website, like the email marketing, seems low compared to other places like GoDaddy.
