I recently built an app using Jotform’s no-code platform and I couldn’t be happier with how user-friendly and intuitive the process was. The drag-and-drop interface made creating a fully functional app incredibly easy — I didn’t need any coding skills, and everything just worked smoothly from start to finish. With so many customizable elements and templates available, I was able to design exactly what I needed quickly and efficiently. Sharing the finished app via link and QR code was effortless too. What do you like best about Jotform Apps?

JotForm is easy to use. Whether you are looking for apps or any of the other services they have. The App feature is by far one of the BEST things about the platform. It has become a vital part of our day to day. Boards is great, could have some more features, but the overall function is very helpful. What do you dislike about Jotform Apps?

Support could be a little better. The few times I have needed it, they never really answered my question or problem. I really want more features for boards, like email notifications when you receive an assigned task and the ability to add it to the app! The Apps, while a great feature, could use some more functionality. I would love to see more customization, the ability to embed iFrames (this is currently available, but it never works), the ability to add links to the menu, and customization of how the cards look. What problems is Jotform Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before JotForm we were using paper repair/DVIR forms, accident reports, and injury forms. JotForms has given us the ability to make these digital so employees can access them anywhere. We no longer eed to chanse down missing papers or decipher hand writting. Employees fill out the form and they automatically go to the right person! The app makes it so they have them with them all the time without having to go find a link. "Streamlined HR Processes with Customization Potential"

What do you like best about Jotform Apps?

I really like the push notifications in Jotform Apps because they make it super easy to alert everyone at once, which is great. The integration options with programs like Canva and Outlook are also great. Canva helps create slides for content when needed, and Outlook is perfect for calendar invites when we need to send those out. Plus, the initial setup was very easy. What do you dislike about Jotform Apps?

I would love if it could be in the App Store rather than a web app. Also, it would be nice to have more user-friendly widgets and design customization options as the blocks don't allow maximum customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless App Creation and Customization for Teams"

What do you like best about Jotform Apps?

I find the abilty to be able to create your own app from a site that is for forms is great.

Creating the app was easy to set up and implement. I customised what i wanted my welcome pages and menue to look like and then share a QR code with the staff.

Our app is used on a daily basis as it gives our staff one central location to access all the information needed and any forms rather than having QR codes printed all over for different forms.

Had no need for customer suppoer on this section but know that they are on hand to help if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Apps?

I know it is basically a web-app, but would be good to maybe have the view of creating an app that would be available to download from an app store as the only downside we have is when a change is made on the app,, rather than it being live when someone changes between pages, they need to close and re-open. The ease of implementation was remarkable, allowing us to deploy new forms instantly. There is nothing I dislike about Jotform. However, I would suggest adding more embedding or insertion options for the forms to provide greater flexibility. Jotform platforms are well integrated among their apps, which allows a non-tech user to build business infra quickly and get started at zero or using their low-cost rentals. Recently the AI chatbot addition has been a game changer. Now, I do not have to be available all the time to chat with potential customers trying to understand my business product and services; instead, an AI bot takes care of it all 24x7. "User-Friendly Invitation Maker with Great Templates"

What do you like best about Jotform Apps?

I really enjoyed using the Jotform Apps. I created my first ever invitation on my own and it was nice to use the samples. They gave me exactly the look I wanted by just looking at them and changing information on it, which worked well for me. Creating the invitation wasn’t too complicated, and it was easy to resend all the invitations to my guests. I also like the feature where people can respond and you have all the answers in the same place. Logging in was simple by using my email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Apps?

It would be great if writing the text on the invitation were a little bit easier, where you could customize it by dragging. Also, where you could use a tab to make space. The samples of the invitations are a great idea. It would be great if you had more options or perhaps you could change the color. Also, it would be great if it were available to add a photo. Since implementing JotForm, our information management and operational efficiency have drastically improved. Your tool has proven to be excellent for structured data collection, which has allowed us to better manage our daily operations. We use the platform daily, and it is of immense value to our team.

We have been able to generate at least 30 apps and forms to cover various areas of our company. Among the most crucial functions we have implemented are:

Generation of Daily and Specific Reports: Providing us with an instantaneous and detailed view of performance.

Temperature Management: The ability to rigorously track and report temperatures is crucial for our facilities and regulatory compliance.

Daily Log of Loading and Unloading Dock Operations: Ensuring a documented and efficient workflow at a key point in our logistics chain.
