As an Event Logistics Specialist, I am juggling multiple projects and groups at once. I built a Jotform App to use as an Exhibitor Portal - a one-stop-shop for exhibitors to view the floorplan, request their preferred booth location, download order forms, and submit their logos. Jotform App is easy to create form and AI agents. Its very easy to display anything in your software by adding images smoothly and also Jotform is efficient in providing styles which are pre designed layout for easy and quick creation of software whenever i want to create software and i had less time I quickly apply templates. I like how Jotform Apps is easy to use and build forms. I find it simple to enable and disable certain things I'm offering, and it's great for uploading images of meals and dishes to show to my clients and prospective customers. It's really handy that I can easily manage my menu by disabling items when I can't get certain ingredients and then enabling them again once they're available. Uploading, adding, and removing images is straightforward, and I appreciate being able to update with better photos. I would love for me and another food service business to be able to check out our customers and for the monies for my portion of the menu to go to my account, and the money for their portion of the menu to go to their account. I tried out the lists component in my app but after putting in some information, it would not update in the builder. So I was a bit confused if it was working properly or not. I feel like Jotform Apps need additional functionality for third-party items, including data that is edited outside. It would be better if it could pull this data into the apps more dynamically. There is a link available, but I'd like it to work more dynamically and allow, for example, pulling a certain date or information from a Google Sheet or Doc for announcements or upcoming dates into a templated announcement form.
