Additionally, the use of dynamic user groups tied to global roles and permissions can make it difficult to consistently manage and validate the appropriate level of feature access for each user. What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I use Sprinklr Social for publishing, scheduling, and reviewing engagement dashboards, and it's a really handy tool for my day-to-day responsibilities. I like the editorial calendar, which makes it seamless to filter between accounts and channels, and lets me quickly view the status of a piece of content, whether it's in approval, scheduled, or sent. The Sprinklr link in bio is great for managing content when we want to direct a customer to learn more via a URL in our bio. The admin console is valuable for making changes to the advocacy site we use. The reporting is very complicated and the metrics partially differ from those of the native channels. The rights concept is complicated and there are sometimes bugs when sharing content with users. The initial setup was complicated and it was not clearly defined by the Sprinklr team what is in scope, furthermore, there is no understanding of our structure and setup with individual processes for each team or market. I'm not too impressed with the AI listening functionality; it seems okay but we haven't used it a lot because the listening dashboard is hard to dissect. It's not user friendly, our accounts keep deactivating, it sometimes gives weird errors, and building reports is clunkier than I would like it to be.
