I use Sprinklr Social for publishing, scheduling, and reviewing engagement dashboards, and it's a really handy tool for my day-to-day responsibilities. It's not user friendly, our accounts keep deactivating, it sometimes gives weird errors, and building reports is clunkier than I would like it to be.
