"Real-Time Social Media Management Across Continents"
What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I really like the real-time schedule posting feature in Sprinklr Social. The agencies based in Africa can post, and I instantly get an alert on my phone to approve or not, which is super convenient. It's nice having the capability for real-time approval, scheduling, and everything to ensure posts meet the digital audience on time, especially for managing our markets in Africa. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

What can be improved is that sometimes the KPIs on the reporting dashboard differ from those on Meta. Agencies often complain about differences in engagement rates between Meta and Sprinklr Social, even though the KPI tile is customized and can be similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Yet Clunky Reporting"
What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I find Sprinklr Social to be very customizable, which covers a lot of ground for my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

The reporting is so disjointed - you can only get organic for one spot, paid from another, etc. Unified helps but it still gets clunky and the different parts of the tool don't always work together. Have one spot in Sprinklr where all reporting is done, one spot to make custom metrics, etc. This way you are not bouncing around to different spots to get a full picture on how a campaign performed both from a sentiment standpoint but also a paid/organic content performance standpoint. Also make Copilot more helpful. It can never really do what I need and so I gave up on it. The initial setup is very clunky - it isn't super user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing I like about Sprinklr Social is the number of metrics that you can gain in the dashboard and as well as creating different dashboards to pull these metrics. From creating a visual listening dashboard to track brand sentiment or tracking customer sentiment was very useful for me to learn about basics of social metrics. I like that I can do a deep dive and perform a variety of actions directly from the engagement dashboards. I can see performance, tag, QRT, and much more. It’s super useful to have everything on the same screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

On the engagement dashboard, I always end up with too many columns because you can’t include multiple networks in a single column, so I have to create several separate ones. As a result, I need to scroll horizontally very often. Being able to merge SoMe networks into one column would be super useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting dashboards, although complex, are highly customizable, offering the flexibility to measure outcomes and insights. What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I use Sprinklr Social to publish content easily, and having the team editorial calendar in one place is really helpful. I love how customizable it is for our team, especially in the areas of tagging and end user display. Having everything in one place helps ensure our team isn't working in a silo. The ability to edit how Distributed is displayed for the end user helps meet the needs of our agent and sales partners, making important information easy to find. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

I'm seeing some inconsistencies with reporting, like separating paid and organic results. There's also an API issue with LinkedIn causing reporting mismatches, which means we only have a limited amount of up-to-date reporting. I'm having issues with how content is displayed on Distributed, especially if it's intended for multiple social channels. I like that Sprinklr Social is scalable and customizable to some extent. It helps set global processes, which is key for maintaining global compliance as we operate in over 70 countries. It's great for ensuring that all social media marketing teams follow certain processes, with brand compliance and social media approvals in place. I think the AI aspect can be improved. It is not accurate and not very efficient either. Like, the Sprinklr Copilot as well as the Sprinklr AI for brand compliance. I think all of these things can be improved. Also, the software is complicated, so the initial setup was not easy. It took us a lot of time, although we did get help from the implementation team. I use Sprinklr Social for managing our paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit. It's a one-stop shop for setup, optimization, and reporting, which helps streamline these processes and makes it easy to share reports with stakeholders. I like the specific features for pulling various reports and data visualization because I can pull data from LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit and compare them all on one screen, making my work much faster and easier. These reports help us see how campaigns are performing and what optimizations are needed to reach our benchmarks. Since we run a lot of campaigns, being able to quickly see performance and isolate issues is important. The UI appears very cluttered due to the extensive range of functions, causing some tasks to require more clicks than necessary. With large amounts of data, especially in reporting and listening, I occasionally find the performance sluggish. Additionally, the reporting functions could be more intuitive and flexible in some areas.
