Sprinklr is an incredibly powerful tool and they seem to have strong relationships with major complimentary tools from Meta, LinkedIn to asset hubs, etc. Their help desk is responsive and helpful. There is a bit of a learning curve as the system is so robust, but reporting, data gathering and the newer AI features assist in making it more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social? The cost is often prohibitive to implementing all the features Sprinklr offers in large companies with multiple users. It is very difficult to justify the cost vs. ROI. Also, the assigned Success Managers used to be an integral part of brainstorming better ways to use the platform to attain our company's goals and providing some assistance in troubleshooting and design, however, their latitude in assisting customers has been greatly constricted in order to push customers to purchase Managed Services for help. I find Sprinklr Social very easy and intuitive to use, which greatly benefits my workflow. The setup process went smoothly, thanks to the supportive team that made landing on the app extremely easy. I also appreciate the clusters feature and detailed user information, such as geographic and interest splits, which help us track market trends and competitors effectively. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social? I feel that while the keyword search feature is intuitive and easy to use, it often introduces a lot of noise into my queries. This makes it challenging to filter out irrelevant information, especially when I am trying to focus on specific content. As a result, I frequently have to manually curate the news or comments that are valuable to my research, which can be time-consuming and cumbersome. I would prefer an advanced curation feature that allows for more precise filtering and the ability to automate the curation process on a larger scale, rather than doing it manually. You see al the cases you are currently working on and what is still open on the same page in different columns. Interactions with customers is made easy through the chat function inside as well ensuring a good customer support. I use sprinklr every day for work.
