"The best tool to manage your social accounts"
What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

In our agency, this is the best tool for social media management because it allows us to manage all the analysis within a single, easy-to-use platform that integrates with most of your top desired channels. Its powerful AI driven insights allow brands to learn about their audience and engage with them better, and the advanced analytics give you deep, actionable data to help optimize campaign. Also features enterprise-grade security and custom workflows that empower global organizations to scale their social strategy with trust and ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Sprinklr does provide a comprehensive tool-set for managing social mediaHowever, it has its downsides as well. It is complex, and the learning curve can be steep so extensive training may need to take place for many users. Also, the high price tag on Sprinklr can make it out of reach for most small to medium businesses and more suited towards enterprise-scale clients with big budgets. "Expensive, complicated and poor support"
What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

Their custom site for remote location users (they call them distributed users) is something I've never seen before. Very customizable, with cool features like the ability to have a leaderboard per user, subscribing to content streams, and customizable content boards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

It is VERY complicated. To add a new content board is a very long process where you have to map and connect back-end pieces to make it appear and even be able to add content to it. By the time you're done (I have to follow my detailed notes every time), you feel like a computer coder. This is a good example of what it's like to use Sprinklr. Yes there is power, but you have to work for every step. Other things I've noticed: inaccurate reporting, to choose the ideal time to send, but you want it on a specific day, it takes tons of clicks, the app has a crop button, but it's not actually a feature they can handle through the API but it's still there so users will spend a lot of time clicking without the crop taking.

Our customer support has been poor. We had regular calls for around 2 years trying to get everything working, but we still have errors and issues that aren't fixed, and they've dropped their support. I get that they were tired of us taking up so much time, but they never built us a product that fully worked.

Onboarding took months and months of work. They build you something custom, but they want you to fill out super complicated Excel sheets that require you to understand how the platform works on the backend when you don't know because you're a new user. It took SO, SO many days and weeks of my life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
