I like the consolidation of many services into one platform/tool with Sprinklr Social. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social? The largest challenges we have had is with the support team. Our current Managed Services group is not as involved or experienced. We have had many instances where the team does not know how to use the tool and our open tickets seem to get lost. We expect a level of expertise from our team. The setup of Sprinklr was very tough. What I like best about Sprinklr Social is how much time it saves us on reporting. At Sky Sport we use it across all social media channels and it allows us to access reports very quickly, work with clear and reliable data, and make better decisions based on real insights. For example it would be helpful to have better options to filter or search for comments by specific usernames to more easily find user interactions under our posts. I like that it is a unified solution that gives me the full picture of our social activities. I'm not too impressed with the AI listening functionality; it seems okay but we haven't used it a lot because the listening dashboard is hard to dissect.
