It allows us to flex with our needs and our users' needs. We utilize Sage X3 for our locations in Costa Rica, Texas, Austin, and Atlanta, and we're able to implement things like work order tracking and shop floor control all through interfaces with the web. These features really help us improve accuracy and efficiency. **What do you dislike about Sage X3?** I think that we would like to see some improvement on the interface. The interfaces leave something to be desired. It's just too many clicks sometimes to get to the right thing. It's very complicated. Don't get me wrong. But we utilized external vendors and got it done. It's an ongoing process. **What problems is Sage X3 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sage X3 solves everything from billing to purchasing to inventory. I find it very adaptable and customizable; it flexes with our needs, helping improve accuracy and efficiency. ### 2. I used it regularly for financial management, reporting, and operational control. One of its strongest areas is the general ledger and financial reporting module, which supports detailed tracking across multiple entities, cost centres, and currencies. I also found the ability to drill down from summary figures to transaction-level detail especially helpful during month-end reviews and audits, as it makes it easier to validate numbers and follow the underlying activity. **What do you dislike about Sage X3?** The user interface can feel complex initially, especially for new or infrequent users. Easy tasks such as moving between enquiry screens, transactions, and reports; can take multiple clicks and require good familiarity with system SageX3 terminology,; that then adds friction and increases the learning curve. **What problems is Sage X3 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had multiple reporting sites globally (Japan, Singapore and HQ in UK), so we needed a single reporting system with support for multi currency ledgers.
