the Helpful part of Fond is the fact that you can send and receive recognition, I remember one time i needed help with a gift card i had and the chat service helped me alot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Movespring provided a platform for our peers to engage, compete and encourage fellow team members to be more active. Additionally, once fully synced, the app was easier to use as it converted workout activity into steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

There were only a few dislikes regarding the app. Initially signing up for the app, the team's stats suffered if the user did not fully sync the health apps from their cell phone and watch. Absolutely nothing. Everything works well. The site is user friendly and all the perks work well. If I had to say one thing it would be nice to have a physical gift card mailed out to me so I can re gift to people. I don't like having it be an E gift card for that reason. I don't always remember to give away my fond points. The system sends me an email, but it would be better to have a reminder when I'm actually in meetings with coworkers or thinking about evaluating someone's work instead of randomly just when the points are going to expire.
