What do you like best about Perkbox?

I love how Perkbox consolidates benefits into one central hub, solving the problem of having to access multiple platforms. The discounts and perks are easily accessible through a single app, which adds significant convenience to my experience. I appreciate the ease of use and the wide availability of perks that Perkbox offers. The platform is very user-friendly with easy navigation, which makes it straightforward to utilize the comprehensive benefit packages they provide. What do you dislike about Perkbox?

I find it particularly challenging that I do not receive emails when a bulk upload is done for sending rewards. Additionally, the process is not straightforward for sending rewards to be sent out under the name of my company but on an individual basis. It should be easier to automatically create an account under my company's name rather than having to set it up manually. The requirement to use an email or mobile number for authentication is difficult as our mobile numbers are already used for our personal accounts on Perkbox. I really appreciate Perkbox for its comprehensive package of perks, benefits, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The general perks are very popular among my team, and we've received great feedback about the access to medical services and the EAP. Additionally, I find the user experience to be excellent, making navigation and usage straightforward. As someone who oversees HR functions, it is crucial to have a platform like Perkbox where I can easily direct employees needing help and support to various beneficial options. This capacity to empower employees with independent access to essential services enhances my ability to support them effectively. What do you like best about Perkbox?

I love that Perkbox provides a platform where we can signal staff to receive wellbeing support, and it allows us to reward them for their hard work via monthly perks and the recognition tab, which is widely used by all our staff. The ability for staff to use the recognition tab to acknowledge teamwork and recognise colleagues for their exceptional efforts is fantastic. I appreciate the feature where perks can be tagged to the recognition tab, which efficiently tracks and sends an email to the person receiving the recognition so they don't miss it. This feature helps build a culture of sharing success and enhances teamwork within the organisation. What do you dislike about Perkbox?

I find the registration process for the online doctor a bit time consuming, which could deter employees from taking full advantage of this benefit. Additionally, I wish there was a more flexible system for automatically assigning different amounts of perk points to colleagues based on their tenure. For instance, having the ability to automatically allocate 60 points to those with three years of service and 70 points to those surpassing five years would better acknowledge long-term contributions. What do you like best about Perkbox?

I really appreciate how Perkbox offers rewards, especially the ability to get free coffees from Nero, which is a delightful perk through my workplace. This benefit saves me a lot of money on coffees, making it an excellent addition to my daily routine. I enjoy that Perkbox is super easy to use, which enhances my user experience significantly. The search bar within Perkbox is a very handy feature, making navigation and finding rewards straightforward and efficient. Additionally, as an admin on the system, I find the initial setup for new staff to be very easy, which simplifies my administrative responsibilities. What do you dislike about Perkbox?

You do need to remember to check it each time you make a purchase, and depending on your preferences, the savings might not always be significant. Some perks require signing up for ongoing subscriptions (like wine clubs), which you can cancel, but it’s still something to keep in mind.
