Our team loves MoveSpring! We introduced it this year as our first ever wellness challenge platform, and it has gotten some great feedback! There are so many different types of challenges that you can set up, users can create their own challenges, and it connects to so many devices. What do you like best about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

We loved our MoveSpring experience. We do an annual Fitness Challenge. In the past it has been very manual and team's have lost interest. The the MoveSpring app it was easy to keep team's engaged and so easy for reporting purposes. The UI is fresh and engaging. What do you like best about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

Great team at MoveSpring that supported and set us up well for our fall event challenge! Jaclyn answered all of our questions and provided great resources to make it easy for us.

MoveSpring was a simple, easy to use app for our fall event. Our group engaged with the challenge and really enjoyed it. With such an easy to use app solution for this challenge, having myself as the admin on the app, our fitness champion to help engage the group on activities, and our event host to highlight leaderboard and live prizes, it was a big win all around! What do you dislike about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

There wasn't anything I disliked about MoveSpring. I mentioned to our account manager a couple of features that would be great...custom habit tracking enhancement and the ability to mobile preview as building modules. What problems is Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of our business products is the life and leadership balance wheel. Every month our group, evaluates areas of their life--fitness and nutrition being one of them. What do you like best about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

With the help of our representative, Sandra, our project was very easy to set-up and customize. We reviewed several options before we chose how to get the best experience for our global team, and the communications and reminders were clear and made it easy to encourage everyone to keep moving each day!

What do you dislike about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

It would be helpful for users to see clearly 'how' steps were being counted (e.g. biking vs. walking was/was not allowed). We had a lot of questions on this. What do you like best about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

I really enjoy the funcationality of the system. It is a nice layout and easy to navigate. I enjoy the design of the app as well along with the features. Compared to another challenge platform that was not easy to navigate, connect devices, bad design/layout.

I know for active minutes challenge, people who use their phone to track their workouts or certain fitness devices and it was not tracking active minutes correctly. I know that might be hard for that specific challenge.

It is solving the problem of finding a way for our employees to work on their fitness and collaborate together on it, Before, our fitness challenges used to be self-tracked in an excel sheet, which was a lot of work to particiate in challenge. What do you dislike about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

What problems is Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We set out to recruit 50 associates and over 100 registered, split into 18 teams from various departments. The goal of the challenge was for each person to reach 135 miles in 45 days (3 miles per day) with a dollar per mile donated to our upcoming charity walk fundraiser. Within 25 days, the group reached over 15,000 miles, surpassing expectations. But most importantly, what happened throughout the competition was the connection formed around the challenge. New conversations and new bonds were made bringing together a positive community within the MoveSpring app. In a world of endless scrolling and comparing, MoveSpring naturally curates a support system through their app that organically creates camaraderie and competition and encourages our associates to support one another.

In the end, we successfully raised money for charity and fostered a wellness culture around our brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MoveSpring's engaging and user-friendly interface + the ability to connect, add friends and chat with collegues in-app is fun and motivating for users. The competitive leaderboards, personalized goals, and customizable challenges add variety to help keep people engaged. What do you dislike about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

The biggest issue was syncing the app to samsung devices or off brand fitness watches. If though an additional app can be downloaded for tracking purposes depending on the app used the steps would be counted twice.
