I enjoy the number of selections and options in the products list. I also greatly appreciate the ability to stay connected to my business associates. In comparison to your competitors like "Recognise." Your system is straightforward to use, and the UI is friendly. Lastly, Receiving a Birthday email from Fond asking for a review is lovely. What do you dislike about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform? I have two additions that I would like to make to Fond. I would like "Steam gift cards" added to the products list if possible. I laughed when I noticed Twitch and Razergold gift cards but no steam options. The second addition I would like to recommend is to remove the point expiration system. I have worked with several of your competitor's plans, and none had a points expiration system. This benefited the employees using the system extensively because they never felt they could save up points for larger or smaller purchases during the Christmas season. Fond provides an oporitunity for me to recieve recognition form my peers at work, in a morer impactful way. Using Fond, I can purchase gifts for my family, friends, and even myself.
