I like the options of adding valuable choices on Fond. The company specific items are always a hit and the various gift cards for food and entertainment are plentiful. The options on products are also high value and interesting. Have a variety of items is important to a larger organization like ours. Ensuring there is something for everyone's interests and preferences is important to maintaining engagement with the platform. I also like the options to thank people who give points to you . What problems is Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fond is helping us recognize peers through a system that is interactive but not over bearing. The categories of support and recognition is a helpful in starting the comments as to why the recognition is given. What do you like best about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

I like the encouragement I receive throughout the week from my boss. I like that I am able to receive an email from Fond telling me immediately that I have been recognized for what i did. I think it is a great resource for more companies to be using so that they can reward their employees in a way that is very practical yet allows their employees to work even harder then they already are. What do you dislike about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

There is nothing that I dislike about Fond. It is very easy to use. It can be used from both a computer or on your phone through the app. It is very user friendly in the sense that I am easily able to explain from one person to another about how to use it and the benefits that it allows for users. I think that the only thing that I could possibly dislike is that there are so many options to choose from that sometimes it is difficult to choose a reward from the points that we are given. Recommendations to others considering Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform:

I suggest that you look thoroughly on the website and see all that it has to offer. Fond has so many amazing offers for working people that can be used all because of the work that you do from your job everyday. I appreciate the compliments and encouragement that I receive from my boss through Fond. It allows me to really understand what my boss appreciates and what they enjoy or what I should be doing better. I believe that is a reasonably priced way at rewarding those who deserve it. What problems is Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a way that I can receive weekly feedback from my boss and apply it to my everyday work. The problem that is being solved with Fond is that it allows what might take time throughout the work day to do takes just a couple of seconds through Fond might take a lot of money and energy if it was done through another way other than Fond. I like the ability to give real time meaningful rewards for employees. The huge catalog of rewards makes it an easy option for helping management show appreciation for hard work and collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't much to dislike. I can only suggest adding more options for redemptions in varying amounts so that end users have a bit more flexibility when it comes to using their rewards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wish it was more clear for what are active users versus users apart of the challenge. We were charged for termed employees who did not participate in this challenge. Wish the templates were easier to edit or if the reporting populated out the filled in templates for winners and such. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MoveSpring provided our staff the ability to participate in an annual wellness challenge where all types of activity were recognized, efforts towards overall wellbeing were recognized, and wearable devices were not required.
