I have used Operatix services three times when setting up early-stage A- B series investment companies in Europe. This is the time when you want to drive your pipeline as effectively as you can without having to hire Sales development staff who are generally difficult to find and manage or hiring expensive salespeople who are not always the best people ate making outbound calls at scale. Operatix have always performed well and helped grow the pipeline and been a great source of the learning experience as to what does and what does not work in European messaging Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The SDR skills and management process they have. Each campaign always needs to adapt and beyond any contract language, I have always had any concerns or requirements addressed without question quickly. What do you dislike?

Not a dislike but a comment for anyone considering using their services - For your benefit, I suggest you need to invest the time with the SDR team to constantly review the results, help the staff overcome the customer objections and be willing to adapt to the country and sector specifics and the message being taken to market. What do you like best?

The way in which the 2 BDR's assigned to us work very closely with us, with almost a mutual sense of all of us working for the same company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that we have to start with a limited number of countries/markets to begin with. Having said this, future only will tell if Operatix will be able to deliver equal level services across all or many of the European markets that we plan to eventually cover. Rather than building- and managing our own internal BDR force, outsourcing this to Operatix gives us time to focus on our core activities. Operatix have so far been meeting our expectations in delivering us good numbers of well qualified online meetings with prospects, to add to our more natural stream of leads. Being a local company, we soon opted to use Operatix as an expansion of our New Business Team. With 6,700 employees and over 85% of the FTSE 100 already, we needed extra help in penetrating into new accounts to sell our Customer Experience and Contact Center based solutions. We worked with Operatix across a number of campaigns, helping us to book meetings with new contacts, gain registrations for various events and profile target accounts. What do you like best?

The feedback we always got in relation to the experience our contacts had with Operatix was always very positive. They are very friendly in their approach meaning they were quick and easy to build rapport with customers from the offset.

This lead to good appointments being made by the team and overall happy customers. Both from an initial point of contact and nurturing old leads, the team were very quick and on the ball and most of all, we could trust the work they were doing.

Overall i would definitely use them again should we need the extra resource and would recommend to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It is very hard to fault the work that was done by the team. There were times we would need things urgently and the turnaround would always be fast, working after hours if need be too.

However, in relation to timing, if I had to fault Operatix it would be the time taken to get up and running. This was however due a lot down to the fact they had not worked with other companies in our industry before and it is a difficult one to get your head around. This was soon picked up though and the team were up and running. I'm sure if they worked with another company in our industry again, they would not have this same challenge. What do you like best?

Most vluable to me, Operatix is flexible in their approach, pragmatic and engage in the true style of partnership. They've repeatedly shown to be creative in our sales strategy with all the adaptative qualities necessary, and equally creative with our, at times, limited sales budget. What do you dislike?

Be open in your scope and needs when assessing Operatix. They try very hard to match their SDRs to your specific use cases and areas of experience. It really helps kick off the program more quickly. I replaced another much more expensive, allegedly specialized outbound calling company with Operatix and we've seen so many more positive benefits. Don't let the "fancy pitches" of other companies and their algorithms distract you from true, personalized service and subject matter experts like the Operatix SDRs who take the time to learn your business. I have walked into different organizations with a range of needs Operatix has been able to deliver on.

1) Appointment-setting: calling into leads to do lightweight qualification and booking meetings with AEs

2) Driving event attendance: taking a select set of contacts and driving them to a dinner or other activity

3) Lead follow-up: SDRs for hire, going through volumes of inbound to qualify and move to next stage

In all scenarios, the team is ONLY as good as the enablement you provide. Training, content, etc. You have to treat them as an extension of your sales team. You also have to be very specific about the success criteria. Meetings set, leads qualified a week, call volume, etc. With those things in place, Operatix will kick ass for your organization. What do you like best?

The team is flexible about the model - we can agree to a partial performance-based approach, incentives for certain KPIs achieved. The management team is solid and know what they are doing. You can scale up or down as your team needs. Harder to do if you hire SDRs and ISRs internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Like many inside sales orgs, there can be churn. You will get someone amazing on your team, invest in getting them enabled and they get poached by another vendor. It's important to work with Operatix management to incent your good reps to stay with you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Augmenting the sales team who doesn't have time for early-stage discovery of marketing leads, putting butts in seats, 100% follow-up on inbound.

What do you like best?

We had consistent management on our account and we had two or three great SDRs. I liked that they constantly stayed in contact with us daily as well. I especially liked working with our latest SDR Stephanie, who not only performed for us, but did the little things like updating CRM and making sure Reps were prepped on meetings. There was some turn over in SDRs on our campaign, but that is to be expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The problem we were solving was to augment efforts to find new business in EMEA without adding to our sales staff that was managed from the US.
