I really appreciate how Belkins has been instrumental in establishing a robust outbound process for us, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads. They have been pivotal in expanding our client base across the US and Western Europe, particularly within the advertising and ad tech sectors. The lead generation process they implemented is highly effective, which was validated by recommendations from colleagues who positioned Belkins as having a well-established process. What's even more impressive is how seamlessly they managed our entire outbound strategy, handling everything from research and ICP development to messaging, testing, and follow-up qualification, and scheduling calls directly. Belkins took charge of market segmentation, dividing it into groups - publishers, agencies, and ad networks - and designed personalized messages, meticulously testing various versions to maximize conversion. Their organizational skills shine through the regular, clear reports they provide, showcasing metrics like open rates, replies, and booked meetings, making the process transparent and efficient. This level of professionalism led to 78 quality meetings with C-level and VP-level leaders within six months. What do you like best about Belkins?

Belkins carefully studied each segment we targeted and crafted messages that matched our tone and their best practices. They delivered a comprehensive market segment analysis, customized outreach messages, and steady campaign management. In the first month, we closed our first contract, which was a promising start. Throughout, they provided regular updates and adjusted the strategy as needed. Belkins helped us build a strong sales pipeline. Currently, we have four opportunities at the proposal stage, averaging $85K, with the potential for these contracts to grow up to $150K. We didn't expect to close deals so quickly. What do you dislike about Belkins?

While the Belkins team was pleasant to work with, they completely failed in every aspect of their work with us. While they checked the boxes of developing and sending out messaging campaigns, they at no point understood our business, our offer or what strategy to use. This despite the fact that what we do and offer is not complex.

We spent countless hours editing and correcting emails written by them that were filled with errors, disconnected logic and misinformation.

Their LinkedIn messaging included responses that used the prospects' wrong name repeatedly leading to harsh responses and reputational damage.

At one point about mid way through our engagement, when asked what they would do to address the complete lack of results, their response was to blast even more blindly at a wider audience hoping something would stick.

After four months - we had literally not one lead, not one phone call, not one opportunity. They refused to entertain any kind of discount or refund, made every effort to cover their mistakes with empty metrics and in the end demonstrated a complete lack of accountability.

It was money and time wasted and we saw nothing that would distinguish Belkins from any cheap, off the shelf generic mass emailing solution that rarely brings even the smallest results.

A simple $99/month generic AI solution would bring better results with much less aggravation and waste. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
