The SDRs assigned to our campaigns have been incredibly flexible throughout the onboarding ramp we set up to get them up to speed on our product, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond what we originally asked. Our manager, Youssef, has also been very helpful, offering practical advice and suggestions for adjusting our current system to improve our conversion rates. They were also very open to using our existing tech stack and didn't force us to use any specific softwares or processes they expected.
