What do you like best about Leadium?

I really like how Leadium consistently books appointments, which is how we ultimately grade them. Their level of service is also something we appreciate. Each month, they are setting meetings, and we've closed several deals already. Their weekly performance meetings are great for helping us understand what's going on. I've also found it valuable that they are connected to our HubSpot, so we can track the work our SDR does every day. They spend a lot of effort on strategy, making us think through who we are trying to get appointments for, and that layer of consulting is great for us. Kevin is genuinely involved. This is not the kind of agency where you sign and then get handed off to a junior account manager. He was on the calls, understood our market, and the upfront work they do on data sourcing and ICP was serious. The SDR on our account actually knew the space. Once the machine was built, it ran. What do you dislike about Leadium?

What do you like best about Leadium?

I really appreciate how Leadium has been pivotal for filling the calendar for my sales team and addressing the feast or famine side of sales. They helped shorten the sales cycle by creating more opportunities, which is incredibly beneficial. The strategy and outbound scale they provided added significant value beyond just filling the calendar. I also value Leadium’s expertise in leveraging different channels for conversations. Their weekly performance reviews allow me to see the most important metrics like meetings booked, demos scheduled, and closed-won deals. It’s impressive how they bring success to email at scale. They've helped with the implementation of Outreach, Salesforce, and a new LMS, enabling us to track deal impact and specific actions for long-term success. What I especially find outstanding is how there’s a noticeable difference between a common lead and someone who is sale-ready, which is something unique that Leadium offers. I liked how easy they were to work with clear communication, consistent delivery, and they really focused on booking qualified meetings. At times, the early outreach cadence or messaging has required a few rounds of refinement to feel fully aligned with our brand tone and audience. While they are receptive and quick to adjust, it would be ideal if that calibration happened slightly faster upfront to reduce early friction in campaigns. What do you like best about Leadium?

What do you dislike about Leadium?

We had to provide notice to Leadium that they were in breach of contract for not providing services in a workmanlike and professional manner. Leadium sent out several hundred (perhaps thousands) of emails with the following issues:

1. the receiving companies were not remotely tied to our target markets

2. the emails included a link to their's and not our website

3. the address provided was incorrect

4. our team member's name was misspelled

After that debacle, we actually gave them a second chance where they proceeded to produce precisely one lead over a 90 day period.

We terminated our contract with Leadium as they refused to provide any remuneration for their dismal performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
