The software sends emails every 5 minutes, which crazily increases the chances of my emails of landing in the inbox directly. Through this platform, I have already been able to book about 80-100 calls for my client.

The only thing that I dislike is that Gmail accounts will get shut down after few months because they will realize that your email account has been used for cold emails. The onboarding support has been really good. They offered me a very professional course free of charge to learn how to personalize cold email outreaches, warm-up campaign, develop templates, do follow ups etc.

It is not a CRM tool but only focuses on particular functions (emailing, campaigns) which means that you have to integrate or import and export the data to your CRM. This is the biggest drawback.

Once you have started a campaign you cannot individually personalize each email so i had to create one campaign for one user which is not productive.

Also you need to come with reliable email contacts and Frostbite does not do any of the checking /validation or enriching in case you dont have the data.
