Through this platform, I have already been able to book about 80-100 calls for my client. The other thing that I like is that the team is open to constructive criticism and they are always present when us, customers, need anything. Frostbite is the best. **What do you dislike about Frostbite.ai?** The only thing that I dislike is that Gmail accounts will get shut down after few months because they will realize that your email account has been used for cold emails. Fortunately, I have created plenty of Gmail accounts, so this issue doesn't bother me much anymore. **What problems is Frostbite.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem that they solve for me is getting my emails to land in the inbox. They offered me a very professional course free of charge to learn how to personalize cold email outreaches, warm-up campaign, develop templates, do follow ups etc. I do like the UI and simplicity of the tool and the ease of implementation. I have been using it a lot to get my campaigns off the ground. I love the dashboard so i can see what campaigns have done well and which ones not. **What do you dislike about Frostbite.ai?** It is not a CRM tool but only focuses on particular functions (emailing, campaigns) which means that you have to integrate or import and export the data to your CRM. This is the biggest drawback. Once you have started a campaign you cannot individually personalize each email so i had to create one campaign for one user which is not productive. Also you need to come with reliable email contacts and Frostbite does not do any of the checking /validation or enriching in case you dont have the data. These reasons made me switch to a CRM like FOLK.APP **What problems is Frostbite.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me reach potential customers by sending email sequences and monitoring their performance. ### 3.
