**What do you like best about Uproar Partners?**

Their level of engagement, knowledge and productivity are beyond anything we could have done with an inside sales team.  On top of that, their ability to catch on to new products and services made our go to market time minimal.

No downsides working with UpRoar at all.

**Recommendations to others considering Uproar Partners:**

Make sure to talk through your needs and be open to working a potentially different path than you may have originally thought.  When I initially met with them, I had a plan on how to execute and after discussion there were quite a few items that I did not think of that they brought up.  Support them as they need and be responsive.  They are very engaged and you should be as well.

**What problems is Uproar Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Telrite we had an established customer acquisition plan and we were looking to expand into a B2B audience.  I originally reached out to gain some insight into the team and quickly realized that the UpRoar team had a full end to end sales process that would take almost zero ramp up time.  With that in mind, we worked with the team to train them on our products and after just a few days they were experts and exceeded our expected close rates and production.

Everyone wishes this kind of work came with guarantees, but it just doesn't.  Uproar was clear about what they could promise and what they could not.

Evaluate specifically what metrics used to measure success.  If you are like us, new to starting and sustaining cold outreach campaigns, it takes time to generate new revenue.  We needed to consider other factors for success.

Uproar took the stress out of my job search. Maggie in particular was super helpful and genuinely cared about what I was looking for and making sure I found a perfect match. The entire team at Uproar Parnters approach makes it simple.  They are so knowledgeable and hands on it feels as if they are and always have been a part of our team.

Uproar is a communicative and professional organization from top to bottom.  They are thoughtful, strategic and don't make you feel like just one of a thousand clients.

**What do you dislike about Uproar Partners?**

Uproar has very strong callers, call coaches and account managers.  They are just a little weak in the data mining area and their SDR activity numbers can suffer as a result.  It's worth noting that our particular market is a bit more challenging from a data standpoint, so it's a light criticism.

**Recommendations to others considering Uproar Partners:**

They're more expensive so make sure that you get good value from the first line of calling.  Be it data mining, appt setting or both, Uproar will bring quality to it and help you work the problem if you're encountering challenges.

We are trying to profitably launch an SDR campaign so that we can grow scalably.  Uproar is allowing us to launch that program immediately so that we can see results.

We were an early stage startup with all of our client growth attributed to referrals and meeting people in person. Uproar helped us create additional channels for lead generation through content marketing and various types of targeted, cold outreach. They also helped us transition into Hubspot to automate our outreach and manage much larger pipelines.

**What do you like best about Uproar Partners?**

Uproar was very hands on and made sure we kept our momentum going. When we finished one initiative, they were great about coming to the table with another so that we didn't loose steam. We had a single account executive, but no one with sales leadership experience on our team and they really plugged that hole.

**What do you dislike about Uproar Partners?**

Cost was our biggest barrier as an early stage startup and we felt pressure to bring what Uproar was doing for us in house.

Uproar helped us 2.5x our ARR and 2x our number of clients, all during COVID when we weren't sure what was going to happen. They also set us up to scale by helping us implement necessary infrastructure.

The only downside that I can think of is that UpRoar is in a different city and sometimes we don't utilize them as much as we should.

It was a low risk way to add needed sales support without the longterm commitment of bringing on full-time employees. Plus, it was low effort for us as they managed and trained the reps. Uproar has provided executive sales coaching to me over the past 6 months. We have a standing weekly call in which the team gets intimately involved in the day to day operations of my business. They help with sales strategy, management consulting, process optimization and so much more. Needless to say, my company’s success would not be where it is without them!

I like the consultative approach. Most companies like this come in with a one shoe fits all approach but Uproar is different. They intimately get engrained in the business to first understand it (strengths, shadows, etc), then customize an action plan to grow it, focusing on the strengths of the people, process, and offering.
