Initially we hired Martal experts to assist in financial model planning and product value articulation. Once the investor book and supporting collateral was completed and investment was raised, Martal team started sourcing deals in US. As of now, we have engaged two fractional sales reps in building our American pipeline of clients and first contracts are already in negotiation stage.
Martal's team is essentially a "human as a service" platform, combining human intelligence and business data.
Martal is using 4 different tools combined in a single workflow and proprietary sales methodologies;
and an assigned sales rep is sourcing deals and pitching prospects.
So far the only concern was slow progress in marketing collateral update, however it was
to some extent our internal bottleneck.
