Due to continued difficulty we are moving to another system. **What do you dislike about Emburse Nexonia?** Unable to reach the billing dept with their new ticketing system. It took me over a year to get a reply to my billing ticket. When invoices have errors, which they do, it takes 9 months to over a year to get a response, this is not an overstatement. No one to help you manage your billing side of things when issue arise, when they claim you havent paid an invoice and you respond and respond they dont answer and keep threatening to shut down your services. We are being charged for overages when we have 15 under users of our contract, but unable to get help. A new 30% increase on existing costs just landed and no improvements to the systems or customer service... I think if they took the time to work through these issues with us we might not have been so quick to move systems. Definitely large corporate culture now. Bought the expense reporting and the corporate cards. Due to underwriting delay, they kicked me out after expense reporting was setup. I requested multiple times not to do that. Support just sends self help articles. This probably would take less than an hour time to have someone reach out and help me finish the setup. Definitely will never use them again. Deep intergration with NetSuite for the expenses. Highly customizable. Wish the old CEO, Neil, was there. His attitude was if you need something customize we will do it for you and not charge you if you let us use your idea. I had never seen a vendor treat their customers that way. That has changed since the company was sold. Far less likely to do custom request, even if they needed to charge you for it. Mobile app works great and is very user friendly. This is my third implementation with them. **What do you dislike about Emburse Nexonia?** AP module is really lacking. Does not have the flexibility that the expense reporting or timesheet modules do. Less of a can do culture. **Recommendations to others considering Emburse Nexonia:** Great for expenses and timesheets, skip if you are looking for an AP module. May improve once they do updates next year and implement OCR. The product is very intuitive and easy to use for non-financial staff. The Support library is extensive with excellent brief articles and short videos. I was glad to be able to actually view all of these support resources before purchasing the product. This was a key factor in our purchase decision. I have had very few support tickets, but when I do have a question the team immediately acknowledges the request and follows up promptly with excellent guidance. The integration with Intacct is seamless and makes the credit card reconciliation process and charge payoff process a snap. In terms of value for money, this has been one of the best investments we've made as we attempt to improve our business processes. We have been able to reduce our Accounting Team headcount from 4 to 3 by adding Nexonia and another Intacct partner that has automated our Accounts Payable function. The tight integration with Intacct also allows for the transfer of credit card receipt images into our accounting system. This has provided added value especially during our annual audit as we can now let an auditor view our expenses with read-only access instead of pulling physical audit selected invoices. **What do you dislike about Emburse Nexonia?** I have not encountered any major negative issues working with Nexonia from implementation through two years of active use. **Recommendations to others considering Emburse Nexonia:** I strongly recommend Emburse Nexonia for any business organization that is seeking to efficiently manage their credit card expenses in a cost effective way. **What problems is Emburse Nexonia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing and reconciling the credit card expenses of 30 cardholders was cumbersome and time-consuming. Nexonia has made the process much more efficient and has enabled us to close our month in a more timely fashion. The built-in controls which prompt users to add receipts and the requried pop-up fields for meal expenses is a great help in developing a culture of compliance with proper substantiation. ### 43.
