What do you like best about Brex?

What I like best about Brex is how clean and intuitive the UI/UX is, making daily navigation very simple for our team. The performance is solid transactions and receipts sync in real time without lag. Its native integrations with accounting software make month-end reconciliation seamless.

The onboarding was smooth, and support has always been responsive whenever we had questions. I also appreciate the built-in AI intelligence for automatically categorizing expenses and matching receipts, which saves us hours of manual data entry. What do you dislike about Brex?

Occasionally, the transaction filters can be a little clunky when I'm pulling custom reports for specific date ranges. Also, sorting out charges across different international currencies sometimes needs an extra manual check on our end before closing out the books. What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brex completely takes away the headache of chasing receipts and manually tracking who spent what across the team. Instead of sharing physical cards or waiting for monthly statements, we can issue virtual cards with preset limits in seconds.

For me, the biggest benefit is having live visibility into every transaction and automatic receipt matching. It cuts down a ton of back-and-forth communication and speeds up our month-end close by hours, so I can focus on actual accounting work instead of repetitive admin tasks.
