We’ve used Expensify, Concur, and Spendesk in the past, and also considered Tipalti. Payhawk is the only one that truly delivers on its promises.

The onboarding experience didn’t quite match the quality of the product - there wasn’t much hands-on support, and we had to figure out several things on our own. Our initial account manager wasn’t very engaged, but we’ve since been reassigned to our original sales rep, who has been much more proactive in following up, discussing the roadmap, and addressing feature requests.
