The platform’s Performance is snappy and robust, handling large batches of multi-currency transactions without any lag. Its vast ecosystem of Integrations allowed us to connect Stripe and our CRM in minutes, creating an uninterrupted flow of automated data. While the UI/UX is clean and visually appealing, the navigation paths for deep financial reporting can sometimes feel buried in sub-menus. Additionally, the Support/Onboarding experience features an excellent self-service wizard, though securing live, phone-based assistance for complex accounting edge cases could be faster. Ultimately, the cloud-based system has completely optimized our financial workflow. It transforms a tedious month-end reconciliation chore into a simple, daily five-minute routine.
