Recently, I’ve noticed how much smarter the platform has become with the introduction of AI features. The AI Agents, especially things like the Financial Controller and Payments workflows, make everything feel much more seamless in the background. As an end user, the biggest benefit for me is how easy it is to just drop receipts in or quickly approve expenses without thinking about the process. It feels like a lot of the admin is handled for you now. I’ve also seen improvements around procurement, which makes requesting and approving spend much clearer and more structured than before. Overall, it feels like everything is connected in one place rather than jumping between systems.
