What I like most about Payhawk is that they're present when we need help, and that's great. I had an issue where my employees were not able to login even after the verification was done, and I requested support to help me with that. They were able to resolve it as soon as possible. I also had an issue with importing the report on physical and virtual card status, but now I can download it from my end. I had an issue with a fund transfer too, and I received the fund. Overall Payhawk is good.
I use Payhawk for cards and bills. It's very intuitive and easy to use. I can connect easily with our ERP, Business Central, and manage bills and users with cards in one system. The support is very reactive. One time when we sent funds into our virtual wallet and needed money right away, support did a speed up for us. The initial setup was very easy and fast, and Charley is the best.
