I think their customer service is quite good; they are always willing to respond whenever you have a question or an issue. I also appreciate having everything centralized, which helps reduce time and makes everything easier. I enjoy having the option to configure all the settings of my entities in one place. It's really useful because I log in once and can manage all of them at once.

I find Payhawk very easy to use and to implement in the team, even for non-finance or admin employees. The system is cleaner and easier to use compared to what we had before. I rate the setup of Payhawk as 9 out of 10. I use Payhawk for coding of expenses and bills as well as managing the workflow, which solves the problem of keeping the workflow out of the bookkeeping system.

I use Payhawk for accounting and appreciate how easy it is to use with its intuitive interface. The AI assistant is a nice feature because I don't have to watch tutorials to use it. The initial setup was also pretty easy.
