"Unified Spend Management, Real-Time Control from Invoices to Reimbursement"
What do you like best about Ramp?

The real time transaction visibility is a total game changer for our proactive budget management. I love the frictionless receipt capture just snap a photo via the mobile app, and the AI automatically matches it to the correct charge. The 2% cashback is a generous bonus that adds tangible value back into our operating budget every month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

The reporting tools, while functional could be more robust to allow for deeper cross departmental spend analysis. I've occasionally found the login process a bit cumbersome compared to other financial apps, though it has improved over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Where Company Spend Finally Feels Predictable Instead of Reactive"
What do you like best about Ramp?

Ramp makes card and spend management feel organised instead of chaotic. I like how physical cards are clearly tied to employees and automatically matched to transactions, which saves time during expense reviews. The interface is clean, fast, and doesn't overwhelm you even when managing many cards at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

Some advanced settings are buried a bit deeper than expected, so it can take a few clicks to find specific controls. Also, while automation is great, there are moments when you want slightly more manual override without adjusting rules globally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

Hard to say so far. Occasionally I don't know how to change something but the documentation is good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Modern Company Expense Solution"
What do you like best about Ramp?

The interface is extremely easy to use for both end-users and administrators. It is extremely clean, logical, and modern. It is a one-stop shop for invoices, company cards, and reimbursements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

The reporting capabilities leave a lot to be desired. It is possible to get the information you want, but it could be much easier. What is the most frustrating is that Ramp clearly has all the pieces to build out an impactful reporting function but right now the current solution is very difficult to build reports out of. "Best expense card management software"
What do you like best about Ramp?

While user-friendly, this software is robust and accurate enough to produce all the finance data we need for our business. We enjoy the two percent cash back and the dashboard, which lets us review our quarterly spending in each department. The integration with Sage Intacct was speedy and trouble-free. We were able to implement this in merely a day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

Having the capability to use Ramp as a standalone expense reimbursement tool would be great. Currently, there is no single-person reimbursement feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Saves a ton on expense submissions and approval"
What do you like best about Ramp?

The expenses are directly charged to the corporate expense account, eliminating requirements to submit a claim, waiting for reimbursement, etc. App allows upload of receipts for validation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

Certain claims are not covered. I am not sure if it is corporate policy or Ramp itself which has limitations (telecom expenses for example) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ramp. It is truly super easy to use. Their web portal is clean and you can start using it with no training whatsoever. Literally, from account creation, you'll get the gist of it. You can see transactions in pretty much real-time and perform actions to them. It makes it super easy to manage multiple cards for your teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

I have a Ramp card that can be used in the US, however, I wish I could use it in Turkey with Turkish Lira, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Redefining the Small Business Credit Card Experience"
What do you like best about Ramp?

Allows finance teams in startups and small business to easily manage credit card allocation for employees, manage expenses, integrates with accounting software, tracks recipts, and gives generous cashback terms. It also does not charge interest as it is a cash card. Also new features are being added constantly like making sure that you don't have duplicate subscriptions to tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

None so far! Only minor issue that I had initially but it was not their fault was that we wanted to personalize our cards but the creditcard provider made a mistake and included the branding for another company on our card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
