Great customer support whenever I have needed to contact them, and generally easy to make online payments and in-person payments with the linked card.

The only limitations here, which can be confusing for UK merchants, is that this is signature based rather than PIN based (Yes, I get the occasionally funny look). The card is all black, so there is no visible signature to verify.

There are also merchants and payment providers who do not accept this type of card online, though they are few and far between. Some charge an additional fee (seems highly suspect) for using a VISA Business card, or 'pre-paid' card also, which hasn't been ideal when needed.

The sign-in process to access card details can sometimes be a little tricky with SSO. Otherwise, this works as it should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes creating a new card for each expense can get a bit tedious if managing mulptiple teams, also needing to raise card limits for small things that the employees did not take into account like sales tax or fees can be a bit annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It makes managing payments while traveling to visit customers very easy and seamless, especially with Apple Pay being so prominent I've never run into an issue where a merchant can not accept my card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
