Better Uptime is very good for incident management. We have an external uptime monitoring tool and integrate with Better Uptime. The calendar integration of on calls and custom escalations are amazing. It's easy but does all the things we need. We currently have 5 people on our team, and everyone is pleased with how we operate with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
