These products allow businesses to identify either repeat customers or potential repeat customers, and then send them incentives such as discounts or rewards points so they return to that business. Loyalty management software is primarily leveraged by business-to-consumer (B2C) companies in the retail, e-commerce, travel, and hospitality industries. Marketing teams in these organizations use loyalty management software to boost customer retention, maximize repeat sales, and increase customer lifetime value (CLV).

If a business is having difficulty finding its target audience or demographic, loyalty management tools can help a marketing team narrow down the search and test different methods of bringing customers back to the business.
