
BON is one of the few apps that offer a generous free plan - this is important to me because I'm working on building a new website and I'm super appreciative that I can get everything set up before I launch so that I'm not paying for something I can't even use yet. Plus, the customer service is OUTSTANDING! The support team (actual humans - not AI!) is incredibly helpful and attentive! I've worked with multiple team members now and they have all been great! Most recently, I was adding DNS records so that my company email can be used with my BON Loyalty account - the first attempt failed, so they had me send screenshots to identify the issue. They told me what to do to fix the issue and get the verification to work! When it's time to move to the paid plan, I will gladly do so because of the amazing experiences I have already had during the app installation and customization process. As a business owner, it's such a huge relief to know that I'll be able to easily get help with the app and get questions answered so quickly when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this point in time, I can't say that there's anything I dislike. I have only had positive experiences thus far - especially with the support team.
