**What do you like best about BON Loyalty?**

BON is one of the few apps that offer a generous free plan - this is important to me because I'm working on building a new website and I'm super appreciative that I can get everything set up before I launch so that I'm not paying for something I can't even use yet. Plus, the customer service is OUTSTANDING! The support team (actual humans - not AI!) is incredibly helpful and attentive! I've worked with multiple team members now and they have all been great! Most recently, I was adding DNS records so that my company email can be used with my BON Loyalty account - the first attempt failed, so they had me send screenshots to identify the issue. They told me what to do to fix the issue and get the verification to work! When it's time to move to the paid plan, I will gladly do so because of the amazing experiences I have already had during the app installation and customization process. As a business owner, it's such a huge relief to know that I'll be able to easily get help with the app and get questions answered so quickly when needed.

**What do you dislike about BON Loyalty?**

At this point in time, I can't say that there's anything I dislike. I have only had positive experiences thus far - especially with the support team. And the app itself is easy to customize and currently meets all my business needs, plus has room to support growth as needed.

**What problems is BON Loyalty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted a simple, easy to use, reasonably customizable and affordable customer loyalty program - BON meets all those needs! It allows me to set up a points and rewards system according to my preferences, along with customizable email notifications. The support team has answered every question that has arisen and helped with technical aspects as well. I'm so relieved that I'll be able to connect with actual humans if issues or further questions arise! Seriously, there is no replacement for actual human support teams - and BON has gone above and beyond my expectations!

**What do you like best about BON Loyalty?**

I've been with BON for some time now and their free version of the app is fantastic when you are starting out. Support is always readily available with kind and patient staff.  They are willing and flexible and help with the Shopify Integration and set up if you are stuck in any way.  Our customer love the points scheme and BON have also made some free customizations for us, despite not yet advancing onto the paid program.  We are close now to hitting the free threshold and will have no hesitation to continue as a paid customer soon.

**What do you dislike about BON Loyalty?**

There are no real downsides that I am aware of.

**What problems is BON Loyalty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to luanch a rewards scheme and call it Gem Points to fit with out brand as a gemstone beads supplier.  Our customers can accumulate points when they order and then cash them in for vouchers.

**What do you like best about BON Loyalty?**

I absolutely love this app! Setup was simple, and within 24 hours I had my Loyalty and Rewards Program up and running. The best part, though, is the outstanding customer service. The whole team is excellent, especially Sienna, who went above and beyond to help me import previous customers so they could receive their well-deserved points and rewards retroactively. It was a big task, but she handled everything quickly and efficiently, which allowed me to share the exciting news with my customers the very same day the program launched. I’m truly impressed with their support and very happy with the platform’s interface overall.

No downsides so far. I love everything about the app.

I believe BON will add a great value to my store and to my customers as well. I think they will be happy to buy more and increased their average order value, in order to earn more points.

The biggest issue I ran into was exporting customer data from my old store and importing it into the new one. The support team helped me through the transition, which made the whole process much smoother.

The Customer service has to be the one thing I LOVE about BON. I needed a customer solution and they worked around the clock to make it happen. The provided updates and kept me in the loop. They continued to ask questions to ensure we had the correct solution. 

They also help us change a link within the VIP that would point to our store front instead of the native link.

I like everything about BON, If I need something they dont have, they just customize it for my store.

We were looking for a Customer Benefit program that would reward our customers for spending at our Store.  We were also looking for a specific VIP solution. 

Most solutions did not have the customization we would need. Bon was able to meet that customization. Our customers LOVE our loyalty program and we are already seeing increased sales.

I’ve been using Bon Loyalty on my Shopify stores and I’m truly impressed. The program is extremely simple to set up and use, yet very effective at building customer loyalty. It integrates seamlessly with our workflow and delivers exactly what we need.

What really sets Bon Loyalty apart is the back-office support. In particular, Sienna has been fantastic—she’s quick, highly skilled, and proactive about suggesting improvements to boost our conversion rates. Her dedication makes a real difference.

I highly recommend Bon Loyalty to any Shopify store looking for an easy-to-use, efficient loyalty solution with top-notch support.

Actually, nothing. Every question and issue that I got were fixed or answered quickly.

I manage many website, it is difficulet for me to have loyalty configured in my ERP (Odoo) for each of my website. Since this one is only an eshop and not a physical store, it's better to have it in Shopify instead.

BON Loyalty is a well-designed app for customer loyalty programs, offering strong functionality that lets you reward customers with points to encourage their return. Even if you have several other plugins running in the background, the BON Loyalty app remains stable and does not crash or make errors. On the rare occasion that an issue does arise, their support team is quick to resolve it, often within the same day.

At times, you are required to upgrade your plan just to access basic yet essential features, which leads to unnecessary expenses. However, if you reach out to support, they can sometimes help you resolve these issues without needing to upgrade, if that's an option.

I am able to encourage customers to place repeat orders. After all, everyone enjoys the chance to win rewards.

I like how easy BON Loyalty is to set up, which made getting started a breeze. The support team is also super friendly and nice, which I really appreciate.

It should be more integrated with email sites. I mostly use it to collect emails, so it only makes sense if it tried to focus a lot more on competing with software like Mailchimp and Klaviyo. There's so much potential in the app, even if that makes it more complicated the young gen like me would understand easily.

For some reason, the referral program still hasn’t gained any real momentum, even though we’ve tried to incentivize it.

Because the points system is one of the most important parts of the user experience in e‑commerce, it’s essential to respond sensitively to functional errors or to the development of new features. In this respect, Bon Loyalty offers almost-perfect support and plans. They have a development team that handles functional customizations and a customer service team made up of many staff who are always ready to answer inquiries — and none of them ever lose track of case history or drop the ball.

Of course I would - you have the best service I ever experienced. Maxxie was even having a long Google Meets meeting with me to explain everything and all the other support employees are also so friendly and supportative. Hazel was so patient and skillful. Jean and Cara and I hope I didn't forget anyone! I really appreciate them all, because I'm not that easy and always have many questions and they always reply immediatly and solve everything so quickly!

Apart from being really user friendly what I like most about this app is that the support is absolutely fantastic. If I have any questions I always get a really fast response and all the team are so lovely and ready to help. So pleased I chose them for my store!

It would be nice to be able to have a loyalty page and not just the widget icon on the free plan but the widget works very well and for a free plan what you do get is very good value for money.

We switched from a popular and expensive loyalty app, as BON Loyalty has a better interface, has more options for rewards, and is just overall a better performing app.
The customer service and dev team go above and beyond to make sure that we receive the support we need - they also reply extremely fast! We currently use this for all 4 of our Shopify accounts and have recommended this to other friends too!

BON Loyalty has great features and is easy to set up and manage, and the customer support team is the best I've ever encountered with any App. The team is knowledgeable, very responsive, and great to work with. We did a trial with a couple of other loyalty apps prior to deciding to go with BON, and the others had far inferior customer support. Would highly recommend going with BON!

Nothing that I can think of. When I wanted something that wasn't part of the standard feature, they were accommodating in making it happen.

If there is no direct solution, technical support is called in to help. We have always been very satisfied with the help we have received.

We had problems with the automatic Welcome emails. the translation from german to english. We had questions about Bon Loyalty's various price plans.

I tried few other apps and was finding it difficult to set up. Then found BON Loyalty app and was able to complete the set up and activate the app quickly. The customer support is quick and responsive. It is user friendly, and the customers are happy with the reward points and discount.
They have various options for rewarding the customers and helps to have returning customers

The only limitation I observed is there yes option to send a statement to remind customers of available points, although they have email reminders for expiring points.

BON Loyalty has been a great app for us to implement quickly as we roll out our loyalty program. Customer service was also fantastic when I ran into a few issues. They were quick to respond and come up with a solution. The interface is very clean and easy to understand for both the consumer and for us on the backend as well.
