**What do you like best about TrueLoyal?**

They have been extremely helpful along the entire process. Sometimes after the initial salesperson leaves the chat, things go downhill. That has not been my experience at all. They want your program to be successful and have helped out to integrate the program everywhere possible and to make it as easy to use as possible. Implementation has been a breeze and I can't wait to see what this does for our company.

**What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?**

You need some tech experience to implement, but we do have someone that can do that for us. If you don't have someone, it might be a little more difficult. Not sure how much they would assist you on that side of things.

**What problems is TrueLoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to keep consumers coming back to our site more frequently and purchasing more. This will help us do that.

**What do you like best about TrueLoyal?**

I really like how trueLoyal solved the integration issue with our POS systems, allowing our customers to redeem their points both in our online and offline stores. I also appreciate the birthday points feature, as well as all the features that make our customers feel remembered and valued. The initial setup was good.

**What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?**

The issue is with customers who log in to our online store using their Apple ID. The platform doesn't recognize them, so they don't receive points after making a purchase. There should be an improvement so the platform can add points to users who use Apple ID, by crediting the points after the user provides us with their email.

**What problems is TrueLoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

trueLoyal resolved our POS integration issue, letting customers redeem points online and offline, enhancing their loyalty perception.

**What do you like best about TrueLoyal?**

I like that I can contact someone right away whenever I have an issue, and that the platform is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?**

There aren’t enough options to filter or customize what I’m seeing. For example, it would be helpful if I could sort customers based on their available points, redeemed points, and expired points, as well as see what they redeemed. I’d also like to be able to identify which customers are spending less with us.

**What problems is TrueLoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don’t think we’ve reached the full potential of using the software as effectively as we could to attract customers yet. I can’t really give a complete answer right now, but it’s something we’re actively working on, and I expect True Loyal to be a significant part of that going forward.

**What do you like best about TrueLoyal?**

TrueLoyal offers an easy-to-use platform and great customer service, all at a competitive price. They made our onboarding process easy even on a tight schedule. We were able to transition our data without any issues. We have an account lead and frequent touch bases to make sure we are able to set strategy and reach our goals.

**What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?**

We can create our own custom activities, however the integration with other platforms is difficult, like sharing on Facebook and Pinterest. There is not currently an integration with YouTube.

**What problems is TrueLoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TrueLoyal offers both loyalty and advocacy features! We are looking forward to diving into the user generated content capabilities to better engage with our members.

The team performance and collaboration is unparalleled.  Unlike other agencies, they are flexible to our needs and very timely with deliverables.  The True Loyal team is very active in creative problem solving and ideas to make our unique brand offerings more impactful and deliver higher conversion.

**What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?**

I would really like to see more data metrics that we can share per influencer social post performance like collective impressions, views, likes and comments as some of our other agencies provide.

**What problems is TrueLoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team helps us grow with our needs to match changes in the various environments.  They are flexible when needed and help us with creative, out-of-the box solutions.

I like that Zinrelo is easy to navigate and use for our rewards program. The presets create an easy outline for a business to take what is provided and go from there.

I wish there were more video tutorials. There are a lot of resources, but having visual/video tutorials do make the initial familiarization of the program MUCH easier.

What I love most about Zinrelo is how straightforward it is to use. Setting up loyalty rewards is super easy, and the customization options mean I can tailor it exactly to fit my brand. Plus, the analytics are super insightful, letting me see what’s working and where I can improve. 

It feels like a complete package that’s genuinely designed to help me keep my customers coming back.

One thing I find challenging about the Zinrelo Loyalty Rewards Platform is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, with so many features and settings to navigate.

Ease of use and the program is very intuitive! Customer service is excellent and anytime I had a question about something, a simple email, and they would respond very quickly.

**What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?**

I don't dislike anything on the software actually. It's been very easy to use right from the start. Integration into our Miva platform was extremely simple and had no issues.

Tracking points and analyzing user data is straightforward! Running campaigns and going through what customers are using on our rewards program couldn't be any simplier!

Pricy & sometimes can be slow to get to the bottom of tech issues but they ALWAYS work diligently to help. These issues are VERY few and far between!

Haven't really encountered many downsides. There are a few errors thrown in NetSuite, but these have more to do with recent NetSuite changes and don't impact performance or functionality.

We have been working withe the Vesta team for about 5 or 6 years, they have helped us build a consumer community of over 20,000 members. We're able to gather lots of consumer insight to help us make business decisions. The Vesta team is so helpful in all aspects of managing our community and developing/executing strategies. They are smart, kind and extremely valued partners.

Nothing negative to say about Vesta, they continue to offer solutions to their clients if they do not already. The support and dedication is much appreciated! A+

There are no downsides when working with Vesta. Their team is very accommodating. They are creative problem solvers that always work with us to create the best experience for our community members.

Creating two-way communication with our community members is very important to us. Our marketing team is small, and with our community growing, gathering everything our members say and participate in can be challenging. **What do you like best about TrueLoyal?**

With Vesta's help, we built a community of almost 40K superfans and brand advocates that help fuel our marketing strategy! The insights we are able to garner from the platform are unmatched. We use Vesta to collect valuable data that helps guide business decisions. We even created an entire new product line based on the insights we were able to collect from our community!

**What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?**

There isn't anything specific that I dislike about Vesta. The team is incredibly supportive and ready to problem-solve when hiccups arise. This year my team had limited bandwidth to manage our community as closely as we had in years past. The Vesta team jumped right in to offer help and support, ultimately allowing us to keep engagement up on the platform.

**What problems is TrueLoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vesta allows us to drive loyalty and preference by building meaningful connections with our consumers at scale. From UGC and ratings & reviews, to sampling, to insights - the Vesta platform does it all!

**What do you like best about TrueLoyal?**

The staff at Zinrelo are very kind and they mean well. There are some times where they helped me with development projects and didn't charge me for it.

**What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?**

The team is very slow to respond to you. The platform has very limited capabilities. Not everything in the platform worked for me and it was difficult from me to figure things out.

**What problems is TrueLoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can't say that i have seem Zinrelo loyalty platform soving any of my issues.

**What do you like best about TrueLoyal?**

We have worked with Vesta for 3 years now and it has been great to see them grow as a company and a platform. They are authentic individuals that are always a pleasure to work with. They aren't your typical agency trying to sell you something. They are passionate about your brand, they want to see you succeed, and you can see their passion for what they do.  We love the different ways we get to engage with our consumers through missions, surveys, or discussions. We loved their newest poll feature for getting answers to quick questions! We recently launched a rewards system with Vesta's new point feature, which has helped spark engagement. Our community members love the rewards, and we love the attention and excitement it creates!

**What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?**

We utilize the platform to run two different communities simultaneously. We utilize the Vesta Team to help manage one of these programs, while working on our other programs in-house. We've had some hiccups when it came to managing these two communities separately, as well as coming across some technical issues and needing workarounds. The Vesta team is always extremely helpful when fixing any issues, or helping us with any tasks we can't do ourselves. They've helped look over our work when trying something new and offering their advice. While there are some things their platform can't do, they always encourage open dialogue to listen to what we as well as other brands are looking for and come out with new services and features. We get great features we hadn't even thought of! Any negative is far outweighed by the positives of their team.

**What problems is TrueLoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to connect to our consumers was very important on our to-do list. Our consumers were being brand ambassadors for us and telling their friends and family about our products, and we wanted to find a way to reward and thank them. I truly enjoy working with my assigned Vesta account partners. From the kick off call, my team knew Vesta was the right partner for us. Not only is the team extremely knowledge in the area of community but they were able to help us obtain true insights and execute strategic tactics to keep our communities informed and engaged. Our community has been live for almost 9 months and we are very happy with the results and performance to date!

Some of the downsides were in the initial set up phase. Some of Vesta's back end capabilities were limited to our user friendly vision. However, the team did their best to provide work arounds and noted new changes will be implemented soon.

**What do you like best about TrueLoyal?**

As a developer, the ease of this implementation was a huge positive for us. The simplicity of having built-in widgets and an easy API made this implementation quick and relatively painless. The support is very responsive and is willing to work with you to build out any features you may want. Touchpoints with our account rep are quarterly but if you would want more or less, their team respects that decision.

**What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?**

Though easy to implement, the out-of-box user dashboard is not very attractive. There are a lot of ways to customize the interface's theme and you can embed it on a page but I think multiple layouts would have helped our integration at the beginning from looking like everyone else's. Also, there really isn't a production/development toggle for each account so we had to have another instance spun up so we could do our continuous integration testing.

**Recommendations to others considering TrueLoyal:**

If you are a small to medium sized company looking for a simple-integration loyalty program that doesn't charge a huge overhead, ZInrelo is a good choice. As long as you don't value having a human make every change (vs having a user-friendly interface you use), I can't recommend Zinrelo more.

**What problems is TrueLoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had a more complicated and more expensive loyalty program. We were forced to do everything through an account manager so our spontaneous nature didn't mesh well and the costs were reducing our return on investment. Zinrelo replaced that company for us. We now pay a lower rate and get an even better return overall since we are able to change rules and add loyalty-based promotions when we need to.

For the most part, onboarding was super simple. Our business is seasonal and our dedicated rep often helps us brainstorm ideas that could bring in incremental revenue during our slower seasons.

The campaigns feature could use some work. If I want to run a campaign and double the number of reward points for all customers, the campaign only checks our customer group for new accounts once per day. So, if you create an account in the middle of the day as a new customer, you wouldn't be included in the campaign. This has been something our team has had to work around within the platform.

Our business needed a loyalty platform to incentivize purchases on our magento ecommerce site. It gave us the flexibility to completely customize a rewards program that makes sense for our seasonal business selling online courses to the financial services industry. I absolutely loved collaborating with the Vesta team. Our account manager was on top of all the activities and projects we had running at once and she did a great job of making sure we had enough runway time to brief our internal team. The insights team is next level! We were able to gather so much data on our target audience and then use that data in a way that lead to deep engagement with the brand turning our fans in brand advocates which is hard to do when brand loyalty doesn't necessarily exist the way it used to.

The backend of the platform was very user-friendly and the Vesta team was able to share "how-to" guides and advice for setup if my team ever got stuck. When we were first building our community some of the features that we were looking for weren't available however the product team was on top of integrating those features into the product pipeline so over time the features we were looking for were built in.

We built a proprietary community and were able to grow the community to over 30,000 engaged members. While you can grow an Instagram following to that scale, the engagement lacks and, as a brand, you don't own any of it and have very little control over conversations. This product change the game for our community strategy and allowed us to connect with our consumers in a way that we never had access to before.

First is the Vesta team. They are creative, and engaging, and deliver exceedingly valuable recommendations no matter what the business objective is. 

Second, is the all-in-one platform to drive engagement, advocacy, loyalty and insights all under one roof. Our community was extremely engaged whether it was helping pick a new flavor for our next product launch, trialing a new product, or posting on their social channels to drive advocacy amongst other parents.

There wasn't anything my team and I formally disliked. The Vesta team consistently pushed the envelope to customize our branded community and there was never a "I'm not sure if we can do that" answer.

Vesta simplifies the holistic CRM experience. Outside of ratings & reviews generation, user-generated content and the ability to sample, Vesta delivered insights. A lot of these insights led to action. Our brand substantiated a claim against a competitor, was able to determine the most impactful claims on our next kid's product, and better understand the end consumer on a personal level. I particularly valued the open discussion forum where we can listen to parents and what they do on the weekends, their reactions to current events happening in the world, and what concerns them most about their kid's health.

Should have done it sooner! I regret not partnering with Zinrelo before now. There were a few hiccups getting our website to work with the Zinrelo dashboard at first, but the pros on Zinrelo's end had it working in no time.

It combines a loyalty program and referral program into one easy interface. It's clean and easy to understand, and is easily customizable. The rewards for social integrations is very helpful as a growing business. The white glove service is attentive and very helpful.

Using with BigCommerce, we have to generate our own coupon codes. The interface also does not seem as friendly to our older customers as we get frequent emails about misunderstandings. That however is just user error.

We are using Zinrelo to entice more customers as well as increase repeat purchases. It is a big improvement from the previous software we used. After 6 months of use our average order value has increased.

The Vesta platform is a great solution for any brand or business looking to build community beyond traditional methods. It is an engaging space for consumers with a common interest to connect with the brand and products, plus one another. For brands, it is built to increase household penetration through sampling and trial, collect consumer data insights in a pinch (both qualitative and quantitative), and collect first-party, owned data on consumers. The possibilities with the platform itself are endless for brands, and their customer support is exceptional. They go above and beyond to meet their customers' needs and have their best interests in mind. They take care in understanding each individual business's goals in order to provide recommendations that deliver on KPIs. They offer all levels of support that make it accessible for any business to dive right in.
