What do you like best about TrueLoyal?

I like that Zinrelo is easy to navigate and use for our rewards program. The presets create an easy outline for a business to take what is provided and go from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?

I wish there were more video tutorials. There are a lot of resources, but having visual/video tutorials do make the initial familiarization of the program MUCH easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrueLoyal?

What I love most about Zinrelo is how straightforward it is to use. Setting up loyalty rewards is super easy, and the customization options mean I can tailor it exactly to fit my brand. Plus, the analytics are super insightful, letting me see what’s working and where I can improve.

What do you like best about TrueLoyal?

Ease of use and the program is very intuitive! Customer service is excellent and anytime I had a question about something, a simple email, and they would respond very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?

I don't dislike anything on the software actually. It's been very easy to use right from the start. Integration into our Miva platform was extremely simple and had no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
