What do you like best about Growave?

very easy to use has been our Loyalty app since years Moving to the latest version G2 was a breeze and really fast and as completely handled by the Integration team led by Maryam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Growave?

The price. The only negative to mention is the price and perhaps more so the inability to modify the price plan when not utilizing or not needing all the features that a store is still charged for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Growave solving and how is that benefiting you?

Loyalty points Earning and Redeeming store credits as points at Checkout. Alot of the single action events to earn points like subcribe to email, facebook and instagram follow etc are automated as well as points self monitoring, redeeming at check outfor users making purchases, Auto Expiration at 365 days or us as a store along with notifying the User of the expiration on two intervals etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Growave?

I like the fact that the loyalty program with Growave is combined with reviews, which is really helpful. Also, they are very quick to help with any bugs that may occur, and they fix them quite well.
