**What do you like best about Cello?**

As a head of marketing, finding efficient tools that streamline our operations and enhance our marketing strategies is crucial. Cello has been significantly reducing customer acquisition costs through its referral platform. The implementation was fast, and the platform required almost zero maintenance, allowing us to focus more on strategy and less on technical details.

Cello's platform has substantially impacted our marketing efforts. It has made our referral process more effective, turning our users into a robust growth channel. 

Moreover, Cello's support has been nothing short of human and caring. They are continuously helping us optimize our referral programs and improve performance metrics.

**What do you dislike about Cello?**

While Cello’s dashboards could use some enhancements for an even smoother user experience, e.g. by allowing customer filters and more customisation, based on our interaction of far, I am confident that their dedicated team will address these improvements.

**What do you like best about Cello?**

We and our users absolutely love how simple and easy it is to use Cello. All they have to do is hop into their Shore account, grab the referral widget, and share the link with their colleagues on social media or mobile platforms. The rewards just flow smoothly afterward. It's really a breeze for everyone involved, making it super user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Cello?**

Adding more ways to cash out would be super helpful. Offering users more rewards to choose from would make the program even cooler.

**What problems is Cello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the current macroeconomic landscape, it's crucial for us to maximize our capital efficiency while still ensuring strong growth. In this regard, Cello will undoubtedly be invaluable in helping us tackle these tough situations.

**What do you like best about Cello?**

Easy to use and intuitive plattfrom, customer support is excellent, fast and reliable. I cannot say anything about the "easy of implementation" as I am on the business side, but what I heard from the tech team, it seamed very smooth and straight forward. 
PLUS Side: Added service for Partners/Affiliates due to monitoring and dashboard capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Cello?**

SSO sometimes seams buggy as clients struggle signing in with it, however the team is always fast in providing alternatives.
Invoicing: It is only possible to receive an invoice a day, not collected invoice for the whole month. This makes life though for finance departments, but I was assured, that the team is updateding this right now.

super fast implementation and not a lot of development resources needed. Easy to handle interface. 
Product just WORKS and helps us grow our business organically. 

We now roll out the second big function (affiliate) with them.

Nothing. We collaborate great and provide feedback to shape potential new functionalities. hats off.

Cello's onboarding process and support is top-notch. They are highly responsive, professional, and innovative, and truly partner with their clients. Their success-based pricing model has allowed us to scale our referral program while maintaining efficient metrics, which has been a major benefit to our business. We appreciate their commitment to our success and the high level of service they provide.

While Cello currently only allows for private payouts as a reward option, we would love to see additional reward choices such as donations or in-product discounts in the future. These options would provide added flexibility and allow us to tailor our referral program to the needs and preferences of our users.

In the current landscape, paid advertising costs are skyrocketing, and we were in need of more cost-effective growth channels. Cello's offering has been the perfect solution for us. Having multiple integration options with Cello is fantastic. We chose to position Cello in our menu, aligning it perfectly with our UI. Plus, the best part is that you only pay when the referral program delivers the desired results!

Tracking and attribution for sales-led campaigns can be tricky, but Cello is on the right track with its current model. Excited to see even more features designed to empower sales teams, like including them directly in the workflow.

Finally, we were able to amplify our existing word-of-mouth notion to an extent that provides is now a significant contribution to our revenue mixWhile word-of-mouth is prevalent in the construction industry, we have struggled to measure it accurately due to its complexity. However, with Cello, we have found a simple and user-friendly solution that allows us to track word-of-mouth effectively and with greater accuracy.

We now have an easier way to track referrals, which used to be a tedious and manual process. Setting it up is simple, and we only start paying for Cello when we generate a decent amount of referrals. What we particularly like is their latest feature: the ability to set up multiple campaigns and behavior-based triggers. This really helps us leverage referrals through our power users.

**What do you dislike about Cello?**

We look forward to Cello supporting more payout options, including those for Asian customers. In-product rewards are also a good alternative.

Our user base is growing quickly and we were looking for a word-of-mouth (WoM) tool to amplify this growth. Blockchain technologies are built on trust, and so is the peer-to-peer (p2p) widget from Cello. It makes WoM more visible and accessible.

I had the chance to test Cello.so and liked it a lot. The intelligent recurring reward model that engages users every month is effective and the ease of being paid via PayPal or Venmo is a real bonus. The team behind Cello has done a fantastic job in creating the first component of a user-led growth platform that is both intuitive and user-friendly. I highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for a reliable platform for tracking referrals and rewards.

Unfortunately, mobile support is still not available. However, it would be beneficial to reach a larger target audience. But I understood that the Cello-Team already works on a mobile API.

The Cello widget and the whole referral flow are kept super simple and streamlined. This is especially important for our users. The integration process was also very easy and the support from the Cello team, especially Tobi and Marius, was great.

Only payment method is Paypal which is great for end users, but cannot be used for other b2b partner programs that we have.Should be coming soon though and it's not too complicated to set-up a PayPal account either

Procuring and deploying software for people working in a more legacy industry like construction is a challenge. 1o1's recommendations show how to leverage existing communities and trusted relationships to facilitate these purchasing decisions and take the fear out of buying software solutions for buyers. We particularly liked the flexible integration and customization options. With both in-menu and floating action button options, you can decide where you want to locate Cello in your tool. You can also choose between modal or a standard icon pop-up. Additionally, the support from the dev and product team is top-notch. Any questions or issues are handled swiftly and efficiently, and the Generic Event API works flawlessly for our report automation.

Since we are using the Generic Event API, we are looking forward for idemoptence support for API calls.

Word-of-mouth is strong in the field of sports clubs. For the first time, we can take advantage of the large user base we have and spread the word. Key priority for us: our users need to have a straightforward experience, it should be self-explanatory. Cello has achieved that.

I've tested cello. It's not only very easy to use, but you feel like when working with Cello, you're dealing with real B2B growth experts. From the smart recurring rewards system to incentivize individuals to their G2M strategy and continuous experiments to get the most of your referral program.

It's not fully self-serve yet, which requires some developer cap (1-2 days), so we postponed the integration to next quarter

I've tested a few referral programs, but nothing is as easy to use as Cello. Even if you're dealing with larger companies, you need a partner that's fully compliant. Cello takes data privacy and compliance with GDPR very seriously and even informs its users how to handle revenue generated through referrals.

We loved how straightforward it was to implement and use Cello. For our users, all they have to do is open the referral widget from our web app, and share the link through social media or with their colleagues. From there, the rewards follow. Very simple to use for all parties involved.

It would be great if the payout options could be diversified. Having more choices for rewards would make the programme even more appealing to our users.

**What do you like best about Cello?**

The setup is quick and easy, and the interface looks like a white-label product. The team really put focuses on the simplicity of the product, as the users do not need to create a Cello account to send out referrals and they can always see what's happening. An overall great user experience - easy to be integrated for the customer and very intuitive to be used for the users.

**What do you dislike about Cello?**

Reporting rewards still requires some manual work, depending on the CRM and payment gateway in use. However, they recently released a Stripe Webhook and are developing more APIs to automate the process.

**What problems is Cello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, Cello saves a lot of time, makes word-of-mouth accessible, and leads to a new cost-efficient growth channel. We tried out other providers and invested in product and core growth loops (PLG) and self-engineered acquisition loops before, but Cello really raises the bar and has the potential to define a new sales category: User-Led Growth.

**What do you like best about Cello?**

Celoo is super reliable, intuitive and well-designed, which is much appreciated when talking about a tool that will sit in your own product. Quite a different experience from other tools we've tried for referral programmes, hence it seems that the team is on to building a new category of viral growth tooling. Extremely good onboarding experience and customer success. Serious stuff.

Still some integrations missing in order to make the onboarding totally frictionless, but hopefully these are coming soon!

Working with several startups, most of them used to not understand well their word of mouth dynamics, which made it harder to optimise them. Cello allowed us to be more intelligent about it and reward user champions. On average, CAC diminished across the various startups after Cello's implementation, which was one of our other main goals.

Super fast and easy it is to set it up. Really straight forward to access data and insights, and implement changes to improve the metrics. Also super helpful, kind and experienced team. A real joy to work with them.

It's still early-stage, so it's normal that some features are not yet build out. But the MVP is already super, super powerful and cover 99% of what we want to achieve.

It's a great (additional) source of sales/marketing drivers. Help us to generate additional business from users who like our product (advocats). If you are thinking this year what to add to help you out with getting extra leads - this is a no-brainer. Easy to implement into your existing product + can get you really big clients on board.

Maybe mobile app? Or more analytics? Not sure - It's good, but I believe in future will be even better :).

Probably like all startups, we were always limited in dev resources so we were postponing user-referrals from quarter to quarter although we knew it could have a significant impact on our topline. Cello comes out of the box and just takes a couple of hours to get started.

The current macro environment is sandwiching us. We have to be more capital efficient but at the same time, we have to show strong growth. Cello is one puzzle piece for us to tackle this challenge and as there is not Payback period it was a no brainer for us.

You feel that Cello is a team of strong professionals with great experience in growth. In the first call, they integrated the referral widget in our tool and it simply looked great. The onboarding process was super smooth, with great support from the CS and product team.  The dev documentation was also very sophisticated

Some manual effort included providing payment reports to Cello where they don't have a native payment integration yet. But I know they're working on it, so looking forward to it!

The core features of Cello are deeply integrated into ours, this makes its capabilities appear to be a natural extension of our product. We're already seeing how it could lead to more sustainable growth by ensuring that, early on, the LTV of a customer exceeds the cost to acquire them.

It can be challenging to customise or modify the widget.

Lowering our CAC has allowed us to efficiently and effectively bring on new customers without having to spend a lot of resources. We can, therefore, reinvest them into other areas of the business.

**What do you like best about Cello?**

The onboarding process and support from Cello is excellent. Very responsive, very professional and very innovative. You really partner-up with Cello. Their success-based pricing enables us to both scale our program and maintain desirable efficiency metrics.

**What do you dislike about Cello?**

Currently you can only reward users via private payouts. Would be great to have other reward options such as donations, in-product discounts.

**What problems is Cello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cello really helps B2B SaaS companies adding a LTV/CAC positive growth channel and solves the big issue of skyrocketing ad costs.

**What do you like best about Cello?**

Cello really feels like a natural extension of the core product experience. Exactly what we were looking for. Our users especially love the mobile sharing via QR code to send it to their friends via Slack or WhatsApp.

**What do you dislike about Cello?**

There is still some manual work to do in providing monthly reports about new referee sign-ups to Cello, but they are working on automation. The benefits outweigh the efforts already now

**What problems is Cello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving a lot of time. We tried out other tools and invested ourselves in product and core growth loops (PLG), self-engineered acquisition loops before, but Cello really raises the bar in user-led growth
