**What do you like best about Swan AI?**

What I like best about SWAN is how seamlessly it fits into our daily retail operations. The platform is incredibly easy to use. Our teams were up and running in no time without any steep learning curve. Implementation was smooth, thanks to the Loyalytics team’s hands-on support, and integration with our existing systems (POS, CRM, ecommerce) was straightforward and fast. We now use SWAN daily across multiple teams, from marketing to category managers, and it has truly become a central hub for all our data-driven decisions. 

The range of features is impressive, but what stands out is how purposeful everything feels. Whether it's churn prediction, customer segmentation, or campaign optimization, every capability solves a real problem. And if we ever need help, the customer support has been outstanding - responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Overall, SWAN delivers not just intelligence, but clarity and actionability, which is exactly what modern retail needs.

**What do you dislike about Swan AI?**

While our overall experience with SWAN has been very positive, one area with room for improvement is dashboard customization. The existing templates cover most use cases well, but in a few cases we wished for a bit more flexibility to tailor views exactly to our internal workflows or team preferences. 

Still, it's clear that the team behind SWAN is actively listening and iterating. We've already seen meaningful improvements in recent updates, which gives us confidence that any current gaps will be resolved as the product matures.

**What problems is Swan AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SWAN AI is helping us solve one of the biggest challenges in modern retail: turning massive volumes of customer and sales data into timely, actionable decisions. Before SWAN, we had fragmented insights scattered across teams and systems. Now, everything from customer segmentation to promotion performance is centralized, real time, and easy to act on. 

The biggest benefit has been speed and precision. Campaigns that used to take weeks to analyze and deploy are now data backed and launched in days. We've also been able to identify at-risk customers earlier and personalize communication more effectively, improving both retention and revenue. SWAN has helped us shift from being reactive to being truly proactive in how we engage, merchandise, and grow.

What I like most about Swan AI is how seamlessly it fits into our daily retail operations. The platform goes beyond just showing us data. It gives us clear, actionable guidance on what to do next. The segmentation capabilities are detailed and accurate, the personalization tools are easy to use, and the recommendations reflect real-time customer behavior. 

Even with its broad feature set, the platform is intuitive and requires minimal effort to navigate. Our teams use it frequently across marketing, loyalty, and analytics. Implementation was smooth, and integration with our existing systems was handled efficiently. The support team has also been incredibly responsive, helping us get the most out of the platform from day one. Swan AI has become an essential part of how we make faster, smarter decisions across the customer journey.

The flexibility Swan AI provides is a major plus, but customizing it to match our internal workflows required some upfront effort. We eventually got it exactly where we needed it, but a few more ready-made templates or vertical-specific presets would have made that process even faster.

We used to work with scattered data and disconnected systems, which made it hard to know what was working. Swan AI gave us a unified view of our customers and their behavior. Swan AI offers a rich set of features, which means there is an initial learning curve when first adopting the platform. It can take some time to explore the full range of capabilities and understand how to get the most value from each module. However, once our team became familiar with the system, daily usage became easy and intuitive. 

The onboarding process was well-organized, and the support team played a key role in helping us get up to speed quickly. While the platform is now part of our regular workflow, having more in-app tutorials or guided walkthroughs could help new users onboard even faster. Integration with our systems was smooth, and the overall setup was completed quicker than we expected.

**What do you dislike about Swan AI?**

Swan AI offers a wide range of powerful features, which naturally comes with a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. It takes some time to fully understand the platform's depth. That said, once we got familiar with the tools, usage became smooth and intuitive. The onboarding support helped shorten that ramp-up time significantly.

Before SWAN AI, we struggled with siloed customer data, underperforming promotions, and lesser loyalty program participation. Now, everything is integrated and data-driven.

Swan AI is a disruptive solution unlike any other retail analytics and loyalty management platform available. It offers powerful customer segmentation capabilites, allowing for detailed  insights based on demographics, customer behavior, price sensitity. Swan AI can unify online and offline and all customer touch points to allow a retailer or business to understand the full customer journey. The system is extremely easy to use and allows fast creation of marketing campaigns, plus the ability to quickly analyze the results using real time or static data. Swan AI also is very easy to integrate into legacy systems so saves time and cost for quick implementation.

**What do you dislike about Swan AI?**

I've had experience with many loyalty and analyics software platforms in Indonesia and USA. I've found Swan AI is the most comprehensive, ease of understanding for marketing automation and strongest support of any platform.

**What problems is Swan AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swan AI is very flexible and allows automation of marketing. In the fast changing customer trends, Swan AI allows immediate results to allow for fast changing campaigns to support effective marketing campaigns and increase customer engagement. The ability to create personalized campaigns avoids wasted time in creating ineffective communication to customers whom have no interest. Swan AI gives a retailer the ability to engage more frequently with the most loyal or frequent customers and engage to extend offerings to engage new customers and expand basket size.

Overall the platform has multiple features but I like how swan helps with Customer segmentation Platform to understand who, how, what, why, when of the customer. It is easy to use and the team provides good support to us. My team uses it regularly.

They should work to provide a lot more dashboards that will help us deep dive about customers.

**What do you like best about Swan AI?**

Ingage’s powerful omnichannel capabilities are truly a unique feature of the platform. The ability to get a complete 360 view of our customers across different channels has significantly enhanced our understanding about our customers. This coupled with the ability to dynamically create any microsegment from our customer base has been very impactful for us to execute highly personalized marketing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Swan AI?**

Sometimes we feel there is just too much information available to consume. May be they can do with a few less features.

**What problems is Swan AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ingage is helping us to first of all get a much better understanding of our customer base. What are the different customer segments we have, how are they distinctly different from each other and what are the best ways to reach out to them are insights that are readily available in Ingage
The best part about Ingage is that it doesn’t stop at just insights. The powerful journey builder (marketing automation) allows us to create and execute any customer campaign in a matter of minutes. We used to spend weeks and sometimes even month to execute a campaign with dismal results. Ingage is helping us execute highly personalized campaigns in just a few minutes. Also the results for these campaigns have been much better as compared to our previous campaigns.

**What do you like best about Swan AI?**

Ingage provides a single platform to communicate with our customers through multiple mediums. The ease of use and ability to get a 360-degree view of any customer helps in looking at cases minutely and along with it, the segmentation which can be tailormade to suit any taste complements the ability to run micro-campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Swan AI?**

The reports in addition to the custom ones have too many metrics to choose from. Could do with lesser metrics.

**What problems is Swan AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two words- Impactful insights. While our business reports do have relevant metrics, what Ingage does differently is that it helps us in making use of insights that actually matter to the betterment of our business. On the fly, dynamic dashboards are extremely useful when we have to quickly plan a campaign tailored around the selected audience.

The journey builder allows us to automate campaigns and forget about them. As the audience is all custom made, the campaigns work much better in comparison to the earlier mass campaigns we used to do.

**What do you like best about Swan AI?**

The ease of use of the tool and ability to get a holistic view of a customer helps in looking at individual customers and identify best customers to target accordingly. The intelligent campaigns feature automatically identifies dissatisfied or best customers and suggests campaigns accordingly which has helped us in increasing customer satisfaction significantly.

**What do you dislike about Swan AI?**

As our work is related more to in store operations, the Omni channel metrics complicate our understandability so we use the custom reports feature which serves us well.

**Recommendations to others considering Swan AI:**

While there might be a lot of competitors in the market, what they cannot offer is that this product understands your business like it was made for it. There were times where we did not wish to run any offers but Ingage’s features, coupled with retail expertise of those who made it helped us in increasing our net sales with less discounts. If you also want efficient CRM to communicate with customers to execute automated advertising campaigns, and an easy to use all-in-one tool then Ingage is one of the best choices out there.

**What problems is Swan AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ingage helped us in targeting problem areas like identifying locations which were not doing well and what can be done to improve the performance there. Curated campaigns helped us in increasing footfalls significantly in a low footfall year and helped us turnaround revenue which was impacted when we were not doing many campaigns. The Segmenting feature helps us treat our customers differently and similarly at the same time by identifying customers falling in the same cluster due to their past behaviour/attributes.

Automation of campaigns has been a very useful feature which has helped us in planning for campaigns way ahead of time.
