What do you like best about Perkville?

Our members enjoy earning points and have perks to use at our Center! From a business perspective, we enjoy being able to customize the points, perks, and check-in challenges Perkville offers! We have started to use the referral piece of Perkvile to help drive our membership numbers too. What do you dislike about Perkville?

What do you like best about Perkville?

Perkville is hands down the best points system you can have. Its ease of use and smooth implementation make it a super easy system to learn and navigate. On top of this, its exceptional customer support is nothing short of amazing. What do you dislike about Perkville?

What do you like best about Perkville?

We got perkville over 2 years ago and it was very simple to set up as the customer service helped us the whole time. We use this program every day and we love the referral program for new guests. When a current guests refers a friend or family member the program automatically sends out an email. Once the new guest comes in the points are automatically assigned to the proper guest. This has really helped with bringing in some new guests for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perkville?

Sometimes we have had issues about Perkville updating points for our guests when they purchase a product or service. It can just randomly stop assigning points without us knowing anything about it until a guests brings it to our attention. What do you like best about Perkville?

Our members really enjoy Perkville rewards. We have seen an increase in certain behavors that were driven from the rewards incentive. They have positively impacted our member retention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I honestly don't have anything to speak to in regards to an area of Perkville that I don't like. We work closely together. If there is ever any program need, they are quick to jump on the opporuntiy and make it happen for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're really pleased with the Perkville platform. It was easy to integrate and easier to use. The support team is responsive and eager to help. Many self-service features/tools are available, and the support team is always available to help if there are questions. What do you dislike about Perkville?

Due to system limitations (on our end as well), it takes at least 20 minutes for new members (who just joined our health club) to appear in the Perkville system. Ideally, this would be faster. Referral Tracking - Building our lead funnel, awarding points automatically, integrated with CRM

Loyalty Building - Awarding members for checking in and using club services

Bonus Earnings - Allow us to reward certain behaviours depending on the time of year

What do you dislike about Perkville?

Limited earning activities available - This is mostly due to a lack of API access to our member management system - Club Automation

It would be great to see more automated message capabilities - SMS/notification if they check in 4 times in a week after not visiting for a few weeks, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Perkville?

Very easy to set up and use. Integrated well when we were using Mindbody, and works well now that we are integrating it with Mariana Tek. Allows you to set up point structure and redemption options. What do you like best about Perkville?

Perkville is easy to use for both sales associates and customers. It is a great way to implement a customer loyalty program that rewards customers for shopping. Customers can keep track of and redeem their own points but we can also redeem points while customers are in the store as well.
