**What do you like best about Perkville?**

Our members enjoy earning points and have perks to use at our Center! From a business perspective, we enjoy being able to customize the points, perks, and check-in challenges Perkville offers! We have started to use the referral piece of Perkvile to help drive our membership numbers too.  The Perkville support team is quick to respond and always happy to listen to ideas we have that are specific to our facility.

**What do you dislike about Perkville?**

The sign-up process can sometimes an issue.  We have a wide variety of members and non member that use our Center and often times, non-members receive access to join our loyalty program.

**What problems is Perkville solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perkville has helped us set a standard for the amount of points we provide to our members. They have a variety of ideas and practices that help retain our members and also help grow our business.

**What do you like best about Perkville?**

Perkville is hands down the best points system you can have. Its ease of use and smooth implementation make it a super easy system to learn and navigate. On top of this, its exceptional customer support is nothing short of amazing. Whenever there was a question or something our team wanted to know Kayleigh & Co were super quick to help us out and find a solution.

**What do you dislike about Perkville?**

It would be nice to see more customizability on our landing page for users. Being able to brand it more and add more elements of our company to the page would be awesome.

**What problems is Perkville solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perkville is helping us solve customer retention by giving customers a reason to come back to us versus any of our competitors.

Our Client Rep, Ria, has been so helpful and is always available to help or provide guidance when needed. We use Perkville every single day.

Only intergrates with ABC member accounts based on email only. Would be nice if it could also pick up on the same phone number if email doesn't match

Keeps members engaged with the gym and the services we offer.

**What do you like best about Perkville?**

We got perkville over 2 years ago and it was very simple to set up as the customer service helped us the whole time. We use this program every day and we love the referral program for new guests. When a current guests refers a friend or family member the program automatically sends out an email. Once the new guest comes in the points are automatically assigned to the proper guest. This has really helped with bringing in some new guests for our business.

**What do you dislike about Perkville?**

Sometimes we have had issues about Perkville updating points for our guests when they purchase a product or service. It can just randomly stop assigning points without us knowing anything about it until a guests brings it to our attention. On the other hand the customer service to help re-assign these points is amazing.

**What problems is Perkville solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perkville has made our rewards program much easier for us to keep track of as we used to do our rewards program manually before purchasing Perkville. This has freed up our reception team greatly and they are now able to accomplish other items.

**What do you like best about Perkville?**

Our members really enjoy Perkville rewards. We have seen an increase in certain behavors that were driven from the rewards incentive. They have positively impacted our member retention.

**What do you dislike about Perkville?**

I honestly don't have anything to speak to in regards to an area of Perkville that I don't like. We work closely together. If there is ever any program need, they are quick to jump on the opporuntiy and make it happen for us.

Perkville is assisting us in member engagement and retention efforts. Through their platform, we are able to drive more traffic to our clubs as well as to our fitness studios.

**What do you like best about Perkville?**

We're really pleased with the Perkville platform. It was easy to integrate and easier to use. The support team is responsive and eager to help. Many self-service features/tools are available, and the support team is always available to help if there are questions. The Perkville support team, including our Client Success Manager, are great partners.

**What do you dislike about Perkville?**

Due to system limitations (on our end as well), it takes at least 20 minutes for new members (who just joined our health club) to appear in the Perkville system. Ideally, this would be faster. While a new member is engaged, we want the ability to sign them up instantly for the rewards program.

**What problems is Perkville solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a platform for both referral and retention/engagement. Perkville offers a simple-to-use tool to help us create, manage and track customer loyalty programs while taking advantage of customer referrals through promotional rewards. They primarily serve location-based businesses like gyms, salons, yoga studios and retail stores, which is excellent because they have the industry knowledge we were looking for.

Referral Tracking - Building our lead funnel, awarding points automatically, integrated with CRM
Loyalty Building - Awarding members for checking in and using club services
Bonus Earnings - Allow us to reward certain behaviours depending on the time of year
New features being released - Challenges are how many consumers engage with fitness in 2022

**What do you dislike about Perkville?**

Limited earning activities available - This is mostly due to a lack of API access to our member management system - Club Automation
It would be great to see more automated message capabilities - SMS/notification if they check in 4 times in a week after not visiting for a few weeks, etc.

Review integrations and API availability with your member management software and lead management software

**What problems is Perkville solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perkville has been great for our business. We have added over 3000 new members using this program since launching in June 2020.
The customer service is great. They reply promptly and generally with accuracy.

**What do you like best about Perkville?**

Very easy to set up and use. Integrated well when we were using Mindbody, and works well now that we are integrating it with Mariana Tek. Allows you to set up point structure and redemption options. Great to keep clients incentivized to keep coming back to the studios.

**What do you dislike about Perkville?**

No real complaints aside from that support could be a bit more responsive - the few times we've had to reach out to them it took a while for them to get back to us.

Perkville is great for client retention. Allows for our clients to see how much they use our services,a nd allows for us to reward our clients for their continued business.

**What do you like best about Perkville?**

Perkville is easy to use for both sales associates and customers. It is a great way to implement a customer loyalty program that rewards customers for shopping. Customers can keep track of and redeem their own points but we can also redeem points while customers are in the store as well. This is satisfying for our customers and helpful to people that are not as tech-savvy.

**What do you dislike about Perkville?**

I have not come across any issues that were not able to be resolved by contacting Perkville customer service.

**Recommendations to others considering Perkville:**

I would definitely recommend Perkville to other small businesses looking to create a reward system for their customers.

**What problems is Perkville solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perkville has given us a way to track customer loyalty. We have been able to create levels of customer loyalty that allows us to invite some people to our special sales. It has also given us a way to great a monthly free gift to our customers creating monthly foot traffic.

Members absolutely love the perks for rewards points they receive for checking in, buying drinks/supplements, completing intros and referring family and friends.  Truly a member engagement piece and easy to manage and implement.  Continued support is excellent as well.

Navigation for the redemption of rewards earned can get a little fuzzy.

**What problems is Perkville solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perkville is a positive reinforcement tool for our members.  In the health and fitness industry, keeping members engaged in ANY way to their fitness is critical.  This helps, even at a stretch, members stay upbeat and positive about coming to the gym and referring their friends.  The rewards are immediate, no long delays or missed emails - it also shows our members that we truly appreciate them.

Perkville allows us to give back to our members and "reward" them for things they are doing at our gym. It has been a great retention tool for us.

**What do you dislike about Perkville?**

I think having a mobile app makes a lot of sense for this product rather than just a web based app.

The automation has been key for us. We don't have to worry about manually tracking  & awarding things as it syncs up with our member management program and handles all of that.

I like how easy it is for admins and users to access account info, as an admin its easy to add points to big groups of people, and customer service is attentive and quick to respond.

Its hard to merge accounts for the members without our admin help and we have had a hard time getting admins off.

I would recommend Perkville to other companies for sure!

The customer care team! They respond in 24 hours! Truly this has been a lifesaver when I came into this position! This accompanied by the easy-to-use platform has made my job 10x easier!

Our members sometimes have a hard time merging their accounts, Perks is great about assisting.

**What problems is Perkville solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to reward members for coming into our facility and getting involved. This software allows us to give them points toward rewards. We have seen an increase in our member's engagement at the club level!

There is nothing that I do not like. This is a complete program.

Check out Solutions One Partners.  They are an excellent added resource to use with Perkville.

We are building customer loyalty and increasing positive behaviors among our members like going to class, posting on social, purchasing personal training, checking into the club etc.  
People look for rewards programs when they shop anywhere and this solves that problem.  People also love gamification so getting points for certain behaviors determined by our company really help with retention.

Great solution and it does what we need it to for our members. Also has some additional items that we are not ready to use but I am glad to know they are there for me to expand my loyalty offering.

It is a hands off solution and it just runs how we set it up. No need to worry about it which is something I really appreciate these days.

I like that Perkville is easy to use. The layout for customers is very straightforward and allows them the versatility to change things in their account when they need to. It's also very easy for them to earn and redeem their points when they shop with us as well!

As administrators we've had a few technical issues this year but nothing, that contacting customer support couldn't fix!

Customers come back to shop with once they know we have a rewards program and that it's easy to earn points. Customers have become loyal to our business even more because they know they will eventually receive a savings for their shopping!

I like that the customer care responds in 24 hours and that it is easy to see member account details. It's also easy to add point to mass numbers of people and for local admins to send requests to corporate administrators for points!

Members have a hard time figuring out how to merge accounts. We have a hard time getting an admin off!

The way our rewards were structured, we lost a lot of money giving out free classes.

**What do you like best about Perkville?**

Perkville has given me the tool to strengthen our relationship with our clients and to provided a greater connection to our community and the services we offer. Our clients LOVE it! It's easy to use on both the business side and consumer side. Perkville support is awesome and they are there to help you grow and enhance your program at every step of the way. Best of all, it has improved our referral rate. 

**What do you dislike about Perkville?**

Dislike is a strong word. There is nothing I "dislike" about the program. As with any productivity tool, there is always room for improvement. One of which would be a consumer FAQ sheet to give to clients. Although, I've heard this may actually be in the works. It would be awesome to see more offers in the Marketplace which we could offer has rewards.

**Recommendations to others considering Perkville:**

I consider Perkville a strategic partner in my business. The customer support staff and knowledgeable and are there to help you be successful in using their product. They're active in reaching out to offer advice, support and to just check in to see how things are progressing. The leadership team at Perkville is open to ideas and suggestions and is always willing to listen. If you want to brand your business and grow client loyalty and support, then Perkville is you solution!

**What problems is Perkville solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since launching Perkville in May 2017, I've seen a 37% increase in referrals from other clients! We reward our clients when they sign up for our membership and our membership sales have increased 12% over last year. Our social media activity as increased as have our retail sales. All due to clients receiving points for these activities. I built my Perkville program around rewards which drive revenue generating behavior and it's worked!

The flexibility of the reward programme. You can have your own club rewards, you can link out to other providers. It's very simple and transparent for how members earn their activity through your customised programme!

Nothing at all. I think the programme is awesome

Look at your loyalty reward program, realise it could be better and then get Perkville on board.

We're solving problems around churn as members are staying with us longer. We are benefited from increased drive in referrals and secondary spend on Personal Training as members are rewarded for purchasing and referring.
