The flexibility, hands down. I can run pretty much any promo/loyalty idea without workarounds, and the UI is actually nice to use (which is rare for this kind of tool). Having all incentives under one roof makes experimenting and iterating super smooth, and the team is genuinely supportive, you never feel like you’re on your own when things get complex. Of course, the APIs are very solid too and easy to integrate across both web and even offline channels.
