What do you like best about Boomerangme?

I have realized that Boomerang is of great utility for my clients, making life easier and improving communication with their clients. The software offers ease of use, especially in aspects like cards and push notifications. The database, the control panel, and the geo-notification are spectacular. Additionally, Boomerang has proven to be understanding by offering discounts when we needed them, thus helping our company to move forward. The fact that I have a ready-to-sell product and only need to focus on marketing is a huge advantage. The data analysis tools, automated messages, and loyalty program are beneficial for our clients. I value the software's integration with other platforms, which facilitates Boomerang's growth. What do you dislike about Boomerangme?

I feel that the limitation in payment gateway options, specifically the lack of alternatives to Stripe, has been a minor inconvenience but nothing serious. What do you like best about Boomerangme?

Boomerangme makes it incredibly easy to set up and launch loyalty programs without needing complicated tech skills. I love how flexible the platform is — whether it’s creating discount cards, rewards cards, or gift cards, everything is intuitive and quick to implement. The ability to fully brand the cards and keep the customer experience seamless is a big plus. What do you dislike about Boomerangme?

The only drawback I’ve noticed is that some advanced customization options require a little extra learning curve, but the customer support team is responsive and always willing to walk me through solutions. What do you like best about Boomerangme?

You can tell how complete the software is trough the process of updates based on the feedback from the users community. Easy to get your MVP out there if you want to add this service to your agency with its easy and guided implementation, but also very complete to make a whole offer with all of its features. I use it on a daily basis because my offer is currently solely focused on reselling boomerangme. What do you dislike about Boomerangme?

I find Boomerangme's robust set of features highly valuable, especially their specialization in customer retention cards integrated with a CRM backend that eliminates the need for complex workflows and extra tools. The AI assistant for lead finding and client conversion is a standout feature, making it easier to service SMB owners. The onboarding process was seamless due to their step-by-step video walkthroughs and on-screen tutorials. The training videos with direct links to relevant sections ensure I never get lost during setup. The tools provided allow me to offer a turn-key solution for a semi-automated Loyalty and Rewards Program, enhancing profitability through repeat customers and generating recurring income via paid loyalty clubs. The prospecting tool, card creation, and scanner app are particularly beneficial, facilitating easy client acquisition, customization of loyalty cards to my clients' brands, and fast in-store implementation. Simple QR enrollment and clear rewards logic (points, stamps, cashback).

Works well for restaurants with multiple locations.

Branding options for cards and messages.

Some admin screens feel a bit crowded on first use.

Payment processors limited to Stripe. We want additional options such as PayPal and regional/local gateways for LATAM.

I wish they had better resources available for resellers. What they do have is not always usable due to low quality design and copy written by a non-native English speaker.
