It doesn’t seem to have a central place where I can configure everything. I have one agent in one workspace and another agent in a different workspace, and as an admin I have to dig through the settings just to see which agents exist. One drawback of Hubstaff is that some of its employee monitoring features can feel a bit intrusive, particularly for teams that place a high value on autonomy. Hubstaff helps us address challenges around time tracking, project visibility, and team productivity, especially when we’re working with remote or distributed teams. Before using Hubstaff, it was hard to get an accurate picture of how time was being allocated across different projects and tasks. I think the biggest bottleneck is that the AI feature is not ready yet. The internal brain AI has a lot of hallucinations, giving answers with a low level of certainty and is often wrong. Although it helps solve problems, you need a strong and ongoing interaction to reach the problem's root. Also, the limitation that agents cannot activate other agents is very restrictive. Some AI features cannot access others, like automations that can't reach automations in other locations or other agents, which limits the possibilities with AI a lot. ClickUp lets me manage all information in one place, integrating with SharePoint and OneDrive. It tracks project and personal tasks, providing full transparency and understanding of project status, which helps analyze progress, identify delays, and improve planning. One minor thing I dislike about Employment Hero is that the help chatbox sits very close to the action/save button throughout payroll processing, and you can’t move it.

A bigger issue is that Employment Hero will sometimes roll out software enhancements without any notification, which changes the way the system behaves and can affect your processes. It doesn’t necessarily break anything, but you then have to adjust your workflows to suit. Since we implemented Employment Hero, our old manual processes for timesheets and leave applications have been replaced with digital workflows and a clear audit trail. This has made the payroll process much more efficient.

One thing I don’t like is that some parts of the platform feel less intuitive than others, especially when I’m trying to locate specific settings or information. I was disappointed to find that when I went to look art prior month's pay, it still displayed the amount of hours of the current month. That was initially confusing.

As I stated before, what bothers me the most is that i am unable to label each line in some way. I would be delighted if I were able to put two initials to designate with whom I had spent that hour. In the IT Asset Management section, I think it would be helpful to include more advanced asset-tracking features. Right now, the limited filtering and search options feel restrictive, and I also miss having customizable asset fields and more detailed reporting. Before using Homebase, we didn’t have an official schedule posted. We relied on a wall calendar to write down days off, but it was difficult for everyone to keep up from week to week.
