Connecteam has been a game changer for our business. It has massively improved how we schedule our workers and completely streamlined our payroll process. The time clock feature alone has saved us a significant amount of money; we can now accurately track representatives’ exact hours and ensure shifts are worked in full. This solved a major issue we previously faced when staff were simply invoicing us for their time, which often led to early departures going unnoticed.
A large portion of our workforce is made up of students, and historically this role was quite informal, something they could pick up easily to earn a bit of extra cash. Since implementing Connecteam, however, the entire operation feels far more professional. I find Rippling super easy to use, which is great because I can keep track of anniversaries, trainings, holidays, and reports all in one place. The reports feature is particularly beneficial as my company provides us with a report every six months, and it's really good to go back and check feedback and information from previous reports. I also appreciate that Rippling has improved so much over the past months and now offers everything I need. But like all platforms, those who are involved in day to day operations must be invested in the process. Customer support is available during operating hours via chat and by phone. Chat assist is by far the most helpful when looking for a quick tip, solution or a reminder on how to process something. If the chat assist has difficulty in responding, they will immediately create support tickets. You may also submit support tickets with detailed information to expedite solutions. I like how Hubstaff makes it easy to assign a task or timer to a worker, and setting a time limit is straightforward. As a worker, I find it very easy to track and record time with Hubstaff. I appreciate that it provides options for tracking multiple timers, which is helpful when doing simultaneous work. It's great that workers can switch between projects easily if they're working on multiple tasks, all while Hubstaff continues to monitor them.
