What do you like best about Rippling?

I find Rippling super easy to use, which is great because I can keep track of anniversaries, trainings, holidays, and reports all in one place. The reports feature is particularly beneficial as my company provides us with a report every six months, and it's really good to go back and check feedback and information from previous reports. I also appreciate that Rippling has improved so much over the past months and now offers everything I need. The initial setup was very easy, allowing me to follow up on all my trainings and company policies in one place, and ensuring that everything was completed during onboarding. “Easy Scheduling and Helpful Forms Make Connecteam a Standout”
What do you like best about Connecteam?

I have not used the the total platform for Connecteam to date. Mostly I have used the scheduling part of the program and I have found it easy to use. I can use it with payroll however my co-workers have issues of putting in their time sheets so that is still a work in progress. Shortly I will be assigning tasks that need to be completed to each individual as well. I do like the forms feature where I can put several things into the knowledge base and the employees can look at what has been uploaded as they need to. To date customer support has been great. I normally can't participate in their web meetings, however, they do send me the recordings of what they talked about which I review and find very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

The downside for me is that it has a huge learning curve. With someone who is time limited like myself learning each aspect of the program takes a lot of time. The more I use it the more I remember. What do you like best about monday Work Management?

The software is straightforward to use, with minimal downtime. I haven't encountered any functionality problems or glitches. It keeps all the information I need at a glance in a simple dashboard that is customizable for our industry and our specific needs. I like that more than one person can be logged in at a time and that everything updates in real time. It was easy to implement and it's a true benefit to know that it can integrate with other platforms down the road. We would prioritize other programs that could most easily integrate with monday over other platforms. We've only needed to reach out to Customer Support one time for something minor, but it was a seamless experience. We use this on a daily basis and it meets our needs well! There is very little I dislike about monday Work Management, which is rare for me when it comes to software platforms. Usually, I can find something that could be improved or that doesn't quite make sense, but honestly, this program seems to fulfill all of our requirements. Day-to-day tracking of our production projects so that we can stay on top of our timelines. It also has columns that we can customize, which helps us know where our contracts are in our review process. 1. During transfer request, new RM will also have right to accept the employee as team mate or not, this functionality is not available.

1. Onboarding module has changed the way of new recruitments with checklists functionality available. Now it is quite easy for Head Admin to track the process and its stages.

2. Capturing feedback forms from reporting manager during confirmation process is digital now, no need of any hard copy or photocopy of format required.

3. Around 10+ widgets available for capturing time office module numbers like how many employee punch today, how many on leave today and many more.

Performance Management - we previously utilized Excel, and that was a nightmare with saving and updating versions, revisions of forms, etc. Additionally, UKG is resolving the Professional Development Log (basically continuing credits/sessions that teachers require to complete). In the past, we utilized Excel, and with an abundance of users, the templates we set up would always have issues or the formula would get changed, and the numbers wouldn't add up, etc. Therefore, housing the sessions in UKG and ensuring the addition of the hours in the system allowed for better data and an efficient process for all individuals involved. What do you like best about Hubstaff?

I like how Hubstaff makes it easy to assign a task or timer to a worker, and setting a time limit is straightforward. As a worker, I find it very easy to track and record time with Hubstaff. I appreciate that it provides options for tracking multiple timers, which is helpful when doing simultaneous work. It's great that workers can switch between projects easily if they're working on multiple tasks, all while Hubstaff continues to monitor them. The automation in project management, like creating a project, adding workers, and assigning tasks, is an extremely important feature of Hubstaff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hubstaff?

While Hubstaff works well for most of the time, there are some annoyances. If a project has a daily limit and the project manager is on a different timezone than the worker, it might confuse the worker when the timer resets at midnight in their timezone but not in the project manager's timezone. Another problem is when one project has daily limits and another doesn't, the worker still has to ask a team leader or project manager to reset the limit if they reach a similar time to the daily limit. What do you like best about Paylocity?

The ability for employees to update their own information, like address, direct deposit, tax forms, check stubs, edit and approve timecards, and benefits. The home page is easier to read and get things done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paylocity?

In time and labor, it would be great to also see the time off request for employees when looking at their timecard. Have their time off request show like when they make time card corrections. Allowing managers and admins to review it without leaving their timecard. When approving their timecard under Employee Approval, that Adjustments get approved when they select all the employees at once and approve their timesheet.

Would be nice to see when the last time an employee updated their tax status under tax setup, instead of going to documents and looking up their last update if available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paylocity solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Deputy?

I find Deputy pretty simple and straightforward to set up, which made my initial experience quite hassle-free. I appreciate that all they required was basic information like my email and password setup, which allowed me to access it via my mobile device conveniently, making it much easier to manage my shifts on the go without needing to log in from a laptop. Additionally, I think Deputy's functionality of ensuring that I'm within the building when clocking in and out is beneficial. I also find the review feature particularly helpful, as it allows me to share my feelings after a shift, providing managers with valuable insights into the team's morale and workload. What do you dislike about Deputy?

Sometimes, when I'm overwhelmed with the workloads, I tend to forget to clock out after my shift, which may cause me to write a report on why I forget to clock out on time. So it really helps if there is a notification email that reminds me to clock out. Also it really help to have a confirmation button whenever I need to change type of work or clock out. The monitoring feature is hands down the most valuable part for me. Since I run a fully remote team, being able to see activity levels, which apps are being used, and occasional screenshots really helps.
