I like the option to request time off directly in the program. It's also extremely helpful to access all of my information including the time that I began working at my current employer. BambooHR is allowing employees to request time off directly within the app. Our supervisors are able to approve or deny right in the app as well which is helpful to know if our time-off has been approved. What do you like best about Connecteam?

What stood out most to me about Connecteam was how well it centralized day-to-day workforce coordination into a single mobile-first platform. In operational environments where scheduling, attendance tracking, task assignments, communication, and field coordination happen simultaneously, switching between separate tools creates unnecessary delays and confusion.

The scheduling and time-tracking features were especially useful because they reduced a lot of manual coordination work. Instead of managing shifts through spreadsheets, calls, or messaging apps, schedules, updates, approvals, and attendance tracking stayed organized inside one system. That improved visibility significantly during busy operational periods.I also liked the mobile-first design. Employees could quickly check schedules, submit forms, respond to updates, and track work hours directly from their phones without needing constant supervision or additional software.

Another strong feature was the task-management workflow. Assigning tasks, monitoring completion status, and tracking field activities became much easier compared to relying on scattered communication channels. The checklist and forms functionality was also practical for operational reporting and process standardization.

Connecteam solved this by centralizing scheduling, communication, time tracking, task assignments, forms, and workforce visibility into one platform. Instead of constantly following up manually with employees regarding schedules, attendance, or operational tasks, most coordination activities became structured and trackable inside the app.

What do you like best about monday Work Management?

Monday.com provides visual dashboards that provide a clear overview of tasks, deadlines, and progress, ensuring everyone stays aligned. I can easily check on progress on a project without having to wait for an update from the Project Manager. I can quickly view our accounts payable, pull up invoices and problem solve with our customers, again without having to wait for input from acccounting. It helps me keep my daily work more organized and properly managed without making things complicated. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist and also create health education content for social media, so I use it for managing wellness content tasks, patient follow-up work, and checking how much time is spent on different activities during the day.

The time tracking and to-do management features are very useful in my regular workflow because they help me stay focused while handling multiple health-related tasks together. I also like that project tracking, activity monitoring, reports, and productivity insights are available in one place, so it becomes easier to manage routine clinic work and content planning work side by side. The dashboard feels clean and easy to understand even for daily use.

Setup was also simple for me and the implementation process did not take much time. I liked that it supports integrations and different tracking options, which makes work management more flexible. I was disappointed to find that when I went to look art prior month's pay, it still displayed the amount of hours of the current month. That was initially confusing.

As I stated before, what bothers me the most is that i am unable to label each line in some way. I would be delighted if I were able to put two initials to designate with whom I had spent that hour. The platform is pre-calibrated to follow latest German labor regulations, it accurately applies official tax classes, calculates all mandatory social security contributions and various statutory deductions, and generates fully legally compliant local payslips effortlessly. What I like best about Float is how clear and visual the resource planning is. Float solves the problem of unclear resource allocation and capacity planning. Before using it, it was difficult to get a quick, accurate view of who was available, who was overbooked, and where potential conflicts might arise. Float provides a single, visual overview of schedules and workloads, which makes planning much more predictable.

This benefits me by reducing last‑minute conflicts, improving workload balance across the team, and making it easier to adjust plans when priorities change. What do you like best about Paylocity?

The integration process was full-service by our Paylocity team and included training for every member of our team. The platform is user friendly and a serious upgrade to the previous system for Admin / Employee / Accounting experience. The payroll experience is streamlined, as well as our benefit integrations. We've saved countless man hours in account reconciliations. We're saving money and have a modern and up to date system. My favorite aspect is the community piece. What do you dislike about Paylocity?

My least favorite part about Paylocity is the reporting. I have difficulty with customizing the reports, and finding reports that come out with the information in the format I need. However, requesting custom reports is not difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paylocity is solving the problems of arduous check reconciliations by using their own account to write paychecks, replacing our outdated expense reimbursement program, and ensuring 401(k) compliance by closing any gaps in our data entry by replacing our 180 bridge with a 360 bridge. What do you dislike about Paycom?

The biggest issue I have found with Paycom is the Time Clock application. While trying to run a Time Clock kiosk on an iPad, it can be difficult to setup based on how Paycom requires a link to authenticate, then the active link changes. With Paycom being a single solution that covers everything from the Candidate Search to the Employee leaving, Paycom helps solve many issues. One thing that has really helped us is that Paycom is an easy and quick way for students to manage their working hours. Allowing the students, and full time staff, the ability to clock in and out from mobile devices as well as a computer really makes sure that we have accurate time management. What do you like best about Homebase?

Love the features for scheduling. Employees have connection via the app and have the opportunity to trade schedules, put in their days off. I love how Homebase payroll is connected making payroll a breeze. Homebase greatly improves my workflow because I spend less time with scheduling and payroll. Navigating is smooth. Performance is fast and reliable. Pricing is a little high so my ROI isn't as good as I want it to be. I haven not seen any AI features so I am unable to review that side of Homebase. What do you dislike about Homebase?

Pricing is a little high for what I get. I HATE that payroll has to be done 4 days before payday, and I don't like how the payroll cost is removed from my bank account 4 days before I pay my employees. This is a cash flow killer. There is NO GRACE if you miss your deadline (which is 4 days before actual payday). I missed my deadline because of an error caused by Homebase and yet I had to move my payday from Friday to the following Tuesday. That was crap for sure! I wish support was better and more helpful. I no longer have to do scheduling manually. Homebase points out any errors or conflicting situations while I enter my schedules. What do you like best about Asanify AI?

I like the pricing and the features of Asanify AI, which fit well for a startup like ours. The set of features we get at this price point is genuinely useful, especially since we didn’t want to invest too much in an HRMS tool.

Each month, Asanify AI supports our payroll processing by generating payslips, calculating how much needs to be paid to each employee, and automating salary communications to employees. For leave management, it keeps everything organized, shows leave accrual for each employee, and sends notifications. We can even approve leave with a simple response in Slack, which is very convenient because we don’t need to log in to the portal.

For attendance management, it clearly informs us of the days we need to pay for by the end of the month. I also found the initial setup straightforward, since the Asanify AI team handled it for us and helped us get up to speed quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asanify AI?

I think the main aspect that didn’t work well for us was a fixed, non-editable feature in the payroll module. When doing F&F calculations or generating payslips, you sometimes need to add custom items, but some of those fields aren’t editable. As a result, the payslip and payroll setup can feel a bit rigid, which isn’t ideal when you’re working with an HRMS tool and need flexibility.

I use Asanify AI for payroll, attendance, leave, and document management, and it helps automate tasks such as payslip generation and leave notifications. What do you like best about TriNet?

The platform is really easy to use and navigate. It offers lots of HR-rich features that our staff enjoy like benefits, Trinet perks, The employee assistance program through AllOne Health, and the reimbursement intergration. I was able to connect TriNet to Quickbooks for faster and more accurate reporting. The price is very competitive and has provided a high ROI for our business which is important as a Non-profit. The customer service has been excellet. The entire Trinet team is very responsive, professional and helpful with any questions I have. What do you dislike about TriNet?
