I find that the customer service is very good and always finds the answers to my questions. Creating a schedule is simple and easily accessible to my employees. The features available are exactly what I need to run my small team efficiently. The specific features I noticed that were not available are customizing notifications and account details. You can choose whether to punch in or just enter your hours worked. I like that you have the option to copy the previous day and even the previous timecard. The interface is clean. You can edit anything until you submit. Any hours over 40 automatically appear under OT. You can enter in hours and minute instead of fractions of an hour. Not endless options. Regarding PTO edits, employees are able to delete or modify requests that are unapproved or denied and scheduled for future pay periods. If a request falls outside of those parameters, it would need to be updated by a Manager or Admin to maintain accurate records.
