It’s completely understandable how easy it can be to miss a clock-out when workloads get intense, especially in a remote environment. So with that in mind, I did want to let you know that we do have the options of Punch Out and Missed Out (based on Scheduling) Reminders and these can be configured by your Administrators. You should also see your status change whenever punching in or out or switching between jobs. We also truly appreciate your thoughtful suggestions around shift management, templates, and calendar layout. Feedback like this helps us identify areas to improve and prioritize enhancements for future updates.

A few notes: while you can create, apply, and manage scheduling templates from the Buddy Punch website, making it easy to reuse common shift patterns and save time when building schedules, this would currently be on an employee basis. Perhaps using the filters at the top and to the side of the schedule would help prevent as much switching "back and forth" as you mentioned. Using said filters can also help you publish shifts only in your "view" at that time instead of all shifts at the same time.
