I have got rid of making new accounts for the customers, easily I enter the payments and the receipts against those clients. It is equipped with so many amazing features that I remain up to date about the progress of my employees working on a certain project as I track the changes and the project progress. I wish I could know when the people opened the email and being able to track that. I think that having this so that it can be upload to email automation would be very helpful. I don't like the fact that there is no hands on training or training videos on what to do. I would make sure that you take time to understand everything that app has to offer because you don't want to have to learn it later. I am resolving the having to go and print the document and that have faxes come in now we can just have someone sign it over the internet and it makes it so much smoother. Also reducing the liability of lawsuits because all of the documentation hasn't been signed. I also get to fill in pdfs and it links right with all of the apps that I have that host my documents. Being able to change paper for the digital medium is undoubtedly one of the best decisions we have been able to make, since we completely streamline all our work and allowed us to optimize commercial agreements, with the fast sending of signatures, and even allows us to keep up to date with all employees, all hiring, vacation or promotional procedures. So far I haven't found much I have disliked about the software. I will say that I wish we could customize some of the categories. It will take some time but "Activity" from our previous software means something completely different than "Activity" in BigTime. The biggest problem I think that has been solved for my workday is probably the amount of time I save on being able to sync things between BigTime and Quickbooks. I feel like I used to waste so much time because I was having to manually enter in data to Quickbooks AND to our old program. There were no downsides, but what helped least would have to be the switching between our dedicated representatives; this caused some confusion on my end but it was never an issue and never caused any undue stress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had to move to a virtual conference for the first time. Actually, it started out as hybrid and as we got closer realized that it would need to be completely virtual due to the pandemic. What we realized is that having a virtual aspect is incredible to reach those unable to travel due to financial restrictions, time constraints or other factor; it also allows for attendees to experience all of the conference as they are able to go back and watch recorded sessions that were occuring at the same time as the one they attended live. Bizzabo allows you to build your own website on their platform which is helpful, however they only provide a handful of templates to choose from. This is the same for the emails you can send out through their platform. It would be really nice to have the ability to customize the website and email templates more without having to write a customer html. I also didn't like that you have to pay more for certain integrations. For example, we use Hubspot and in order to have had Bizzabo and Hubspot integrated we needed to pay more money. We needed to move our in person event to a virtual event and they were the best platform to get the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be nice to have a text only option for forms if someone doesn't have an email but has a cell phone. Unless someone has an email, you can't access the text function solely. You have to have both. I don't have any other complaints with the system. Also, when it was InsureSign, it was easier to explain to clients. Under the new name that is now changing again, it's a bit wordy. InsureSign was easier to comprehend, FormStackSign needs a littler more explanation with clients so they know to expect that email, in case it goes to the SPAM folder. It's increased productivity with getting things signed from clients. It's more efficient and faster for processing purposes. I noticed that clients respond quicker to the eSign function then they did with fax, email, or regular mail. It also is more efficient if we need signed endorsements for carriers since it comes back in a digital format; we can easily send it to the carrier for processing at a faster rate then we had in the past. Just like all else, cheaper is often better in your budget. As I never understand how many papers I will also need to log each couple of weeks, I use an Unlimited Plan. Would be nice to provide some ongoing premium fee options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use HelloSign as a web developer and self reliant consultant for subjective use in my own industry. When I started I has used free version, but it was slow to downgrade to a compensation package and give extra signers every month. It can be easily used and satisfies my contract terms, time tracking and other corporate papers for trying to sign and going to send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using HelloSign, I focus on saving time and resources. Without any need to upload, sign but also check or email anything, from any desktop anywhere I am at that time. All of this can be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While most of our feedback regarding this product is positive, there are a few negatives to consider:

- Only AP Personnel are able to use the Comment feature to make comments on invoices. The only way Approvers are able to comment on an invoice is for them to click Approve, Reject, Request a Field Update or to use the Ask a Question feature, then type the comment in the field below. This is really not optimal, as most of the time, the approver does not want to do any of those things, they just want to add a comment.

- When invoice copies are downloaded in bulk from Stampli, which we have been doing each week, only the invoices will download, not any of the communications or approvals attached to each invoice.

- We wish we were able to give our department head’s (approvers) permissions to edit GL coding, without giving all approvers these permissions. Currently, there is only the option to either give everyone GL coding permissions or to only give AP Personnel GL coding permissions.

- I have heard numerous comments throughout our company about wanting the invoice view to be a bit bigger, although most agree that the magnifying tools do make up for this.

- Only PDF files can be forwarded to Stampli. All other files types must be converted to PDF before being sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Streamlining our AP Invoice Approval Process.

- Reducing time spent on manual tasks.

- Reducing manual data entry.

Simple things like organising and sorting previously sent proposals, and may be ability to hide expired proposal. Copy and pasting text can also be tricky and I opt to typing it instead to save headache of formatting it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ability to look professional to the clients, and present great proposal which show off our agency. When clients see the level of effort put into the proposal now, they see our agency as a big agency which can provide the work they need on a high end level. This allowed us to increase our margins. Bevy solved our biggest problem - scale.

When Startup Grind grew larger than 150 In Real Life (IRL) chapters around the world, we needed a system that could take us securely into the future. Now with 600+ chapters around the world hosting 2000+ events a year, we are still ablet o grow even more confidently.

The permissions allow that chapter leaders (chapter directors) have full access to the information they need, but not have access to sensitive user information, nor have access to other communities, or chapters. At an admin level, we are able to see the overview picture with the powerful analytics as well as easily onboard and offboard our chapter leaders.

Selling tickets at a global level as well as having to manage revenue share and payouts was an absolute pain - with Bevy, it's mostly automated, solving another massive pain point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A couple downsides: the estimated tax payments tend to skew too big every quarter. I appreciate the fact that they are not too small, but I wish they were more accurate. Also wish that the software could give me an estimation for state taxes — I have to do this manually myself. I also recently ran into an issue where I was locked out of my QB account for no reason and had to pay for a subscription to get back in. That was a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

QuickBooks saves me a lot of wasted time that I previously spent doing manual calculations. It saves me from underpaying on my taxes. And, it helps me to send out my invoices on time every month, since the process is as easy as clicking a couple of buttons Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We really like the reliability and environmental friendliness of this software.
