I just started a business and was spinning in circles setting up a process to write customer agreements and collect payments. Anchor has both electronic agreements and payment processing integrated so I could put the services right in the proposal, and set how they should be billed. This app has improve our ability to communicate easily to our attendees, gives us a platform to share photographs of the event and allows live interaction with participants through the Q&A function. The biggest gap for us is the audit trail. The signed PDFs don’t include a Certificate of Completion, and key details like the signer’s IP, timestamp, and email only show up in webhook metadata.
