What do you like best about Whova?

Being a recent attendee to Women of Steel I found their use of the Whova app to be extremely beneficial in connecting with others who I would have not had the chance to meet otherwise. It was interactive, with polls and Q&A for the sessions, incorporated some meetups, and I was able to connect with some potential future clients. I love the way it integrates with Linkedin. I added a number of new connections and look forward to introducing myself. I am going to go through the attendees now that the event is over and see who else I can network with. What do you like best about Swoogo?

Swoogo is a very easy tool to use and I love how can create as many events you want with unlimited registrants and only get charged for how many administrators we want. It is also very easy to create an event and use it for the mobile app. The implementation from registration to marketing is very intuitive. I also love how we can easily clone the event with one simple click since we have the same event every year. We can also create a "test" environment so we can test everything before we put it into production. We do this now for every event we create. I also like how we can get rid of discount codes and use registration types. Lastly, I love their support. Answers are back in hours not days and sometimes in minutes. What do you dislike about Swoogo?

I really like how Eventbrite helps get my family festivals in front of people who actually want to attend. The personalized recommendations mean local parents and families see my event without me having to do a ton of extra advertising. It’s super easy to set up and track interest, too.

Sometimes the recommendations don’t feel specific enough, and my event ends up listed alongside things that aren’t really family-oriented. It can also take a little time for a new event to start appearing in searches or recommendations.

What do you like best about Stampli?

I believe Stampli will help my company hold our accounting department accountable (haha) for making sure our vendors are paid on time and that invoices are being sent to the correct department. The AI side of things makes invoices very easy to use, and has seemingly helped our accounting department with matching PO's to who they're supposed to go to. We had a hour long training session, but everything is honestly so easy to use and implement that we all feel we didn't really need it. I haven't had to use customer support yet, strictly because of how simple it is. This has been a slow month for us, so I haven't used it a ton, but I will say that I haven't had any issues of invoices not getting paid since starting Stampli. What do you like best about DocuSeal?

DocuSeal has completely streamlined how I close deals with clients. The interface is incredibly intuitive—I can upload a contract, add signature fields, and send it out in under two minutes. No learning curve, no confusing menus.

I can attach a payment request directly to the signing process, so when my client signs the agreement, they're immediately prompted to pay the deposit. What problems is DocuSeal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before DocuSeal, getting contracts signed was a bottleneck that killed my momentum. I'd send a PDF, wait for the client to print it, sign it, scan it, and email it back—if they even remembered. Deals would stall for days, sometimes weeks. And collecting the initial payment? That was a whole separate conversation after the contract was signed, which meant more delays and more opportunities for clients to ghost or get cold feet.

DocuSeal solved both problems in one workflow. Now the contract goes out, gets signed electronically in minutes, and payment is collected right there at the point of commitment. The client is in "yes mode" when they sign, and capturing payment in that same moment has dramatically improved my collection rate. No more chasing deposits.
