Being a recent attendee to Women of Steel I found their use of the Whova app to be extremely beneficial in connecting with others who I would have not had the chance to meet otherwise. It was interactive, with polls and Q&A for the sessions, incorporated some meetups, and I was able to connect with some potential future clients. I love the way it integrates with Linkedin. Swoogo is a very easy tool to use and I love how can create as many events you want with unlimited registrants and only get charged for how many administrators we want. It is also very easy to create an event and use it for the mobile app. The implementation from registration to marketing is very intuitive. I also love how we can easily clone the event with one simple click since we have the same event every year. We can also create a "test" environment so we can test everything before we put it into production. We do this now for every event we create. I believe Stampli will help my company hold our accounting department accountable (haha) for making sure our vendors are paid on time and that invoices are being sent to the correct department. The AI side of things makes invoices very easy to use, and has seemingly helped our accounting department with matching PO's to who they're supposed to go to. We had a hour long training session, but everything is honestly so easy to use and implement that we all feel we didn't really need it. I haven't had to use customer support yet, strictly because of how simple it is. This has been a slow month for us, so I haven't used it a ton, but I will say that I haven't had any issues of invoices not getting paid since starting Stampli.
