What do you like best about vFairs?

What I love most about vFairs is its ease of integration (adaptation) and ease of use. They seamlessly integrated all our requests. Unlike other firms where Turkish language support was often lacking, vFairs delivered a fully Turkish platform and quickly implemented our customized features.

Crucially, your technical and PM support was outstanding. The entire team worked tirelessly, providing incredibly fast responses (day and night) which is essential for a time-sensitive application. This level of dedication is a massive advantage, as other companies often restricted us to their standard business hours for even basic communication. This is why vFairs is exceptional. What do you dislike about vFairs?

The main dislike is the import/export functionality. Exporting big data (Agenda, Attendees, Sessions) as CSV creates many issues, especially on Windows (language issue or ","";"issue). Switching to XLSX format would be a significant improvement. Additionally, exported files are not readily importable, as the headers between export and import processes are inconsistent and require substantial manual changes.

The second weak point is mobile management. While the core backend is strong, the administrative app is limited, offering little more than check-in features. Since the main backend page isn't mobile-responsive, event managers are essentially required to have a PC during the event for full control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simultaneous Session Management: It effectively solved the complex issue of directing and managing participants across 4simultaneous (total 20 session per day) training sessions in different halls, ensuring smooth event flow.

Localization & Customization: It overcame the widespread issue of poor language support by providing a fully Turkish platform and rapidly integrating every customized feature we requested.

Critical Communication: The system successfully handled our vital need for timely participant engagement through mobile notifications and email campaigns.

What do you like best about Swoogo?

I really like Swoogo's ability to use conditional logic and visibility settings during registration. Being able to control exactly what different audiences see and when they see it has made it so much easier to build a clean, intentional registration flow. Additionally, their customer service has been stellar. Anytime that I've needed help, I can put in a ticket, and I'm contacted quickly. They follow through until my question is resolved, and are even willing to jump on a call with me to walk through more complex situations. This level of customer service is much better than what I'm used to, and I truly feel like they're a partner in making sure our events are great and that we have a good experience using their product. What do you dislike about Swoogo?

There’s been a bit of a learning curve for us with more complex events. That’s understandable, but having a few more training resources would be helpful. They have a Swoogo University, which is very helpful, but the instructions and guidance aren’t as advanced or detailed as I’d like.

They also offer beautiful templates for website design, and for most groups these would be sufficient. However, if there’s a need for increased branding and deeper website customization, it requires coding abilities. Companies without staff who can code would likely struggle with those customizations. Some customization options feel like they should be standard, but currently aren’t. It would also be great if they offered more themes for website design.

Even with these limitations, I’m very impressed that they do allow the ability to add custom code and make more extensive customizations when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What i like best about Pandadoc is its ease of use and clean interface which makes creating and sending documents very simple. The ease of implementation was impressive because we were able to start using it without a long training period. I also appreciate the strong customer support which is responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. The platform offers a great number of features from templates to automated workflows and the ease of integration with CRM and payment tools make our process smooth. What do you like best about Xero?

Xero is great of how simple it makes invoicing and tracking payments. I can create and send invoices right from the platform, and clients can pay through paypal, which fit well with how i alreday run things. Matching payments to invoices is easy straightforward and i really appreciate having all my subscription and monthly expenses in one spot. I wish there were a way to edit a PDF after I upload it for signing. Sometimes, after I’ve already added all the fields for the signer, I’ll notice a tiny typo. Instead of being able to correct it within Jotform Sign, I have to go back, edit the document elsewhere, and reupload it—then re-enter all the fields again from scratch. I really like that NetSuite is very easy to customize. You can hire a consultant to customize the system or write a script, and the system can be expanded or tailored based on different business needs, making it almost like a bespoke system for any business. It's also very easy to use and understand. Being a 100% cloud-based system is a great benefit, especially since we have people working across the globe and it allows us to see data in real-time without waiting for transactions to process. Sometimes, if there's a feature that doesn't work with NetSuite, it can take ages for them to address it with an enhancement because not a lot of customers may want it. Stampli completely changed how our company sends out invoices for approval before payment. Before Stampli, I was being sent invoices for approval over email. This lead to some invoices slipping through the cracks and being lost until down the road, the accounting team would follow up and ask for approval again. Especially making payments, I think the AP part is the one that I am the happiest with because it saves a lot of time. I would love to see improvements in merging vendors. It's a hassle when the vendor details don't work because of payment details or address errors, you have to create a new vendor for that transaction instead of changing it within the existing vendor. Anyone who does not want to pay adobe exorbitant costs WILL be happy with FOXIT ... at least same and I think better set up if you use some of FOXIT's shortcuts and use the task bar effectively. What do you dislike about Foxit PDF Editor?

I know you will hate me saying this, but in the first moth / 6 weeks I've used FOXIT haven't found any weaknesses. I use it for editing pdfs, creating images and so on, and haven't come across any issues, except (maybe) that some of the tools are difficult to find on the menu bar where all the functions live. What I like most about DocuSeal is how straightforward it feels.

Some e-signature tools try to do everything and end up feeling bloated. DocuSeal is the opposite - clean interface, no unnecessary friction, and you can get a document out for signature in minutes without needing a tutorial. That simplicity is genuinely refreshing.

DocuSeal allows my documents, especially my client contracts, to get signed quickly and without hassle.

Before, a lot of e-signature tools felt like overkill: bloated feature sets, confusing pricing, or too much setup just to send a contract. DocuSeal strips that away and gives a straightforward way to upload a document, set signature fields, and send it off directly. That means less time wrestling with software and more time actually moving work forward.

For me, that benefits me in two big ways: it's fast, so I can focus on more important things. And it's easy for clients – they just click a link and sign from whatever device they're on.

ExpoPass has been just the right addition to level up our conferences. Participants are always impressed at how easy it is to check in, review their info, and print their badge on site. It is also extremely helpful on the back end for set up. ExpoPass team members help you with everything from setting up the badge design, importing attendee lists, and shipping the equipment (with return labels) directly to your conference location.
