What do you like best about PandaDoc?

What I like most about PandaDoc is how it streamlines and automates our entire partner onboarding process while still keeping confidential information secure. As a Partner Onboarding Specialist in an OEM organization focused on identity management, access control, and physical security, I work with distributors, system integrators, vendors, and technology partners across Europe, North America, the Middle East, India, and Asia.

Our workflow typically begins with an NDA, then moves to a Partner Information Form, and ends with a Partner Agreement. PandaDoc’s reusable templates, automated reminders, and document tracking have greatly reduced manual follow-ups and improved completion rates. I also really appreciate the dashboard, which makes it easy to see who has viewed a document, how much time they spent on each page, and what still needs action. It’s also simple to replace a signer, search documents by company or email, and organize files by region. What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

My experience with PandaDoc has been very positive overall, and any dislikes I have are really just minor areas for improvement rather than true issues.

When I’m managing a high volume of partner documents across multiple regions (Europe, North America, the Middle East, India, and Asia), the search and filtering could be a bit more refined. It works well as-is, but faster advanced filters—or smarter suggestions when partner or company names are similar—would make it even more efficient.

I also think the reporting and analytics could be more customizable. The current dashboard already provides strong visibility into document views, time spent, and page engagement, but having additional exportable insights or more trend-based reporting would be especially helpful for larger onboarding programs.

Lastly, while signer replacement works smoothly, it would be great to have more automation or intelligent recommendations when roles change within partner organizations, so workflows stay streamlined with less manual effort.

Overall, these are small enhancements. PandaDoc still supports our NDA, Partner Information Form, and Partner Agreement processes effectively, particularly when we need to maintain confidentiality for OEM integrations involving APIs, SDKs, and technical documentation. What I like most is the Klik smart badge technology, it's the future, and it changed our sponsor relationship more than anything else on the platform. Before using it, our sponsors complained that manually scanning QR codes for their lead table was awkward and slow, but the batch tap approach changed that completely. At our last major conference in May 2026, sponsors could tap to batch with attendees during natural conversation without interrupting anything. The lead data that came back was ten times more accurate and included session engagement context that QR scanning didn't capture. Our sponsor satisfaction scores went from five to nine, and we secured early renewals for the following year, simply because the lead retrieval process was so effortless and the data was so accurate. Most of our sponsors now renew their sponsorship as soon as the event is over. I also like that registration check-in works smoothly now. The self-service integration updates in real time and QR code check-in handles walk-ins in seconds without anyone queuing. The registration bottlenecks that used to consume the first hours of every morning just don't happen anymore. I love how BILL AP/AR enables me to easily process and receive electronic payments. It saves a lot of time since I don't have to print and mail checks or go to the bank to deposit checks. I also find that it speeds up our Accounts Receivable process significantly when clients pay electronically, which helps with cash flow. The interface continues to be a huge challenge for me. I have it synced with QuickBooks Online but overall do not find the user experience easy or enjoyable. I think because of this I have not dug deeper into the features or how else I could be using it. I do not feel that it's really clear what it's doing or how it's set up. I would want a simpler interface, better instructions and guidance as I use it. The initial setup was not very easy, it took me a while to figure out. What do you like best about Anchor?

The software is intuitive and makes it very easy to build proposals, email them, and track their progress with the signer. I learned how to use the software in less than an hour and had my first proposal sent out within 2 hours of signing up. I love how you can create an invoice and bill right from the proposal as well. What do you dislike about Anchor?

There are many steps to verifying your business and setting up payment processing. If you have to change a bank account, you have to go through verification again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?

I just started a business and was spinning in circles setting up a process to write customer agreements and collect payments. Anchor has both electronic agreements and payment processing integrated so I could put the services right in the proposal, and set how they should be billed. The customer can add their payment method right to the agreement and pay the invoice immediately. What do you like best about Eventee?

Eventee is an excellent application for organising workshops. I found the app very intuitive to use, and it made managing our Summer School much easier. The schedule was always readily available and could be updated live as things unfolded (or when last-minute changes came up). What do you dislike about Eventee?

What do you like best about DocuSeal?

The embedding capability is the standout feature for me. We built a pay-and-sign checkout flow for our junk removal business, and DocuSeal’s embedded signing lets customers review and sign the service agreement directly inside our own page—no redirects, no separate emails, and no leaving the flow. That keeps the experience seamless from quote acceptance to signature to payment, all under our brand. What do you dislike about DocuSeal?

The biggest gap for us is the audit trail. The signed PDFs don’t include a Certificate of Completion, and key details like the signer’s IP, timestamp, and email only show up in webhook metadata. We're a waste hauling company, and every job needs a signed service agreement before work starts. DocuSeal turned that from a manual email-a-PDF step into part of our online checkout — the customer reviews the quote, signs, and pays in one sitting. What do you like best about Eventbrite?

I am interested in concerts and concert tours all across the USA, paying particular attention to Denver, CO, Baltimore, DC, Tampa Bay, and Charlotte, NC. Eventbrite is constantly sending me emails with news of the latest concert tours, bands, and artists. Getting these emails gives me a better chance of getting a good seat at a show I want to go to. What do you dislike about Eventbrite?

I honestly cannot think of a dislike that I have with Eventbrite, as it does not spam me and alerts me to concerts much faster than if I were not using Eventbrite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Live music is an important thing in life for me personally. Getting as close to the front row, if not the front row, is where I want to be. Eventbrite lets me know about the shows I am interested in in enough time to take action to hopefully get the best seats in the house. What do you like best about Webex Events & Webinars?

Event logistics were easy to access and following our event we can still see attendee engagement and networking. Most found it easy to navigate through the different features and the performance of the app stood up to the entire day without any issues. We had almost 500 people registered to use this app for our one-day event. What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?

Compatibility including livestream problems and livestream issues arose during the event while using the launch studio feature. That may have resulted to the interface freezing and needed a restart or not enough refreshes to the page. As an organization, it solves manual coordination, poor attendee engagement, lack of real-time communication, weak analytics and disconnected event technology. It was a source of centralized communication. What do you like best about Bill360?

We have never had a "Pay Now" button for our customers and it has ALWAYS been asked for. It is great to have that readily available. This helps with the one time customers that are typically harder to track down for payment. When the invoice is sent from Bill360 it shows when the customer opened the email so there is never a "I didnt receive the invoice" excuse. What do you dislike about Bill360?

Honestly I havent been working with it enough to find something I dislike but at the moment I am hard pressed to find something as well. Overall the product works as intended and I hopefully do not find anything I dislike moving foward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our first day implementing Bill360 we had a customer use the "pay now" options and that is already a one time customer that we will not have to reach out to in order to get paid. Tabs is very user-friendly. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to onboard both my team and clients without a steep learning curve. Since I work across multiple clients as a fractional CFO, having a platform that's quick to navigate and doesn't require extensive training saves real time. It also plays well with the rest of our workflow, we've been able to build automations around it, which speaks to how well thought out the underlying structure is, not just the UI on top. As a fractional CFO managing multiple clients, one of the biggest challenges is keeping invoicing and revenue recognition organized and accurate across different accounts without a ton of manual overhead. Tabs solves that by giving us a central, structured way to manage invoices and sync them with our accounting systems, which cuts down on the back-and-forth and manual data entry that used to eat up time. It's also made it easier to build automation around contract and purchase order processing, so instead of manually tracking deals and invoices in scattered documents, we have a more reliable, centralized system. The benefit is real time savings and fewer errors, which matters a lot when you're supporting several clients at once and need confidence that the numbers are right.
