We have an annual user conference with attendees from all over the United States. Webex Events is the platform we use for registration and when attendees are on-site. I use Adobe Acrobat for the documentation, creation and editing of files and to be able to meet with the goal of making some progress in my personal or professional workspace. Also it is really good at making the documents or giving the documents an official look or rather I would say a professional touch in it. One thing I dislike about Xero is that some advanced features are limited compared to full ERP systems. For larger or more complex businesses, customization options and detailed inventory management could be improved.

Stampli has helped us tremendously with timely payments to vendors, not being asked to code the same invoice multiple times, and getting invoices to the correct coders the first time. This has helped our work load so much, because we no longer have to spend at least an hour each day finding old invoices that we coded months ago that were never paid. The software is simple and mainly developed for handling PDFs. So, I don't think there is much to dislike about this tool. I can’t create an invoice on the go. If a client or even a non-client walks into the office needing a quick out-of-scope job like a copy of a report or something similar I can’t just generate an invoice without first creating an agreement. I’m in a small community where a lot of our clients talk among themselves, so consistency is really important.
