**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

The best part of Swoogo is hands down the combination of an amazing team and an incredibly user-friendly platform. Having worked with multiple registration platforms in the past, Swoogo stands out as the easiest to use and the most visually appealing. The API is user friendly, modern, and easily integrates with all the other marketing technologies we use to produce world class events. What really sets them apart is their team—always ready to go the extra mile to ensure your event's success. Their support and dedication make all the difference!

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

There are no downsides to Swoogo! The tool has all the needed features to produce in-person and virtual events. And the best part is, when you think of a product enhancement, the team is standing by to implement and look to add during the upcoming road maps.

Swoogo helps us seamlessly manage both the website and registration processes for our annual user conference and global roadshows. By combining these essential elements into one platform, it streamlines our workflow, saves us time, and ensures a consistent experience for our attendees.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

We started with Swoogo in 2016 and have renewed every year because it simply meets  (and exceeds) our needs. We  LIVE in Swoogo nearly every day and because it is so flexible we are able to push it to do things it was not designed for, like managing speakers (before the CFP module came out) and sponsors.  

Swoogo offers the most flexibility and customization of any software we have tried when it comes to building registration sites. Because we have multiple clients, they always have different needs and want sites set up the way they prefer. This varies from layout, logic questions, demographics, colors, etc. 

For new users, Swoogo is very simple to get started with. It is very inuitive especially for someone who has experience with any of the web-based registration systems. Customer support is very helpful as well.

Swoogo has a basic conference app which is a very reasonably priced add-on. I do wish they had an option for an app with more features (in app surveys, reporting, gamification, dynamic exhibit hall, etc.).

Badge creation provides a lot of customization options. There are a few things that could make it easier, but it really exceeds any other registration system we have used. It allows us to create very complicated badges with multiple tickets, QR codes, etc.

Future feature ideas: event management, room diagrams, specs preparation, dynamic exhibit hall layout and ability for exhibitors to see who is assigned in booths, split payments, more options in reporting, and training on creating custom themes,

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

Exhibitors complain about how time consuming it is to register their multiple booth staff. Would be nice to be able to simply enter them line by line without having to go through multiple pages.

If you don't have html skills you are somewhat limited in ability to make design changes. This has improved siginificantly a few years ago and you can hire an outside party to make the changes.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swoogo offers us a great amount of flexibity and innovative solutions to meet (and exceed) our client expectations. I feel like Swoogo can do so much more than we even realize and hope to get the chance to explore those features even more.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

With over a decade of using various event management platforms, I’ve found only a few that can handle complex registration processes. Swoogo is one of those rare platforms, and I think it stands out as the most intuitive and user-friendly.

Swoogo's interface is impressively intuitive—you’ll find every function right where you expect it to be. It is refreshingly straightforward.

The responsiveness is another standout feature. Unlike other applications that can lag, I have not noticed any lagging with Swoogo. It feels like every click moves instantly, saving both time and frustration. 

Swoogo’s customer service is superb, too. While I’ve been satisfied with support from other platforms, what is different with Swoogo is that you get a prompt response even when you reach out to them at 10 pm.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

Swoogo's straightforward, number-of-user-based pricing  model works well for us. There are no hidden costs or overages to worry about. However, this pricing model may not be ideal for every organization, particularly those with more users and/or less registrations.

Having everything in one-place.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

Swoogo is a progressive platform that allows you to handle virtually any scope for an event. Does not matter how small or how big the event is. Time and time again we continue to leverage many different features in  Swoogo. Even connecting to other platforms or events. Swoogo as a platform is very flexible and hightly customizable. Many integrations are available and out-of-box implementations are available. Available integrations continue to grow which is a plus. If you are willing to think outside of the box, the platform has been able to handle every thing that has been thrown it's way. Simple events, no problem. Complex events and criteria, no problem. Support is also great and willing to help you brainstorm through different ideas. Reporting on events is also made easy and giving access to less  savy users is simple and straight forward without compromising security of sensitive information.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

One down side to Swoogo is finding external support for it if you do not have a in house expert or require custom designs. However, Swoogo has released certification classes that can help you improve your skills. Ultimately, you may need some web design/developer skills to fully unlock it's potential. Swoogo also has professional services that you can leverage at an extra cost that can prove helpful if within your budget.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been building out an event practice internally which makes use of Swoogo outside of it's intended use as our Conference registration platform. Event practice ranges from internal events to client investor days and road shows to event registration, virtual and onsite events.

There are too many reasons to love Swoogo!
- It has a great resource center to help self-teach.
- The support team is amazing and quick to respond should you run into any issues.
- It is robust and easy to navigate. The interace is user friendly. 
- There are many ways to customize the platform and there is pretty much always a workaround or solve to any issue you may come across.
- It is easy to integrate with different softwares and services.
- Possibilities are endless with the ability to customize reg forms & reports.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

- The meeting scheduling feature.
- Sponsorship management tool and inability to specifically collect sponsorship revenue separate from ticket revenue.
- Inability to easily customize the layout/template of the website without HTML.
- Inability to copy over only select items from one event to another.
- Inability to allow group registrations (essentially linked registrations) but still have them show as individual registrants for search purposes.
- I'd love to see Swoogo to come up with a feature that would allow a single person to process and pay for all registrations, then assign to their team.

Swoogo is pretty much a full service solution. My team and I love that we can use it as our website, our registration platform, our pre, during and post-event marketing and payment processor. All of its features save us a significant amount of time.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

We just started using Swoogo for our event management needs in the last few months and it has been a game-changer for our team! One of the standout features is the ease of use of the platform. The platform is intuitive, making it simple for anyone on our team to navigate and manage events efficiently. 

I also cannot say enough about the incredible account management team and support. Anytime we've had a question or needed assistance, the response has been quick, thorough, and always helpful. Their team has gone above and beyond to ensure we get the most out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

We have had to rely on a few third-party vendors for things like a more robust event app, exhibitor management, and sponsor management. It would be great if these solutions could be incorporated directly into the platform to save us from the hassle of learning several different tools. That said, our account team has helped us source these partners, and Swoogo integrates well with the external solutions, making the overall experience smoother than it would be otherwise.

Websites, event registration, attendee communication, an event mobile app, and more. Swoogo's ease of use benefits not only our teams building these out but also enhances our attendees' experiences.

The support team is incredibly fast, efficient and friendly.  The platform itself is easy to use and navigate.  The training that we received when integrating was easy to follow and understand.  I work in Swoogo everyday and use most fields and have had very little problems.  I highly recommend this platform.

I can't, nor have I heard of anything negative to say about Swoogo.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

My team has been using Swoogo since 2020.  After working with and viewing countless other platforms, Swoogo stood out from the rest for their nimbleness, innovation, customer service, and most importantly, the platforms abillity to address the complicated needs for our clients.  From virtual, hybrid and in-person events - Swoogo is our go-to platform. We have used Swoogo for pre-taped, live and mixed media events.  We've had live performers, engagement tools, text to pledge, auctions and gaming - all went smoothly!!

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

The only downside our team has experienced is in catching up on all the latest and greatest offerings by Swoogo.  Their design/technology is constantly responding to the growing needs for virtual/remote events and we continue to learn how to best utilize all they offer.  We're now looking to become Swoogo certified to enter into their community of clients who share best practices all the time.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My business works with a myriad of small to mid-sized nonprofit organizations who provide unique offerings in their communities.  Our events are a mix of live and pre-taped panels, special speakers, live and pre-taped entertainment, gaming, texting to pledge, auction bidding, door prizes and tickets and live chat, polls, surveys and more.  What we found is that many of the platforms we looked at were either very limited on being able to address these needs, or cost a fortune to create.  With Swoogo, we have found innovative solutions, integrations, special work-arounds and we've been able to do all of what we needed with each of our unique events/clients.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

As someone who is entirely new to event management, Swoogo has been a lifesaver! It is incredibly easy to use, and there are so many functions that help make my daily tasks more effective and efficient. From user friendly website building, to badge printing in Swoogo, it's great to have so many resources available all in one space. 

We are also incredibly grateful to Karin's support of our events team, and for all of her helpful insights. It is so comforting to know the great people behind the scenes, and to know that they're available to support our team. 

I am excited to learn what else Swoogo has to offer and to unlock more features as I grow in this role!

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

My only complaint so far is that their interface updated the day before my first major event - having to adjust my rhythm and re-learn where everything was was slightly stressful at that time! As long as that doesn't happen again... I think we can stay friends :)

Swoogo is streamlining my tasks and creating a home for them all in one place. Through Swoogo we're able to design and print badges for our attendees, design our event websites and create portals for donations. Additionally, it serves as a database for previous events, speakers, and sponsors - all of which I've had to rely on for historical knowledge as I step into this role. It has been incredibly easy to refer back to previous events and find media assets and/or individual info.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

After using Swoogo for 6.5 years, I have come to value this platform as one of the key aspects in the success of our events.  I create registration sites for 30-40 events annually and spend most of my day in the Swoogo platform.  The platform is exceptionally intuitive for event the most basic user.  I love that anyone can use it, but you can truly make the pages your own.  The cutom reporting, the various website templates, and the ability to add many external features make Swoogo a fantastic platform.  My favorite thing about Swoogo is the individualized support that they provide to customers.  I have never waited long for an answer and even when we had a complex situation arise, the Swoogo team kept us updated and outlined exactly what occurred so we could eliminate any future issues.  The Swoogo team truly takes feedback of their customers into account and is constantly rolling out new features that users suggest.  I love to see these options added that make the entire platform even better each month.  I cannot imagine using any other platform.

Truly there aren't any downsides to Swoogo.

Swoogo helps us coordinate conference and meeting registrations, hotel reservations, payments, and more in an easy to use platform.  Incorporating all of these pieces saves me time in my day.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

Where do I begin?!

- The actual software is incredible. The unlimited conditional logic makes creating nearly any set of form fields possible. We're a small non-profit with all sorts of complicated "if-this-then-this," especially regarding payments, and Swoogo makes that a breeze.

- We partnered with Xtag per Swoogo's recommendation, and it make check-in a CINCH! Love all of the available integrations!

- THE SUPPORT TEAM. It's as if they are exclusively there waiting for ME to ask a question so they can immediately help ME. Truly, we're talking a few minutes, and often with a customized video to help navigate anything!

- Very easy to set up and get started! Of course, you can make your event as complex as you need, but it's simple to just jump in yourself.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

The event mobile app isn't perfect, but it's a great feature to have included and you can totally make it work.

Other than that, really, Swoogo IS perfect and I can't believe we did events without it in the past!

I spearhead most of our events, and Swoogo helps me cover registration, reporting, and check-in with ease, allowing more time to spend programming and planning in-person pieces!

Also, it's incredibly user-friendly, which is great for our particular demographic.

We selected Swoogo to provided registration services for our clients after researching all options.  We chose Swoogo because of it's intuitive interface, competitive pricing and ease of implementation.  We extended into our second year of our relationship and found their solution-oriented Sales Team very helpful with options to make our client events successful as our team expanded it's own knowledge on how to leverage all of Swoogo's features.  On top of that, for our less than seasoned internal team members building their initial events, the Swoogo Technical Support team is exceptional with their response time and quality feedback without making users feel inferior.  The tool was easy to get integrate within our organization and we are looking to expand our services using Swoogo.

It is difficult to share negatives about Swoogo because there are always pros and cons with anything, however we are highly satisfied with Swoogo and their support.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

In the event planning world, it's hard to find an end-to-end software that ticks all the boxes - but Swoogo does! Before and during the pandemic, my team explored more than half a dozen software to help with our event planning needs and after each event, there was a laundry list of items that those platforms promised, but didn't fulfill. That's not the case with Swoogo. I've been able to use the software for not only our conferences but also our awards programs. The flexibility of the software makes it so customizable that there's often more than one way to accomplish the desired outcome. Their support team is by far the best I have ever interacted with. Even my low-level issues are addressed almost immediately, it has never taken more than a few hours to hear from their team and their first response is an actual response to your issue - either asking clarifying questions or offering a solution (and not just a link to the online help center - which is very helpful for self-learners who are new to the platform!). I'm on the platform every day and love that any updates I make are immediately implemented on the customer's side. We've been using the platform for a year and a half with many successes - we don't plan on leaving any time soon!

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

Occasionally when looking for a piece of information or a feature, it can be difficult to find. The Help Center can answer basic questions, but sometimes I have to inquire with the support team - which has never been an unpleasant experience.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Website building, call for speaker solutions, awards nomination solutions (via call for speaker module), event registration, attendee communication, conference app and more. All of these are a huge and AFFORDABLE benefit to our events overall and increase the attendee user experience while adding additional opportunities for value.

it’s a fantastic product. The user experience is excellent, I find it intuitive, easy to use, and understand. Whenever I need help, the extensive user guide is incredibly helpful and always has the information I’m looking for, the materials are great for understanding the platform. I've been using the platform everyday and I have found it easy to understand and implement. 

What really stands out, though, is their outstanding customer service. The times i have reached out to them, they respond quickly and address all my questions with a great attitude. Overall, Swoogo is a great platform, and I highly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

I would love to have live chat agents to reach out to, One time i was able to but after it's just via email. I feel like live chat solves problems even faster and in a more personal way.

Swoogo addresses several key challenges we face in event management, including event registration, tracking attendees, sending emails, and reporting. The platform allows us to customize almost everything, ensuring it alligns with our corporate branding and delivers the message . We can easily configure the registration process to meet our specific needs for every specic event. Swoogo provides adaptable reporting features, prompt replies to support inquiries, and multiple training opportunities.

Swoogo is easy to use to set up all kinds of events. It is a one-stop shop! Our customer's events vary in complexity and we always find a solution to meet their needs. The customer service is top-notch. They are quick to respond and to go out of their way to help. The online help is also excellent. The ability to create event websites for our customers is so helpful and they have templates to help you get started. We use Swoogo every day and have been a customer for several years.

There really aren't downsides to using Swoogo. Some features could be more robust but they are constantly upgrading the software.

Swoogo allows us to offer modern event registration forms and websites. The conditional logic is a big feature for us. It allows us to manage all the complex needs of our customers.

Swoogo is easy to use, allows for the customization we need, and their customer service can't be beat.  Using Swoogo has streamlined the registration process and their platform has been the best we have used!

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

Although the offer many partnerships for texting and badge printing (all of which have been great to work with), it would be nice to be able to have those capabilities within the Swoogo platform to decrease the POC numbers and increase the efficiency of registration.

I have been working with Swoogo directly on recommendations for reporting across invitation and registrant reports. Cross-reporting between contacts and registrants would be a great feature addition.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

I brought on Swoogo 3 months ago because I needed an event platform that could "do it all".  Swoogo is not just a registration platform; it's a fully comprehensive, end-to-end attendee management system and more. We love the multi-registration flows, segmentation reports, ease of use, and the numerous widgets that allow us to create a website and event splash pages quickly.

The great thing about Swoogo is that it can be used for all our events this year, not just our major conference summit. We use Swoogo for every workshop, customer event, tradeshow, conference - big and small. We create templates for each event, saving us countless hours on the back-end, which is especially valuable for our small team. The urgency of incorporating this platform and starting onboarding due to our deadlines was very real, and Swoogo delivered. We needed to spin-up a major event registration for our upcoming summit within a week!

We compared multiple platforms and were nervous about making the final decision, but the Swoogo support team came through with flying colors. Their customer team is simply the best! They provid quick replies, jump on last-minute calls to discuss issues, advise on the best ways to proceed, help set up registration frameworks, and find innovative, custom, work-around & solutions. I cannot say enough good things about their support - you are in good hands with Swoogo!

It takes working with it, but once you truly get the "understanding" of how the Swoogo event platform works (it will just "click") --  you can be endlessly creative with it's use cases. I've used Swoogo for simple RSVP pages, to meeting capture forms, to fully built-out conference registrations & mangagement.

 The tech and content are always well thoughtout. Overall, I've been incredibly impressed with the company, their product, service, features, content, education, and support.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

So far, so good, haven't come across what we dislike yet. We'd love for it to integrate into Routespring and a few other platforms we use - but those are very custom integrations and fall into the "nice-to-have" bucket.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a fully comprehensive end-to-end attendee management system, among other things. We love the multi registration flows and segmentation reports, the ease of use, the numerous widgets to throw up a website and event splash page, etc.. 

Re: what we were doing in the past: The in-house solution looked decent from the outside, but really it was just a series of forms in convert flow that collected basic information that we then needed to organize and drag/drop  into 100's of google sheets that were awful to manage, keep updated in real time, and stay relevant as attendees worked with us to book travel and accommodations, misc needs - or CHANGES. (Not to mention the huge margin of manual error from our side.) Our summit specifically - calls for a platform like his because it's so high-lift due to the nuances of our attendee management & travel. 
 But the great thing about Swoogo is it can be used for ALL our events this year, not just our summit. Every workshop, customer event, tradeshow and conference etc moving forward, big and small. We can create templates around each event and it will save us countless hours on the back-end. (Especially as a small team.)

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

(1) I like the logical questionaires the best about Swoogo. We have various clients so it is nice to have the options to change the logics based on previous responses, data lists, email addresses etc. 
(2) I also like the ease of use on the backed end interface. Creating website pages and registrations form with the widgets makes designing simple. 
(3) report building is very straight forward and I like how we can edit the filters and report fields instantaneously. I love being able to send the live reports to our clients so they don't have to request reports continuously.
(4) Lastly, i really like the compatibility and integeration the app has, it can be linked to other software platforms and payment gateways in a matter of clicks. Not to mention using the Swoogo app, Swoogo Live, makes updating a single step action with the content being linked directly from the backend, to website, to app.

A few components to the design features are hardcoded and have causes some frustration when they are requested to be edited.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

Swoogo makes website building and attendee management a breeze. Everything is customizable - from the favicon, to the registration form, to the visiblity of certain pages. Not only is it easy to learn and implement, their Support Team answers any and all questions thoroughly and always offers additional support. Once registration is live, you are still able to make changes. The ability to have automatic messages, direct links to reporting, and analystics are extremely helpful. We have used Swoogo multiple times already and look forward to using it for all future programs. The only thing I haven't done yet is integrate a payment method.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

The only "challenge" I've faced so far had to do with language translations. The Google Translate algorithim does not automatically translate to every widget on your website; you do have to thoroughly go through each widget and text box to ensure they have all been translated.

The best part of the software has to be the people. Everytime I need help I can email or use the built in help chat and I get someone within 15 mins with an answer, not only just an answer, but oftne times a detailed walkthrough including screenshots (with annotations and call outs) or even a recording of them doing the process step by stem for me to follow along.  And most of all they LIKE helping out and you can tell they enjoy what they do, which translates to me wanting to work with them (as opposed to some software we use there I DREAD reachng out to their support teams)

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

There are very few downsides, the only thing that sticks out in my mind is there currently is not a way to retroactively update all the registration forms across all the live sites (say if you wanted to update a field). This is totally understandable though, because , if you did you would have the possiblility of really breaking everything that you had spent time building in the first palce.

Having one source of truth across both in person as well as virtual evants. We can have one tool that we can use to register folks for in person events and webinars, and they both flow into the same CRM integration, making management a breeze and quickly getting leads to the right reps for follow up.

Since Swoogo has worked so well for us, it's hard for me to say anything I dislike about Swoogo. We did find the app needs some work in our opinion. We were hoping the app would be in the app store branded to our name, but instead it's a Swoogo app, and then your attendees have to find the event they are attending.

With Swoogo, there is so much to learn and explore, that it almost becomes like a fun hobby (or am I just a big dork?). The user interface is well-designed and incredibly intuitive, making it easy to pick up quickly. It offers almost unlimited customization options, allowing you to tailor each event to what you need, whether in design, communication, reporting, etc. It's the type of tool where you can quickly feel proficient, yet there will always be more to learn, as its capabilities are endless. I've been in the tool daily for a little over two years now, and I still make new discoveries all the time. Finally, Swoogo Customer Support is absolutely top-notch. They're quick to respond, creative in problem-solving, and consistently go above and beyond to help their clients.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

I want to spend more time figuring out how to make the email messages look as clean as the website does. The fonts and formatting tend to adjust when sending in Outlook, and while it still works fine, I'd like for the appearance to be more polished. There are additional functionalities that would be nice to have, but Swoogo provides an outlet for users to submit these ideas, and they're regularly enhancing the tool based on feedback.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We plan a wide variety of Employee events and meetings, each with different elements. Swoogo is simple enough to use that you can quickly put together a site for a smaller event or meeting (and then clone it for future events) but also has the capabilities to be a solution for very complex events, including hybrid or virtual. We're now able to offer a customized experience for a group of 40 or for a group of 10,000. With the logic and automation that can be set, the manual labor is taken off the plate of the event or meeting planner. This is especially true with the communication offerings and how you can automate and track invite emails and push notifications. 

Additionally, the data from the reporting function is invaluable. I'm able to promptly pull reports based on a wide variety of categories to share with other departments and senior leaders, and that's an easy way to impress your Leadership Team.

One of their staff even screen-recorded HOW they were able to customize our needs so that we could see the steps and recreate them ourselves. Swoogo has anticipated our needs during each part of the process and in just a few months, given us the confidence to go even bigger!

The trainers are AWESOME, and I'm glad our sessions were recorded because they move fast! If anything, I'd suggest training that incorporated "workshop" type opportunities for newbies to play along at home while following the trainers.

I really enjoy the many features Swoogo has! At first it was a bit overwhelming becuase there are SO MANY things you can do with this system, but as you start creating, thinking through your guest's registration process, figuring out the tricks ... the amazing capabilities of the platform unfold. Also, the Swoogo customer service is on point. Quick responses with detailed info to support you every step of the way. I am still learning something new every day and loving it.

The only thing so far that is a bit of a pain is just remembering to update different areas if you clone an event. I also would like more options with the templates.

I love that Swoogo is so customizable with its website and registration features. It is extremely easy to use and has very fast processing compared to other event-building platforms. The auto-save feature is very helpful when you are updating a lot of information at once. The customer service is very quick and accommodating. I love that my company can get the help they need in a short turnaround!

The one thing I wish you could do is delete emails that were sent while the event was in draft mode.

So many great things. Unlimited events #1 and the capabilities to grow and scale with a client when you use the site daily. Ability to allow clients to see ONLY their account and provide them with training tools to onboard quickly and easily start using the site. Creating folders to file events! The flexible usage - of course event registration primiarly. But also can create survey or questionaire sites for VIPs or getting to know employees, can use as a training tool with resources to download or watch, can create as a platform for information or an invitation that is more robust without registration, etc. 

Online support tool is very robust (self service) and the email chat feature is also very speedy. I have never had an issue with getting someone from Swoogo to offer to video chat to walk me through something complicated when I get stuck.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

For those with enterprise accounts, would love to be able to clone events from one account to another since often times I've built a great event and would love to incorporate features into a site I'm building for another client. That being said, the "duplicate tab" in your web browser still acts as a workaround to copy elements from different sites.

Video integrations can sometimes be clunky - background videos (for "decor") need to be MP4 or similar, whereas embedding links you can actually copy/paste from YouTube, Vimeo, etc.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have a tool that is easy to use and has unlimited potential to create efficient registration for events and provide attendees with lots of great information on your sites and also robust reporting for the admins/users. They have very sharp basic templates that make the sites look really good without a user feeling like they need to know HTML, but it is super helpful when someone DOES know HTML because then you can really zhuzh a site up. Additional templates are relatively inexpensive and worth having in your arsenal. Ability to buy custom URL's is so awesome and "fancy" for clients!

This is the second year (and 3rd and 4th events) that we've used Swoogo and, as the administrator, I love it! Some of my favorite features include the user friendly platform, the ability to do mass updates to the database, event-level vs. account-level fields, the ease of invitation emails, the ease of report creation, and the website set-up. Also,  the customer support is quick to respond and very helpful. I am so happy we switched to Swoogo!

There's not really anything I dislike but I wish the mobile app had more functionality to it.

One of my favorite features is the reporting dashboard so that I'm able to have a live, real-time view of registrations for my team to see who has registered for an event.

The mobile app features and functionality could be improved to have a more modern look and feel.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To be able to easily add admin questions, I'm able to provide internal information for all registrants while also being able to share a link/password to view the registration dash board in real-time. This solves me needing to download registration reports from a CRM to scrub and add to a separate spreadsheet, and my team no longer needs to come to me to see if someone has signed up. The amount of time I'm saving with registration reporting and being able to send personalized emails to attendees has been the greatest benefit.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

I like that I have full control of building my event details.  If I need to make an update or tweak something, I can do this immediately rather than reaching out to an account rep and waiting for them to make the update.  It's a user-friendly platform for both the planner building the event out and the attendees.  And Swoogo's customer response is second to none!  When I contact support I receive a response within minutes and often have a resolution immediately.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

As a new user, it was trial and error to navigate building the first registration site.  Additional 1:1 training with a Swoogo rep would be beneficial.  I also have a paid event and setting up the payment gateway was a struggle.  I ended up finding the solution through Google searches and connecting with another Swoogo user.  It was frustrating that Swoogo was unable to help.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Swoogo has allowed us to take full control of our event management and registration process.  Additionally, paying a flat fee for Swoogo rather than a per-registrant fee has allowed us to use the platform for smaller events that do not have budget dollars that can be allocated to a registration platform.

The support team is extramly helpful and get back to you right away. The platofrm can be used in so many different ways to design amazing web pages to promote your event. It's easy to use and navigate tou can add in pics and links. We use this all the time to build or events. It also helps us integrate and capture information in salesforce.

I can;t think of any. This platform has completely streamlined our business and the way we capture information around our events.

Swoogo is very user-friendly!  I've worked with several registration tools, and Swoogo is the easiest to use. Their support staff is amazing as well.  Always quick to respond!

I haven't found anything yet that I dislike about Swoogo.  If I run into an issue, or if I think something isn't working the way it should, the support team always points me in the right direction to rectify it.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swoogo keeps everything related to our registration in one place.  The reporting we can access in Swoogo makes everything more manageable for our events.  I love being able to create customized reports to cull the specific information I need.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

I love the fact that this platform was created by people in the industry - EVENT PLANNERS!!  They know exactly what people need to set up a successful event.  I'm impressed by the fact that there is so much support and that it is user friendly.  You choose how you want to set up your registration and go from there. Brilliant idea and well constructed.  As someone that sets up events I'm truly impressed by what I've seen thus far.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

I do know that I am a tiny bit overwhelmed the extensiveness of the platform, but it's only because I'm not a tech type person.  On a good note, they have training sessions.  So, nothing to really dislike.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform allows you to set everything up so that it is pretty much self-sufficient.  No more taking RSVPs by phone and entering them into a database.  No more struggling with seating assignments for lunches, no more taking a database list and creating name tags...this platform solves all of that.  So, it's nice when you have a smaller staff.  You can create reports and send directly to your vendors (ie - dinner options can be selected during registration, and you simply generate a report and send to your caterer).  They honestly thought of pretty much everything.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

The ability to customize each event and the amount of time it takes to do so.  Swoogo allows you to create many paths for registration based on the attendee.  For instance, our last event had over 400 different discount codes and 20 registration types.  Mapping this out on the back end of Swoogo is much easier than other platforms.  I love Swoogo!!

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

I wish that Swoogo had additional templates for your agenda or speaker pages without having to purchase them.  It gives you several to choose from but if you organization has alot of events, sometimes it's nice to have more options.  I also firmly believe that the discount code field should be able to be edited in the "Update Multiple Registrants".  I can see why it is in the finance set of fields, but editing this field is often a must and would be great to have it as a mass update rather than editing each record individually.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swoogo  provides an easy to use platform for all our events.   I love the customization.  I love being able to automate the individual reports each member of our team wants every day.  As the system admin, it makes my life simplier.

Swoogo takes event management to a new level with its fully customizable event set-up, integrated invitations, confirmations, managing declines and much, much more. It's so user friendly and quite intuitive. The reporting features are fantastic.

The support resources and team are so helpful and responsive. The pre-recorded and live training available from Swoogo made it easty to implement the use of Swoogo over our previously manual processes using spreedsheets and emails.

I'm hard pressed to identify something is dislike about Swoogo.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

It is easy to use, flexible, and has allowed us to automate/condense many manual processes. We love the simplicity of the pricing. We came from a previous event management company that had deceptive pricing tactics such as individual product/feature licenses with inconsistent costs associated with them, deceptive contract language, and fees that were determined by guesstimating the number of registrations you expected in the future. Swoogo has a single subscription fee, and it allows us to create multiple events of all types (virtual, hybrid, in-person) without having to pay extra. Their customer support is also incredible. I've never seen a team so responsive and helpful. The implementation was fast, there are plenty of integrations available, and we use it almost daily.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

Nothing. Anytime we've run into a roadblock, we've been able to find an acceptable workaround.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to it's versatility, it has allowed to to create multiple events in one location. We host in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. Swoogo allows us to do it all, in one place, for one price. The integrations have also allowed us to reduce the amount of time we spend setting up these events.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

Where to even begin?! I've been raving about Swoogo since I started using it in November 2021, and just when I think I can't love it anymore, I discover a new feature that renews my fandom for it. Using this tool for our company events has been a game-changer! It makes the entire process so much more organized and efficient. Of course, the tool allows us to easily track attendees, manage schedules, and communicate with all parties involved, but my favorite part is how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is, making it easy for everyone on our team to navigate. Plus, the customer support is absolutely top-notch and they're always available to help with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this event management tool to anyone looking to streamline their event planning process and elevate their user experience.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

Look, no one's perfect. My biggest frustrations tend to come into play when laying out all of my event email communications. The email tool has few capabilities, so it's hard to make my event emails look as snazzy as the website. There's probably a way to do more design work if I knew how to code, but alas, I do not. Generally speaking, it's just the clunkier party of building the site, but it still has plenty of functionality an capabilities.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building an event site on Swoogo can be simple and easy, but when you've got a super-complicated event with lots of different sessions, attendee types, and other complexities, Swoogo can absolutely support you. It is incredibly rare to have a need that Swoogo can't solve, and even when that happens once in a blue moon, there is typically at least a workaround. The rules that can be created are almost endless and they allow each registrant to have their own tailored experience, if that's what is required. Additionally, we've been able to do some great things with reporting and measurement, which was always such a challenge before. The post-event experience is just as useful as any other part of the tool!
