What do you like best about Swoogo?
Swoogo has been an absolute game-changer for our annual conference planning. From the moment we began using the platform, it streamlined our event management process with intuitive tools and customizable features that made organizing a large-scale event not only manageable but enjoyable.
What truly sets Swoogo apart is their exceptional support team. Every interaction was marked by professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. Whether we needed troubleshooting assistance or guidance on best practices, the team provided clear, step-by-step instructions that made even the most complex tasks feel simple. Their responsiveness and politeness created a sense of partnership that we deeply appreciated throughout the planning process.
Thanks to Swoogo, we were able to focus more on creating meaningful experiences for our attendees and less on logistical headaches. I highly recommend Swoogo to any organization looking for a reliable, user-friendly platform backed by a team that truly cares about your success.

What do you dislike about Swoogo?
Limited Design Flexibility
While Swoogo offers customization, the design tools can feel restrictive when trying to create a truly branded experience without relying heavily on custom code.
Complex Reporting Setup
Generating detailed reports sometimes requires multiple steps or workarounds, which can be time-consuming when managing large events with many data points.
Navigation Can Be Confusing
The interface isn’t always intuitive—some features are buried in menus or labeled in ways that aren’t immediately clear, especially for new users.
Lack of Real-Time Collaboration
It’s difficult for multiple team members to work simultaneously on the same event setup without overwriting each other’s changes or causing confusion.
Limited Agenda Management Tools
Creating and managing multi-day, multi-track agendas can be cumbersome. More dynamic scheduling tools or drag-and-drop functionality would be helpful.
Email Builder Limitations
The email builder is functional but lacks the polish and flexibility of dedicated email platforms, making it harder to create visually appealing communications.
Mobile Optimization
Some parts of the platform don’t translate well to mobile, which can be frustrating when trying to make quick edits or check data on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
