Swoogo has become an indispensable part of my daily routine. One of its standout features is its robust online support system, which offers an extensive array of questions and answers, providing detailed guidance and processes complete with helpful screenshots and videos. It's incredibly user-friendly and efficient. In the rare instance when a query can't be resolved through online support, Swoogo boasts an exceptional customer support team, which is a personal favorite of mine. I rely on this tool day in and day out for its versatility—it allows me to effortlessly create gated or open-access webpages, surveys, communications for both internal and external use, as well as live or on-demand pages. All the while, I benefit from comprehensive reporting and registrant analytics. Furthermore, I appreciate how seamlessly Swoogo integrated into our team's daily workflow, effortlessly connecting with multiple external tools.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

I genuinely appreciate the tool and its functionalities. It aligns well with my requirements and has proven to be highly effective in my daily tasks. I haven't encountered any significant issues or drawbacks so far. Keep up the great work Swoogo!

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

Swoogo is incredibly intuitive to implement and maintain, has all the functionality that we would want, and makes it easy for us to create and manage online presence for events of all scopes and sizes. When I've had issues or questions (and I've had a LOT of questions!) - my inquiries have received responses from actual human beings - not bots or canned agents - within hours. I've always felt that I had an real team of people supporting me!

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

I would definitely request greater capabilities and flexibility with the analytics and reporting dashboards. It's difficult to get an accurate read of user traffic hitting the event site, and time spent on the event and reg pages.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swoogo is allowing a one-person event team (that is: ME) to create and manage online an presence that looks polished, works exactly as we'd need, and allows flexibility for a myriad of event types. It's brought our event presence and functionality to entirely new levels, and has made me, my team, and our projects look infinitely more polished!

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

I really like Swoogo's ability to use conditional logic and visibility settings during registration. Being able to control exactly what different audiences see and when they see it has made it so much easier to build a clean, intentional registration flow. Additionally, their customer service has been stellar. Anytime that I've needed help, I can put in a ticket, and I'm contacted quickly. They follow through until my question is resolved, and are even willing to jump on a call with me to walk through more complex situations. This level of customer service is much better than what I'm used to, and I truly feel like they're a partner in making sure our events are great and that we have a good experience using their product.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

There’s been a bit of a learning curve for us with more complex events. That’s understandable, but having a few more training resources would be helpful. They have a Swoogo University, which is very helpful, but the instructions and guidance aren’t as advanced or detailed as I’d like.

They also offer beautiful templates for website design, and for most groups these would be sufficient. However, if there’s a need for increased branding and deeper website customization, it requires coding abilities. Companies without staff who can code would likely struggle with those customizations. Some customization options feel like they should be standard, but currently aren’t. It would also be great if they offered more themes for website design.

Even with these limitations, I’m very impressed that they do allow the ability to add custom code and make more extensive customizations when needed.

Swoogo makes setting up simple events quick and solves unique situations in complex conferences with conditional logic, allowing tailored registration experiences. It's really helpful and efficient.

The support team is truly amazing—our questions are usually answered within minutes, and the documentation covers almost everything most of the time. The app is easy to use and understand, and it consistently releases new features every month.

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. Like any product, there are always areas that could be improved, but overall they keep finding ways to get better by listening to customers’ needs.

I think the communications tab can be a bit confusing. I don't always feel confident when I'm using it that I'm sending messages or emails to the correct people. I think there is a lot on one page. Maybe if it were broken up into different types of communication or less options initially it would be less confusing.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

I love how intuitive and easy to use Swoogo is. When building sites, it's easy to accommodate the elements to fit my needs, and the menu is easy to follow for completing the requirements for a complete landing page. I'm amazed by the help team at Swoogo; they're quick to answer my questions and always have a great attitude when guiding me through the website. They typically get back to me within a couple of hours with full and detailed responses. I also appreciate how Swoogo integrates seamlessly with other systems like Eloqua, Salesforce, and On24.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

I feel like having more resources would be needed, because even if there are guides, I have had to look up YouTube videos, or raise a ticket in order to get my questions answered. I'd love to have some more tutorials, videos, or even implement an AI assistant that can help us users with quick questions. Sometimes I have the option to chat and sometimes it just gives me the option to send an email, which makes me think there is a window for Swoogo's AI assistant for quicker responses (especially for emergencies during events).

Swoogo helps me keep track of registrations, email blasts, and reporting on one site. It's easy to use and integrates seamlessly with Eloqua, Salesforce, On24, and more, enhancing my field marketing tasks.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

I use Swoogo hourly for my job, and it is very intuitive to work with. The layout makes it easy to navigate between events, forms, and settings without getting lost. Because everything is structured so well, it doesn’t take long to become confident using it. I’ve become one of the go‑to people for spotting issues within event setups simply because Swoogo makes it easy to find what I need quickly.
The recently added Bookmarks feature has been a huge time‑saver. I rely on it constantly to keep important pages and frequently accessed events organized. It cuts down on clicks and helps me jump straight into the parts of the platform I use the most.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

Nothing major—overall, Swoogo is stable and reliable. Occasionally I’d love to see even more customization options or small workflow refinements, but the platform already does its job extremely well.

Overall, Swoogo is reliable, user‑friendly, and a tool I depend on every day. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone managing multiple events or complex setups.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

Swoogo is a very easy tool to use and I love how can create as many events you want with unlimited registrants and only get charged for how many administrators we want.  It is also very easy to create an event and use it for the mobile app. The implementation from registration to marketing is very intuitive. I also love how we can easily clone the event with one simple click since we have the same event every year.  We can also create a "test" environment so we can test everything before we put it into production. We do this now for every event we create.  I also like how we can get rid of discount codes and use registration types.  Lastly, I love their support.  Answers are back in hours not days and sometimes in minutes.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

There are not any features that we are missing. The group registration can be refined a bit but that is about it.   It is still very functional.  Also, it would be nice to have a seamless integration with ThoughtSpot.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a couple main events every year and we needed a simple event management tool to run these events.  The events range from 200 to 1000 attendees.  Swoogo is that tool and now it is our only event management tool.  We could not run the events without this tool.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

I really like the user-friendly experience on the back end of Swoogo because it makes it easy for multiple team members to work within the same system. I also appreciate how data is reported on and diagramed for transparency, and I value the ability to export and manipulate the data in all the ways an event planner needs. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty good despite some complexities with our setup requirements.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

The mobile app is not quite what we need, we must still utilize another vendor. We need session ratings in the app, badge creation and lead scanning for sponsors, and badge check-in stations/kiosks so attendees only need to download one app for the event.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swoogo compiles all our event data in a useful format in real-time, provides a user-friendly backend for team collaboration, and offers flexible data export and reporting needed for efficient event planning.

I love how easy it is for our attendees to use Swoogo. It's easy for me to create user-friendly websites, send communications, and invoices to attendees. Swoogo saves me time as I can send important email updates to exhibitors and potential exhibitors very quickly. Its reporting and ease of use are far superior to any other products we've used. It's also easy to pull invoices and send them to attendees, and it's simple to add or change users.

I can't think of anything I dislike!  Whenever I am having an issue or have a suggestion for a new feature, Swoogo is quick to jump in and help.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

Our company hosts an average of 30 training events per year. After years of trial and error with other event software, we landed on Swoogo and have been using it ever since. We are in year 3 with Swoogo with no plans on changing. 

I love that there is no limit on the number of events you can create, that the platform is very user-friendly, it's very easy to design and launch classes, classes are completely customizable, and Swoogo integrates with a ton of other platforms. It was easy to implement, the customer service is the best I have ever experienced, and they are committed to improving the platform in real time based on customer feedback.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

Our subscription with Swoogo includes one management seat and one view-only seat. That works well for our company, as it's best to have one person with the keys to the kingdom to "own" the project of event management from start to finish. If your company is larger and has many folks creating and managing events, you may need a higher subscription level.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swoogo saved us time and money by replacing our custom WordPress registration software. They have a dedicated team to implement software updates, improvements, and respond to client questions. The platform is constantly improving. 

Swoogo is so much better than the other event software platforms we tried out. Better customer service, more commitment to continuous improvement, more customizable.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

Swoogo is very user friendly and intuitive.  It's also easy for our attendees to use.  No one had any issues when we changed over to Swoogo from using a product we had been using for the past 8 years. -  Swoogo saves time for us (we are a very small staff) and is very easy to set up on the backend and is user-friendly and intuitive for our attendees to use.  One thing that definitely stands out most is their customer support team. They are incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

There are some small functionality and reporting issues that could be improved. Attendees in a group registration should be able to show their individual payments (and not all be under the group leader).  But overall, the product is great.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swoogo saves staff time by making the registration site set up very user-friendly and intuitive.  The reporting features are helpful as well.  It's easy to create reports for exactly what we need. It's also a time-saver to be able to send receipts and invoices with the click of a button.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

What I like most about Swoogo is their support. They're super easy to work with and very clear. They share videos that make it even easier to understand what they're trying to portray and allow you to see what the functions of Swoogo are. The initial setup was very easy, and I took the time to walk through the different layouts and what we needed to get started, which made my life easier and helped me understand and learn the platform better.

I haven't come across any issues yet so far. They are constantly evolving and coming up with ways to make it more functional for different types of events.

I use Swoogo to manage different ticket types and add-ons, allowing us to control attendee access based on credentials. It helps organize attendees by their registration types, improving communication and functional pathways at events.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

It's both super user friendly for those of us working on the backend, and for our guests who use it to register for our events. But I think what stands out most is their customer support team . While the system is easy to use from a design perspective, any time I run into an issue and submit a support ticket, i know i'm going to hear back ASAP. Every interaction with someone at Swoogo feels personal (in a good way!) and I appreciate the time and care they put into their responses and making sure your issue is fixed.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

My only "dislike" is that I wish there was an app version I could use on my phone. Apps exist to check guests into events (great!) and they are rolling out a super-user friendly customer facing app for events (I've trialed i, also great!) But for the day to day if i am on my phone and need to do some work in Swoogo - I wish it was more mobile friendly, or had an app I could use.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We host 15-20 events a year, one of them being a large EOY conference with over 300 guests. We use swoogo for event communication and registration, and based on what I have heard from colleagues and our event registrants, this has been the easiest to use out of all the event systems that they've tried. It is my primary work "tool" - and I love how quickly I can put events and communication together and get information out to everyone. It also makes tracking and reporting for the events easy, which in turn makes my job easier!

Limited Design Flexibility
While Swoogo offers customization, the design tools can feel restrictive when trying to create a truly branded experience without relying heavily on custom code.

Complex Reporting Setup
Generating detailed reports sometimes requires multiple steps or workarounds, which can be time-consuming when managing large events with many data points.

Navigation Can Be Confusing
The interface isn’t always intuitive—some features are buried in menus or labeled in ways that aren’t immediately clear, especially for new users.

Lack of Real-Time Collaboration
It’s difficult for multiple team members to work simultaneously on the same event setup without overwriting each other’s changes or causing confusion.

I considerably value that Swoogo is always improving, with regular updates each month that clearly show they are listening to users to enhance the platform. The ability to do whatever I want with the tool is crucial, and the backend logic effectively supports any flow I want to create to personalize the user experience. The initial setup was straightforward, with Swoogo providing an easy understanding of all event elements and their configuration. The tool is very intuitive, making the setup process smooth. We are able to templetize our events and personalize them to meet both our internal and external clients' needs. This capability shortens our time to market and seamlessly applies our client's branding. Overall, the features and capabilities of Swoogo are super useful and meet their intended purposes.

Really, nothing. It always has room for improvement, but this is a tool well thought out for events, and it's constantly listening to the users to provide more and more functionality to support our job.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

What I like most about Swoogo is how easy it is to use. The platform is intuitive and allows you to build and manage events without a complicated learning curve. Their customer service is exceptional—the team is responsive, patient, and explains things in a way that’s simple to understand. I also appreciate that Swoogo is constantly evolving, rolling out new themes and regular updates that keep the platform fresh, modern, and aligned with user needs.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

It’s honestly hard to find anything to dislike about Swoogo. Anytime I’ve had a question or a minor issue, their Customer Service team quickly steps in with a clear and helpful solution. They make it easy to resolve concerns, so there really isn’t anything about the platform that I would consider a true dislike.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swoogo has made it much easier for us to track who is attending our meetings and manage attendee information efficiently. It allows us to disseminate event details quickly and clearly, cutting down the time we’d normally spend explaining information repeatedly to different attendees. By housing everything in one place, attendees can easily find what they need on the event site. It also helps streamline communication and support, making it simple to address questions or issues as they come up.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

Definitely a tie between the user experience and the quality of customer support. There are so many features that make it easy to create a high-quality attendee journey that looks seamless and on-brand. Plus, when I forget how to use a feature or want to learn how to do something new, the customer support is quick, efficient, and best of all, kind. I never feel like a small customer.

I can't think of any. I love everything about them.

Before Swoogo, recreating event landing pages was incredibly time-consuming. Now, I can replicate events and launch registrations in minutes instead of days. I’ve used several platforms, and while many offer similar features, none match Swoogo’s intuitive interface or the kindness and responsiveness of their customer support. It’s the obvious choice for our organization.

The switch from Cvent to Swoogo was smoother due to it being easier and a much better fit for our needs.

Swoogo stands out most for its user-friendly, intuitive interface that makes event setup feel seamless, even when managing complex registration flows. I appreciate how customizable the platform is the ability to tailor pages, branding, email communications, and agendas without needing heavy technical support is a major advantage.

The reporting tools are also incredibly strong. Real time insights, dashboards, and data exports make it easy to track performance and quickly respond to trends.

Overall, Swoogo gives me the perfect blend of power and simplicity: a platform robust enough to support large, multi-layered events, but streamlined enough that I can build, launch, and manage everything with confidence and efficiency.

There aren’t many things I truly dislike about Swoogo, but there are a few areas where improvement would make a meaningful difference for a public school environment. Some of the more advanced customization features can be a bit tricky for staff who aren’t as tech-savvy, so there’s a learning curve when building out more detailed pages or registration paths.

We also occasionally find that certain design templates feel a little limited unless we use custom coding, which isn’t always practical in a school setting. Having more built in, simple to use design options would make things easier for a wider range of staff members.

Also, a few more native integrations or automation features would help streamline some of our internal processes and reduce the time spent on manual steps.

Overall, these aren’t major issues, but enhancements in these areas would make the platform even more accessible and efficient for schools like ours.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swoogo has helped streamline several processes that used to be time consuming and difficult to manage in a public school setting. One of the biggest improvements has been simplifying event registration. Instead of juggling paper forms, spreadsheets, and multiple communication channels, we can now manage everything in one place. Staff appreciate the ease of signing up online, having accurate, consolidated data at their fingertips.

Swoogo also helps us create cleaner, more organized event pages and communications. This has made it much easier for staff to find the information they need without confusion or extra follow-up emails.

Another major benefit is the reporting and tracking tools. Being able to quickly pull attendance lists, view registration trends, or export data for internal planning has saved us a significant amount of time and reduced manual errors.  This piece is huge for human resources and payroll to ensure correct compensation when staff attend events. 

Overall, Swoogo is helping our school operate more efficiently, improve communication, and provide a more seamless experience for our families and staff.

After browsing through Swoogo University and receiving a bit of help from a colleague, I was able to get started effortlessly. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and integrates seamlessly into our existing processes. Moreover, the responsiveness and helpfulness of our dedicated Swoogo support person further enhance the value of the platform. Attending the Swoogo UnCon was a fantastic experience where I gained deeper insights into the comprehensive capabilities of Swoogo, which can be leveraged for our school division. I struggle with setting up registration for events that have both a morning and an afternoon option. When attendees modify their registration to switch from morning to afternoon or vice versa, the issue arises because their session selections do not clear. As a result, they end up being registered for sessions in both events. This situation complicates the event management process and needs a more efficient solution.

Swoogo setup is intuitive and very customizable.  We host large and small events and it is so nice to be able to have different registration options based on the goals of the event.  We also love the mobile app.

I do have to work pretty hard to justify the cost to our leadership.  We have been able to convince them it is worth the cost but as budgets shrink I worry this will become a bigger issue for us.

Swoogo is making event registration a seamless and easy process.  We are saving time on updating registrations as now our attendees can do their own updates.  Communicating with attendees and our staff about the event is super easy using Swoogo.  One specific problem we had was communicating in a timely fashion with conference attendees.  We decided to try out the mobile app for our big summer conference and it was exactly what we needed.  We were able to push out messages about schedule changes and our attendees were able to use it to check into sessions so they were able to track their professional development credits.

Swoogo is simple to use and integrates with our other platforms like Salesforce and Hubspot seamlessly. I love being able to build out events and have every tool I need all in one platform. Even creating registration forms with multiple pages, question logic, and design becomes simple with Swoogo. The website and app designs are great for new beginners and extremely customizable for experienced users. Hands down my favorite is the integrations with our other platforms. Swoogo gets everything right about the event, and everything right post-event tracking leads and prospects into our sales funnel. Additionally, they have the best customer support team I have ever worked with. They are extremely quick to respond and resolve issues and are so helpful no matter how many questions you have. The support team is well trained and are a huge asset to anyone building out an event.

I would love to see the email template builder get more features and design capabilities. HTML helps a lot but being able to create an email in the design builder with more creative features would be awesome.

Swoogo helps us integrate with other softwares so we aren't constantly downloading and uploading registered and attendee lists for all of our events. Swoogo also allows us to schedule emails out to registrant types so that we can prepare these emails well in advance and have no worries on the email send dates.

Setting up registration forms, managing attendee data, and customizing event pages can be accomplished without constantly referring to help documentation. 
The customer service experience deserves special recognition. The support team is quick, efficient, and genuinely friendly. What sets them apart is their use of custom video walkthroughs - instead of lengthy written instructions, they create personalized video guides that walk you through processes step-by-step.
The pricing model is another standout feature. Unlike platforms that charge per event or per registration, Swoogo offers straightforward pricing that eliminates budget anxiety. We no longer hesitate to use the platform for smaller events because costs remain predictable.
Two features that have become particularly valuable are the discount code functionality and reporting capabilities. The discount system is user-friendly and flexible. The reporting functions provide clear insights into registration patterns and attendance trends.
Swoogo's combination of intuitive design, exceptional support, sensible pricing, and powerful features is a game-changer.

I can't think of anything negative about Swoogo. I didn't like the event mobile app feature but they revamped it two years ago and it looks so much better now. I love that they continue to enhance their product.

Swoogo solves for the fact that I'm the only person on our events team. I have limited bandwidth and the time I save by using Swoogo is important. I can create an event very quickly, and it takes no time to make changes to the event or the event website. I can save reports and pull them very fast, and I love the feature that allows me to create a private report and share the link with sponsors or colleagues. A real time saver for me so I don't need to pull a report for them daily.

Swoogo is very intuitive and user-friendly. Even with minimal training, it’s easy to build event pages, manage registrations, and pull reports. The interface is well-organized, which makes it simple to navigate and update event details on the fly.

Ease of Implementation:
Getting started with Swoogo was straightforward, and the setup process was well-supported by their team. Customization was smooth, and their hands-on assistance helped us get up and running quickly for even complex projects.

Customer Support:
This is where Swoogo truly shines. Their support team is exceptional—quick to respond (often within hours) and always willing to go the extra mile. For a recent customization project, they scheduled working sessions and followed up multiple times to ensure everything was implemented exactly as we needed. Easily the best support I’ve experienced with any platform.

Frequency of Use:
We use Swoogo regularly for events of all sizes, from webinars to large conferences. It has become our go-to platform due to its flexibility and reliability.

Number of Features:
Swoogo offers a robust set of features that cover everything from registration and email marketing to custom forms and reporting. The Snapshot Report is especially useful—it provides a high-level overview with the ability to drill down into specific attendee data.

Ease of Integration:
Integrations are generally smooth, but for onsite check-in and badge printing, we do rely on a third-party partner. The sync works most of the time, though there can be slight delays occasionally. Having everything under one system would make the process even more seamless.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

Honestly, there’s nothing I truly dislike about the Swoogo platform itself — it’s excellent. However, I do wish everything could be housed under one roof. For onsite check-in and badge printing, we currently use a third-party partner that integrates with Swoogo. While the sync usually works well, there are occasional delays of a few seconds or minutes when syncing onsite data.

That said, this is more about the integration than the platform itself — I absolutely love using Swoogo overall.

With our previous platform, we were limited by a credit-based or per-event model, which made it difficult to manage smaller events without worrying about using up credits. Swoogo solves that problem by allowing us to run an unlimited number of events—big or small—without the added stress of tracking usage or fees per event.

This flexibility has been a huge benefit for our team. We’re now able to use Swoogo not only for large conferences and trainings but also for smaller gatherings like luncheons and internal events. It’s made our event planning process more efficient and cost-effective across the board.

Swoogo is extremely customizable and can become anything you dream of. Our company utilizes Swoogo for tradeshow registration, virtual webinars, and as a video gallery platform for our education branch. Swoogo offers an array of training and educational resources to equip yourself with all the knowledge to customize your perfect event.

Their support and account management teams are some of the best teams I have ever worked with. I can reach out with a question or challenge and get immediate assistance. Sometimes, they will even go beyond and hop on a call to share their screen on how to fix or adjust something.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

The only thing I dislike about Swoogo is that more people should be using it. I genuinely do not have negative feedback about this platform. Any suggestions for improvement are taken with an open and welcoming mindset; the team likes to hear feedback about the site features and how it works. I have seen them take that feedback and use it for direct adjustments or tweaks.

Swoogo helps us funnel all events into one place, one platform. Our company's Members (or customers) know the platform via registering for our in-person conference and have known it for a few years. We then encouraged our company to move all events to Swoogo, to create a level of continuity and consistency with our Members. Our virtual professional development series has run without a hitch so far this year. Additionally, we've incorporated our education branch into Swoogo; utilizing the platform to create a video gallery of our education modules and tied in our module quizzes through a Swoogo integration. It makes everything easier when our Members know a single platform vs. having to remember multiple logins or sites.

Swoogo is very user friendly, easy to learn, and easy to implement. Their customer support always goes beyond expectations. They are quick to respond and quick to find solutions. The software has all the features we need for our events to be a success from start to finish. We use swoogo for 25-30 events per year and we can easily access data and analytics for all of our events in an efficient and effective manner. The integration with hubspot and zoom were seamless and made my job as an event planner easier than ever.

The only dislike I would have is that we didn't start using swoogo sooner!

We have thousands of registrations to intake each year. Swoogo allows us to keep them all in one place, search across events, track historical data on participation. I can easily create and send registration reports to the trainers or presenters. Swoogo makes it easy to integrate platforms like zoom for our virtual or hybrid events. We can even embed recorded webinars in an on-demand format for participants to view later. The communication features make it simple to send reminder or update emails to registrants. Swoogo makes it effortless for me to manage 30 different events of various sizes and formats.

The flexibility of the registration capabilities.  They have also been great about receiving feedback and implementing change. The pricing is incredible.  Not paying for individual registrations makes it affordable for us to use.
Customer Support is incredibly responsive!

The reporting isn't as easy to set us for the data collection of UTM tracking.  Also Marketo integration was a little clunky for us, but that could have been a combo of Swoogo and how we use Marketo.

They have upgraded their design abilities and also are integrating a new mobile app, however I haven't been able to use or test the new mobile app.

What immediately struck me about Swoogo was how incredibly user-friendly and event planner friendly it is. Unlike other platforms that can feel clunky and overwhelming, Swoogo's intuitive design makes navigating and managing events a breeze. This ease of use isn't just my opinion – our employees and customers have consistently commented on how simple and straightforward it is to use, leading to a much smoother experience for everyone involved.

I would love to see the Cross Event Reporting expanded in the future but the features that are currently in use are helpful.

Swoogo has completely streamlined this with its scheduled attendee communication capabilities. I can now set up automated email sequences triggered by specific dates or attendee actions, guaranteeing timely and relevant information delivery without the constant manual oversight. This has not only saved me countless hours but has also significantly improved the attendee experience, leading to fewer questions and better-prepared participants.

Furthermore, gathering post-event feedback used to be a cumbersome process. Creating surveys, distributing them, and then trying to analyze the disparate data was time-consuming and often yielded limited insights. Swoogo's integrated post-event survey capabilities have been a revelation. The platform makes it incredibly easy to design and deploy surveys directly to attendees. The data collected is then readily available for analysis, providing valuable insights into what worked well and areas for improvement. Everything you need for an event planning application in one! Awesome integrations and easy UI. Customer service is always on tap to answer questions too - we rarely wait more than a few hours to get a response. It's been awesome for our company and team!

Nothing major so far, it has been awesome! I've seen a few bug glitches but those are simple fixes on the backend. Nothing to complain about!

My favourite thing is that it is intuitive. If I have never done something before, I am able to take an educated guess about where to find it and how it will work. If I need help, I have a HUGE team of people and my dedicated account rep who are literally at my fingertips! 
So it's easy to use and there is lots of support. What could be better than that!?

My least favourite thing about Swoogo is for security reasons, you are logged out after a predetermined time. I get it, but I hate it.

Everything! Swoogo has made it so that I can always be working smarter not harder. I love the email templates! I can quickly send a reminder or get important information out to the right people in the blink of an eye!

Swoogo has one of the best customer support models. They will either have a live chat option, or they will get back to you within 15 minutes with the answer! They also go the extra mile by making a quick video to answer your questions. The support staff is always very friendly, polite, and helpful.

The only thing that would make it a little better is a "back" button.

Swoogo utilizes unlimited conditional formatting so it gives us the best flexibility to create registrations for multiple audiences. Another great benefit is the ability to create and send out certificates of attendance to all attendees in 1 large batch. It also has a built-in website feature so you can customize each event and not have to use other platforms for marketing.

From the start, their transparency during demos made a huge difference—they were upfront about pricing, answered all our questions quickly, and never wasted our time. We were able to move from demo to contract quickly, which made the process seamless.

The platform itself is incredibly user-friendly, and their customer support has been outstanding. We opted for Premium support due to a tight event timeline, and it was hands down the best decision we made. 

My team now runs multiple events seamlessly, using Swoogo daily. The HubSpot integration was smooth, and the analytics tool has been a massive time-saver for reporting. Highly recommend!

- Onboarding was very attentive and the Swoogo team was willing to answer any questions or talk through any concerns.
- The ability to set up a wide range of events has been exactly what we need; from a one-day happy hour to a four-day international event that includes multiple sessions/activities and even an app.
- The design features for the webpages and registration are top notch and very user friendly.
- The layouts are clean and modern and very easy to customize to our needs.
- Reporting features are very easy to use and customizable.
- We've been impressed with the logic capabilities in the registration fields.
- The integration with HubSpot has been great and allows us to control our attendee's information without having to duplicate efforts.
-The support team continues to be one of the best that we work with and has an extremely quick response time. The best part is that the responses that we receive are always useful right from the start and there’s not a lot of back and forth to get a solution.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

-Unable to generate a static url for each email
-Dashboards can be a little bulky
-The email builder could be more flexible but you have the option of coding emails yourself. We're building emails in Hubspot and moving source code to Swoogo for a more consistent look.

We needed a cost-effective solution for incentive-based (free) events. Many platforms are built for paid events. We needed a platform that seamlessly integrates with Hubspot to maintain a single database.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

Swoogo is always learning and growing. They really listen to our requests and suggestions and make it happen in a timely manner. Since being with them over the last two years, they have improved not just our experience but that of our registrants. 

Plus they offer webinars that are AWESOME. Short, sweet, informative and a perfect playground for brainstorming with other event planners.

The platform itself is pretty intuitive and easy to use. We have built 15 registrations so far and it gets faster and easier each time.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

Sometimes I can figure things out faster than support. I wish I just had them on speed dial to ask a quick question instead of having to submit a ticket and then volley back and forth. However, even then they are FAST and dont just reply with text, they also provide videos and articles to make sure we understand.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swoogo allows us to provide excellent registration and event platforms for ALL our events. Online, in-person and hybrid. We are also incredibly pleased with the ease of their APP and how it elevates our event in a functional and affordable way. They also have smart ways to invite and track retention of attendees.

Swoogo allows us to apply conditional logic to our registration questions in order to filter out the information we need to communicate with specific registrants for our events.  The reporting features also allows us flexibility in providing crucial data to our colleagues that need this information for reporting at the state level as well.  We really love the convenience of the Swoogo Go Onsite App for quick event check-in and the Attendee Mobile App puts power in the hands of our attendees to locate their event session information quickly.

The platform was a big step in the right direction for our events program. Swoogo has provided all of the tools needed to organize and execute events, both big and small. I really enjoy how effectively you can create an awesome landing page in very little time, send out emails with ease, and the fantastic configurability. The platform is very easy to use, and implementation is a breeze. In addition, whenever I've had a question, the Swoogo team answers with friendly and fast service. Swoogo makes an awesome product and supports it well!

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

I'd say that the configurability of Swoogo can be a bit daunting, at first. The tool has so many bells and whistles, that you need to be sure to take the training courses to ensure you're getting what you want out of the program. That being said, the program is simple once you get the hang of it.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Swoogo, we had our events management across many tools. With Swoogo, I can create an event and execute it with very little jumping around. Swoogo truly has provided us with mostly a one-stop shop for events. In addition, email sends are now housed within Swoogo, which has made our lives easier since I can handle all invites and not need to loop in as many teammates to market events. I feel we're gaining a lot of time savings with Swoogo and in a reliable, easy to use, platform.

**What do you like best about Swoogo?**

We have been using a different platform for registration at our events for the past 6 years and still didn't know how to do everything with the software that the previous company offered. This made it feel like we weren't getting our money's worth, not to mention that it was ridiculous that after a few years we still weren't able to navigate the software very easily. As soon as I logged onto the Swoogo website I was able to figure out where everything was and the process of creating an event, in fact I was able to create a whole event within 15 minutes of logging on to test it out! Swoogo University has been a huge help in figuring out all of the little intricacies and the proper steps to take to get everything exactly how we want them. And the support I have received from day one has been top notch, I never feel like I am put on the back burner, having to repeatedly ask for assistance. We just started our contract with Swoogo this month and I have already been able to create 2 events, one is already live and I am learning more and more every day as we go. I cannot recommend Swoogo enough to everyone I know that plans events. Another huge asset that Swoogo offers is unlimited events and unlimited registrations! We had only been using our old platform for our one, big event each year because we had to pay per registration, now that we are using Swoogo we are able to offer the use of the platform to all of events around the country throughout the year, so not only is Swoogo about half the price of what we were spending, but we are able to use it as much as we want saving us even more money and frustration.

**What do you dislike about Swoogo?**

So far I haven't run into anything I dislike about the platform. I do wish we had more admin users but I think we will have to pony up and pay a little more to add those to our contract.

**What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fact that we are able to create unlimited events with unlimited registrations offers our staff around the country the opportunity to use the platform for their events. Some of our states have their own platforms they have been using, but there are a few I can think of that will benefit greatly by utilizing Swoogo. This will also give me more practice working with the platform to create and manage their events.
